Friendly staff, 24 hours reception, good breakfast and nice location accessible by the metro. Very good for the price.
The downside is the noise. The rooms are not well insolated and you can hear everything on the hallway and the garage, I actually only had the air conditioning on to try to hide the noise around me. Otherwise I'd recommend.

This hotel is in a perfect location- very quiet & clean. I can’t say enough about their amazing staff- each and every one of them went above & beyond anytime I needed help. Being in a country where you don’t speak their language-that type of service is priceless. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is close to the center of Milan, no more than 25 min on metro from wherever you need. Hotel itself is right next to the Zara stop. Rooms are quite nice and spacious, aside from a few small issues, no real problems were had. Staff is nice and very helpful with any issues. Breakfast is big and tastes quite good.

I am an Italian citizen. I learned with indignation the news of the discrimination that you may have made in respect of another Italian citizen of muslim religion that you have been denied the opportunity to participate in an internship at your hotel because the bearer of the chador of the islamic. In your site you defined "modern and welcoming". The evidence that you gave in the episode the above-mentioned radically denies the sense of this definition. Are a official of the european Union, very often to Milan for professional missions in the company of other colleagues in Brussels. It was not until I received news of a gesture of apology for your part in respect of the person who was the object of your hateful act of discrimination, your hotel will not be hosting any official EU visit to Milan for professional reasons.

The Hotel without the great features, and the claims. Despite some of the rooms give on the street and on the tram rests quite well, thanks especially to the frames. Strategic for the fact that you have tram and metro in front and a small underground car park but don't expect a great breakfast.

Easy access to the metro which is a minute away. The room was clean, and silent, not the coolest area but in 10/15 min you are at the duomo (and I was really close to my companies office as well so it was very convenient). Staff was lovely !
