Location was great. At a ferry stop so easy to get to and close to walk to just about anywhere. The hotel itself is just OK - nothing to write home about. The breakfast is the morning was great. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Not one person we encountered at the reception desk was nice or helpful. We would not return if we came back to Venice.

Great hotel in a great location. Quiet, quaint - a real feeling of old Venice. Interesting history too. Somehow I fell in love with Murano chandeliers during my stay! I would recommend and will be back!

Beautiful hotel with really helpful staff. Excellently positioned for walking to all the main sightseeing places.
Definitely advise arriving at the hotel via private water taxi. Its expensive but really sets the tone for a fabulous time in the city

Third time staying here. Sept
29th & 30th. It’s one of the best locations in Venice. Some what away from the intensity of the centre of the city but close enough to make it to Saint Marks Square (if that’s your thing) in 20 minutes walking.

The service is extremely friendly, pleasant & kind. The rooms we have stayed in require a little upkeep. It’s not something that’s enough to complain about… but some do need attention.

Will return.

The staff was amazing and the location is great! The hotel is charming, but if you are looking for a modern place go somewhere else. My room was quiet and very clean. My breakfast was great. I left Venice and when I returned, I was booked at another hotel. The other place was fine, but I regret that I did not stay here again. I hope to return next year for a longer vacation!

Gorgeous. Easily accessible from the train station. The rooms are like in a museum, Maybe some people won’t like it, but we liked it very much! Just a great breakfast in the morning. All attractions and shops are within walking distance! For McDonald's lovers, it is 20 meters away! Our deluxe room had a gorgeous view of the Grand Canal!! A minibar is provided in the room for a fee, as well as free refreshments. We were very pleased!

Location is very central, quiet, airco working well. Our room and bathroom was old, bed and pillows too hard for me.
