Reviews
I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely, who provided such warm, professional, and attentive service, they truly made us feel at home.
The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay.
The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore.
Highly recommended. I can’t wait to return! 💫
The rooftop bar is very beautiful-the first night they were off in service but we went back and it was fabulous.
The workout area was adequate and nice to be able to get some workouts in.
The breakfast buffet is good with many many options.
Overall, hospitality is their main business and they missed that important part during our stay. We were very disappointed.
Room was spacious for Italian hotels, modern and flash, big bathroom with shower and separate tub (and clothesline!) Service from the friendly staff was really good.
I appreciated how luxurious the breakfast buffet is. I did not have the chance to get around to sampling more than a third of the things on offer. Also, who offers a carvery/roast pork for breakfast?! No other hotel I've been to recently does that. And the toaster is a proper "conveyor belt" type that does not require you to wait too long for your toast to be ready.
The hotel itself is a very large labyrinth of multiple elevator points, chambers and corridors that exudes opulence and privacy. Some interest building history is on display in one of its long corridors.
Not sure if I could afford coming back to Venice and to this hotel, but if money was not much of an object I certainly would come back here.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was outstanding, and the spaciousness of our room was a delight. Our three-night stay at the Hilton was superb in every aspect. The hotel itself is stunning, with impeccably maintained grounds, and its prime location made exploring the local towns effortless. The concierge seamlessly arranged our transfer to the correct cruise port terminal after checkout.
While we encountered a minor issue during our stay, Marco Di Renzo, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, handled it with remarkable skill. He took the time to fully understand our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied.
The only aspect we didn’t fully enjoy was the pool, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis with limited hours. Although we were encouraged to visit the bar and check out the pool area, it felt a bit crowded and smaller than our preference. While the view from the pool is inviting, it didn’t provide the level of privacy we desired. Despite this, our overall experience was nothing short of remarkable.
Chose this hotel to surprise my wife on our 1st wedding anniversary. She knew we were going to Venice but when we arrived at his hotel she was truly taken back.
We got to our luxury room as booked and upon entry it looked good. But to our surprise we had two beds!
I booked a large double bed but we were given two smaller ones!
To think we would wake up on our anniversary in two separate beds was not acceptable.
I went to the front desk, politely asked for a room change but they had nothing until the next day.
We changed rooms the next day but the room was half the size of the previous, tiny bathroom and poor views, but yes we had a double bed.
I did email once returned home asking for an explanation and maybe some of my money back but have been ignored.
It was such a an expense, but I was willing to pay this to give my wife the best 1st wedding anniversary that she deserves.
But what's up with the sewer smell inside the hotel? Just an issue for our 3 day stay? Or is it just a little bit more extra Venice for the guests? Might want to call the hotel first to confirm if this issue has been resolved. FYI....the smell of donkey extends from the front desk, to elevator doors 2 and 3. At times you get a whiff of it during the breakfast service.
Service really good and room very comfortable.
My family want comeback soon!
