Apartments in Milan

The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with a bedroom and a living room. There is a nice Sri Lankan young man. We were able to enter around 11 o'clock. There is a dark-skinned, somewhat plump woman who is very polite and clearly racist towards Arabs. The breakfast buffet is suitable and of course the coffee is very good. The people are very friendly.

There are MRT and tram stations near the hotel, which is quite convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city. The room is large but lacks maintenance. The breakfast selection is ok, and the breakfast room has been renovated.

The hotel is clean, and few people stay very quiet, we stayed in the ordinary room large space, with 37 square meters, a large sofa, a dining table, and a kitchen. Overall comfortable, not expensive, I will stay again if I have the chance. The disadvantage is that it is not a busy area. However, it is very convenient to change to the subway and young tracks.

The hotel is located a bit far from the train station (taxi ~25 euros) The metro is not nearby. But there is a supermarket and a restaurant with delicious pizza nearby. Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own. The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is...

Good option when need to travel outside the city during the day and enjoy some time close to the center during late afternoon/evening. Not easy to reach the place by foot, so that is ideal when having a car. Big apartments with nice balcony, despite the views are not that good

Unbeatable location right by the Milan Central train station, which can get you anywhere. Just minutes away by foot, it’s where you want to be if you have luggage and don’t want to mess around. The large apartment was plenty big for the 5 of us, with a huge living space. A second bathroom would’ve been nice, but no complaints.

Hotel is in a great location. However the room looked dated, and you could tell the fittings were somewhat lower in quality. Our room wasn’t very clean as there were quite a few ants on the floor since the first day of stay. It’s also a bit noisy, and you could hear footsteps and noise whenever there were people passing by the corridor.

I have stayed at this Residence in the occasion of the Salone del Mobile; overall I had a good experience. L' apartment was more spacious than other residence, the calm and discreet environment. The reception was good, I also had the chance to hold up late in the morning, the apartment on the day of departure. In the area there are also a couple of good restaurants. Very good reception, they speak a little English also which will be very helpful to foreign people. The rooms are quite affordable 22-100 euro per night depending on the requirements. Great value for money in Milan apartments

We stayed in both city center and here. City center place was a bit cramped, really enjoyed the extra space at Zambala and close to a metro stop.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. The location is average and not very convenient. WiFi is not good on the second floor

The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and all i can say is that it was worth it! Biggest problem was with check in, because reception is 500m far away from accomidation. U have to go all the way to the shoping center and next to the pizza place u will find a small kiosk like where u check in! Everything was great! The location was near to the central station but also a metro station so it was very easy to get around. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and a great base. Communication and service was also top notch. It does lack a few basics (shower gel/shampoo etc.) which is a bit of a pain and could probably be added as part of the cost for more convenience.

Very nice Italian residence near Piazzale Loreto, well situated and spacious. The ++ experience is that I arrived extremely late and that the lady in charge took the effort to go back to the place in order to givr le the keys. Such an act of niceness has to be acknowledged.

My apartment was clean, spacious and overall OK. The location is perfect, close to everything from public transport to shopping area. It is not an hotel but a temporary apartment so they don't serve breakfast, but there are many coffee shops nearby.

Excellent location, clean and welcoming rooms, easy key management and payments. The only drawback is the parking, difficult to find a free parking space that is not for residents, the parking garages cost from 2.50 to 5.00 euros per hour

While waiting to be hospitalized, my pathology partner and I found this facility. Large room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with microwave oven and induction hobs. Right across the street from Castello Sforzesco and it's Museums. Also close to the church home for DaVinci's Last Supper - the rectory at the Convent of Santa Maria. Great restaurants nearby as well! The rooms are spacious by European standards and very nice.

Had a good stay here. Centrally located, great value for the money, daily house cleaning. Didn't use the kitchen apart from preparing a cup of tea. Tons of bars and restaurants opened until late.

Although the hotel is small, the Milan Furniture Fair is right next to the B&B store, which is very convenient. You can experience the ancient elevator and the front desk service is lovely.
