Great hotel with an old palazzo.

Gorgeous. Easily accessible from the train station. The rooms are like in a museum, Maybe some people won’t like it, but we liked it very much! Just a great breakfast in the morning. All attractions and shops are within walking distance! For McDonald's lovers, it is 20 meters away! Our deluxe room had a gorgeous view of the Grand Canal!! A minibar is provided in the room for a fee, as well as free refreshments. We were very pleased!

Great location and great price. Nothing amazing but definitely worth the money. Very quiet and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Location is very central, quiet, airco working well. Our room and bathroom was old, bed and pillows too hard for me.

Considering the amount of mass tourism in Venice and season already started, it was OK. Pleasant staff (some wrong info from reception regarding breakfast could be solved to our content) very good position. nice and CLEAN ! hotel.

Traditional Venetian hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a superior double room and there was ample space and big bathroom. Directly on the grand canal and we got dropped off and collected directly from our hotel which was so handy. One negative the bed and cushions were too firm for me. Other than that no complaints. Would come back again!

Breakfast selection was okay but not varied. Hotel room was average, there were fancy fixtures but some broken or damaged things in it. I did love the easy access to the water taxi and the location was great for exploring different parts of Venice. Very close to Rialto bridge and shops. Check in and check out we’re very smooth.

Building is situated ontop of the grand canal making it quite accessible to most of the city on foot, and the bus stop right outside helps with longer distances.
The hotel itself does shabby chic for best part well and is fairly clean until you look in the corners. Bed linen and towels were clean and fresh and i cannot fault.
Just that the rooms need a little bit of cosmetic attention and a more thorough clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly.
I would recommend this place but its border line value for money when you take the above into consideration?
