Rooms not very clean (dust), for hot water have to wait several minutes ,and it was with low pressure. Only good thing is location.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The rooms are so outdated and have 0 amenity. There is no wheelchair access and you can’t even enter the hotel with out calling to be let in. Staff is rude and not understanding and the rooms are so dirty. The shower is the worst set up I have ever seen with the shower head spraying all over the bathroom making everything wet. We had to ask twice for them to change our bed and towels. They have an entire wall of drinks but they are “just for show” I asked to have a glass of wine as it is listed on the room that they offer it but when I asked for it I was denied. People are always smoking and yelling in the hallway. You are better off sleeping in your car than this dirty, rotten smelly hotel. DO NOT GO

November 2023, we had booked 2 nights at this hotel. We stayed one night & then had to find somewhere else. it was a dreadful experience. The room was noisy & tired with mosquitoes. The bedding made me itch. The bathroom is equally tired with a dirty fan & tiles with the shower drain which doesn’t clear. We tried to explain our disappointment & concerns to reception & made little progress.

Great location, supermarket just round the corner and tube station 1 block away, staff were ok but nothing to shout about, rooms were ok, but could be better, bedding was tired and silicone in the bathroom needed replacing, but the deal breaker was no breakfast, yep nothing, yes there are places nearby but really!

The room was small and the room looked not cozy. People in the reception didn’t understand what I wanted from them.

The hotel is small and compact well clean and tidy.
The triple room is quite spacious as compared to the double room.
Location is well in the heart of loreto and prices are moderate. They have a shopping supermarket close to it as well as the metro station.
Well breakfast is fine/ cold/ packed stuff. And care taker is friendly.

Simple accommodation, very friendly staff, clean has all what you need to sleep well plus the price is excellent.
This is a safe well located place to kip for a few days in Milan. The staff are Chinese, they speak a little English but are always friendly and for words that confuse them, out pops the smartphone with translation!
I'll be staying here again.

Stay ultimately very pleasant. The hotel is quite close to the metro and therefore well served by public transport. The rooms though not very big are clean and comfortable, the staff always attentive and helpful and the prices reasonable. Excellent quality/price ratio, I recommend it.

Nice hotel. The decor is simple, nothing special, but clean, quiet. Dear management, responsive, speaks in Russian. Breakfast is modest but enough to eat and to lunch not to think about food. The toilet is small but it lasts. The balcony overlooked the street, no noise. In General, for all who in recent years has not imagined himself an English Lord. Nearby, in the square to lore, there is a great cafe stop to visit amazing cook different dishes and pizza of this size, two to eat, the price is not high for Russian standards. In General, I recommend. If from the hotel to go in a straight direction towards the center, we'll just walk down the street with shops on both sides, clothing, cosmetics, one of the best streets for shopping lovers.
