The room was clean and the location was great but the person at the counter was very dismissive and rude. Other than that my stay was great!!

Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Stay far away from this hotel if you go to milano. We booked to single beds for 2 people and when I came there was only one small double bed. They refused to give us another room Even tho we Could confirm that the room we payed for was not the one we recived. And also refused to refund the money and the receptionist was rude to us in the process. For the record this hotel is disgusting, no air con in the room. All in all it Looks like a jail cell.

Our stay was very pleasant. Clean room friendly very helpful receptionist . Near to metro, n subway so transportation was easy. Safe neighborhood ❤️Recommend !!

Clean and newly refurbished. Close to the Milan Polytechnic University. Ease of access to Metro lines and Tramway. Kind and friendly managing lady. Recommended!
