Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼

I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely, who provided such warm, professional, and attentive service, they truly made us feel at home.

The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay.

The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore.

Highly recommended. I can’t wait to return! 💫

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in an old pasta factory and it’s beautifully restored and decorated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was similar to those offered at other international Hiltons although there wasn’t a ton of hot food options. Linens were on par with a five star hotel, but other amenities were not. There was no coffee maker, bottled water, or other small delights that usually come along with 5 star accommodations. We stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels in Italy that had more thoughtful touches. If you don’t mind paying the 5 star prices for a beautiful hotel in a unique location in Venice, you will be very happy here. We enjoyed taking the shuttle back and forth from St Marks because it was a unique way to spend time on the water in Venice but there are equally nice hotels located closer to the heart of Venice if you don’t want to deal with the shuttle. It’s only 15 euros per person to use the shuttle for your whole stay, but the principle of charging you for the shuttle when the whole point of coming to Venice is to visit St Marks and the surrounding area feels a bit cheap on Hiltons part.

The hotel itself is typical European style. The history is interesting and even though a water taxi is needed to get to the “main attractions” it was very convenient and free. Also, the concierge was great-he set us up on a glass blowing tour to Murano for free. This issues are the staff are not welcoming and we felt like we were a nuisance. They were vey kind to upgrade our room; however the room had large poles in the middle and in very awkward spaces (couldn’t get to the bathroom unless you squeezed by a large pole-trying doing that in the middle of the night!). The air did not work in the bedroom which we let them know right away. They never fixed it or gave us an update until we mentioned again on our last night (we were there for 5 nights). They informed us late that they couldn’t fix it but offered a fan service much helped a little but we were sleep deprived from the other 4 nights.

The rooftop bar is very beautiful-the first night they were off in service but we went back and it was fabulous.

The workout area was adequate and nice to be able to get some workouts in.

The breakfast buffet is good with many many options.

Overall, hospitality is their main business and they missed that important part during our stay. We were very disappointed.

Fantastic location, if a little inconvenient and the feeling of being too posh for other folks (need a shuttle boat or water taxi to access hotel on that island).

Room was spacious for Italian hotels, modern and flash, big bathroom with shower and separate tub (and clothesline!) Service from the friendly staff was really good.

I appreciated how luxurious the breakfast buffet is. I did not have the chance to get around to sampling more than a third of the things on offer. Also, who offers a carvery/roast pork for breakfast?! No other hotel I've been to recently does that. And the toaster is a proper "conveyor belt" type that does not require you to wait too long for your toast to be ready.

The hotel itself is a very large labyrinth of multiple elevator points, chambers and corridors that exudes opulence and privacy. Some interest building history is on display in one of its long corridors.

Not sure if I could afford coming back to Venice and to this hotel, but if money was not much of an object I certainly would come back here.

This was our second stay at a Hilton Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking lagoon view, which truly enhanced our experience. The staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Choosing the executive package was undeniably a brilliant decision—every penny was well spent.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was outstanding, and the spaciousness of our room was a delight. Our three-night stay at the Hilton was superb in every aspect. The hotel itself is stunning, with impeccably maintained grounds, and its prime location made exploring the local towns effortless. The concierge seamlessly arranged our transfer to the correct cruise port terminal after checkout.

While we encountered a minor issue during our stay, Marco Di Renzo, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, handled it with remarkable skill. He took the time to fully understand our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied.

The only aspect we didn’t fully enjoy was the pool, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis with limited hours. Although we were encouraged to visit the bar and check out the pool area, it felt a bit crowded and smaller than our preference. While the view from the pool is inviting, it didn’t provide the level of privacy we desired. Despite this, our overall experience was nothing short of remarkable.

One of the best options if you are good with stay in other island in Venice. We loved Giudeca island and the Hotel.

Great hotel with so many rooms. Spending 1 night is not enough. Spend at least two nights to make trip worth it.

As described it's a beautiful hotel with amazing views of Venice but that is why it's expensive!

Chose this hotel to surprise my wife on our 1st wedding anniversary. She knew we were going to Venice but when we arrived at his hotel she was truly taken back.

We got to our luxury room as booked and upon entry it looked good. But to our surprise we had two beds!

I booked a large double bed but we were given two smaller ones!

To think we would wake up on our anniversary in two separate beds was not acceptable.

I went to the front desk, politely asked for a room change but they had nothing until the next day.

We changed rooms the next day but the room was half the size of the previous, tiny bathroom and poor views, but yes we had a double bed.

I did email once returned home asking for an explanation and maybe some of my money back but have been ignored.

It was such a an expense, but I was willing to pay this to give my wife the best 1st wedding anniversary that she deserves.

Does the advertised 5 star hotel rating come with a side of sewer smell throughout the hotel? I must acknowledge that the hotel is trying, and is very accommodating towards the patrons. At some times, we felt like we were back in the states, if that's what you're going for. Rooms are clean and updated.

But what's up with the sewer smell inside the hotel? Just an issue for our 3 day stay? Or is it just a little bit more extra Venice for the guests? Might want to call the hotel first to confirm if this issue has been resolved. FYI....the smell of donkey extends from the front desk, to elevator doors 2 and 3. At times you get a whiff of it during the breakfast service.
