Reviews
No any privacy here!
They will come to your room to move your personal things but is not clean the room!
The main entrance share with two buildings that with apartments and business shop, no any keys for go in.
You have to Ring the bell and wait 1-10 minutes if they are free to let you in.
The room is dirty and the toilet is very disgusting.
All of my family body had the red spot that bit by bugs when get up in the morning after staying one night.
Broke into our room despite the do not disturb sign, a sever lack of privacy, for all we know they could've stolen from us and we wouldn't have noticed. They also switched the aircon off in our rooms whilst in it so we came back from the hot Italian weather to a severely hot room as well.
The room:
No kettle in the room, two toilet rolls not other form of tissue paper. Room beds probably had bed bugs, as I woke up to bites on my back, and all over my arms and legs.
The service:
Overcharged on our first night, and whilst sorting everything out they haven't nor were willing to apologise.
Overall an unpleasant experience and the price is not worth the hassle.
When we arrived, the hotel was clearly located in a dump, the only positive thing I can think about the location was that there was a KFC nearby, which we were forced to sneak into every night to avoid the poison we were served every dinner.
The place claimed to have WiFi, though when I tried to view an episode of The Gentleman on my iPad, I had no choice but to watch it in 140p to stop buffering occurring every few seconds, though by the time I reached the opening titles, it had already been about the time a feature length episode would take.
Seven of us stayed in a room made for eight people, when we entered this room we realised that its most recent occupants left all of their rubbish on the floor, the worst of it was at least fifty olives scattered across the floor which we had to flush down the toilet so we could sleep at night with our nostrils intact. There is also a security problem as in my friend eventually having 70 euros stolen, presumably by the cleaner who only bothered to clean two or three beds throughout the four nights we stayed there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, so we decided to stay awake most of the night by wondering the corridors until we got bored and we went to KFC at 1 in the morning.
Speaking of food, breakfast consisted of bread rolls, that was all we had for breakfast. I'm glad we were always out during lunch hours. Though dinner was worse than we could have possibly imagined, we were all given things that we were told by the staff were chicken nuggets, though after our first bites we say beneath the dry and sour breadcrumbs were onions, carrots and what I still believe to this very day was feces. The remaining nights we went to KFC and McDonald's, which was certainly the highlight of our stay.
When mentioning this to the reception, all we got is:
"We are sorry, we are no exterminators."
DEFENITELY DISRECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
There are no water(to drink), no coffee, tea, sugar in the room.
I paid 1(one) euro for 1 cup of hot water but in price list was not mentioned.
Even more, the administrator switched off the machine, and after getting the payment, switched on to give me a cup of hot water
I stayed in this hotel 24.02-28.02.23, and only the last day they put teapot, cups and tea in the room.
