Apartments in Milan

The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with a bedroom and a living room. There is a nice Sri Lankan young man. We were able to enter around 11 o'clock. There is a dark-skinned, somewhat plump woman who is very polite and clearly racist towards Arabs. The breakfast buffet is suitable and of course the coffee is very good. The people are very friendly.

There are MRT and tram stations near the hotel, which is quite convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city. The room is large but lacks maintenance. The breakfast selection is ok, and the breakfast room has been renovated.

The hotel is clean, and few people stay very quiet, we stayed in the ordinary room large space, with 37 square meters, a large sofa, a dining table, and a kitchen. Overall comfortable, not expensive, I will stay again if I have the chance. The disadvantage is that it is not a busy area. However, it is very convenient to change to the subway and young tracks.

The hotel is located a bit far from the train station (taxi ~25 euros) The metro is not nearby. But there is a supermarket and a restaurant with delicious pizza nearby. The room is spacious, there is a large balcony, there is a kitchen, but there are NO dishes AT ALL (two paper cups) and a microwave. The reception is adequate and ready to help with any request. It was disappointing that they said the gym is not working at the moment. This is one of the reason I booked for this hotel. :(

Amazing hotel. Excellent staff and location. Just 5 minutes driving from Milano Centro. Facilities and rooms are so good and well cleaned. Price was also very very good! Recommended!

Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own. The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is...

Good option when need to travel outside the city during the day and enjoy some time close to the center during late afternoon/evening. Not easy to reach the place by foot, so that is ideal when having a car. Big apartments with nice balcony, despite the views are not that good

Spent quite a bit of time here..lots good about this quaint place.. Staff, service and support top rate.. Secure, clean rooms and a very good location with excellent travel connections. Reasonably-priced and the Wifi is adequate. Laundry in basement is very handy.. The big issue is soundproofing.. AC equipment operation, high heels clanking and the sound of adjacent rooms loos flushing come to mind...

Stayed in apartment 1 on ground floor. Very nice air conditoned apartment, clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Close to Centrale train station with resteraunts within walking distance.

If you are staying in Milan please consider this hotel. Well located to all the best spots to see in Milan. Extremely comfortable beds, rooms are well proportioned and importantly in summer - air conditioned. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

Hotel is in very good location. Was able to walk back to offload shopping bags before buying more 😅. Service staff was always helpful and full of smiles. Got a family room on two different stays and the one on level 1 is nicer but the other one is still decent.

I have stayed at this Residence in the occasion of the Salone del Mobile; overall I had a good experience. L' apartment was more spacious than other residence, the calm and discreet environment. The reception was good, I also had the chance to hold up late in the morning, the apartment on the day of departure. In the area there are also a couple of good restaurants. Good quality price ratio.

Nice location for the price i found it. Old but clean building. However the staff was terrible. We talk to him in English but he wasn't able to response. Only talk to us in Italian and was very strange. He was very inhospitable.

Very good reception, they speak a little English also which will be very helpful to foreign people. The rooms are quite affordable 22-100 euro per night depending on the requirements. Kitchen available for cooking, who plans stay there for long periods. Has a bar and full fun time in weekends with music. Rooms are so clean and will have cleaning service twice a week.

This hotel is amazing. We booked it last minute and got amazing deal - two nights for 175$. Clean and big room, modern and stylish bathroom, nice view from balcony and super cozy patio. Great value for money in Milan apartments

We stayed in both city center and here. City center place was a bit cramped, really enjoyed the extra space at Zambala and close to a metro stop.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. The location is average and not very convenient. WiFi is not good on the second floor

The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned...

We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment...

The hotel is in a great location, a ten-minute walk from Milan Cathedral, and very convenient for shopping. The hotel facilities are new and of good quality. The hotel is clean and hygienic. We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and all i can say is that it was worth it! Biggest problem was with check in, because reception is 500m far away from accomidation. U have to go all the way to the shoping center and next to the pizza place u will find a small kiosk like where u check in! Very nice Italian residence near Piazzale Loreto, well situated and spacious. The ++ experience is that I arrived extremely late and that the lady in charge took the effort to go back to the place in order to givr le the keys. Such an act of niceness has to be acknowledged.

My apartment was clean, spacious and overall OK. The location is perfect, close to everything from public transport to shopping area. It is not an hotel but a temporary apartment so they don't serve breakfast, but there are many coffee shops nearby.

While waiting to be hospitalized, my pathology partner and I found this facility. Large room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with microwave oven and induction hobs. Very clean with a spacious bathroom. The only flaw, the coffee machine with the cjalda..which did not work properly ... it only made a few drops. With television and hairdryer. We liked it because it was very clean. Too many stairs...

I stayed in the aoartments at Viale Cirene for my work a couple of months. The apartments are new, clean and very suitable for a long stay. The apartments lie in a very cosy and safe neighbourhood of Milan. The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. Would definitely come back!!
