I was very disappointed with this hotel. They advertised having three real beds in the triple room, which is why I booked it. When we arrived, it turned out to be a horrible sofa bed. They didn’t want to offer me a solution and gave a discount of 10 euros per night on a new room, thinking they were doing a lot. They should adjust their advertisement because other hotels do it right. The elevator smelled terrible, like rotten feet. We used the stairs because we couldn’t stand the stench. The breakfast was simple but okay. The location was also okay, nothing special. There were few restaurants nearby.

There’s a few things about this hotel to like such as the location and breakfast. Then there’s the rest. The elevators stinks like feet, I am not joking, it’s so horrible. I’ve been taking the nyc subway for 30 years and I prefer any smell there. I wonder if they have shame that it smells so bad and why does it smell so bad anyway. The bathroom was terrible. The bath tub had a lot of damages like random brown stains and spots everywhere. The room itself had my allergies going crazy. When you look at the ac vent, it’s black, might be mold. It’s a dangerous thing to have if it is mold. The beds were fine. The location is the best part. I’m upset at myself for booking this place. The staff is nice but that’s to be expected of any hotel.

If I could give this place zero reviews I would - we checked in on Monday at 10:35 am and checked out by 11:00 am the same day. The smell was oppressive, my allergies were in full effect. The wallpaper was falling off the walls, there were holes in the sheetrock. The front desk said it was up to the management of they decided to refund the money but they opted not to, the claimed they offered an upgrade but that was a complete LIE. The proper thing to do would have been refund the money being we were there all of 25 minutes but whatever. We hailed a cab and found a clean, fresh smelling place and enjoyed the rest of our trip. SHAME SHAME SHAME on you. No wonder you only have a 3 star review. Do the right thing!

Upon our arrival and check-in at the hotel, we were immediately struck by a strong chemical odor permeating our room. This was not only unpleasant, but it also raised concerns about our health and safety. Furthermore, the room’s condition and overall hotel environment did not reflect the standards advertised. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations, which did not justify the price paid.

Additionally, the lack of soundproofing was evident as we could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and the hallway distinctly, which significantly disrupted our peace and comfort. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Given these conditions, we felt compelled to check out immediately for our safety and comfort. It is worth noting that the front desk staff was cooperative and assisted us by calling a taxi upon our departure. However, the overall experience was far from what we had expected and unacceptable.

Therefore, we are requesting a full refund for this stay.

The location of the hotel is good. 15 minutes to the central square and restaurants. There is a parking lot from the hotel, but the parking lot is not, as the staff say, behind the hotel, somewhere behind the hotel, underground parking, which is in the …. 🫣 The room is large, the beds are comfortable, we were with a child, so the room itself suited us. But cleanliness in the room is a separate art form. Stranger's hair all over the bathroom, the bathtub looks like it was after the w&r, I don't know, I couldn't walk around the room without shoes, feeling dirty 😫 Our windows looked out onto a small street, with no way to open them (for safety, I understand), but the glass on the windows is darkened, so we had the same light on in the room day and night. Normal for one night.

We went down to the reception asking to replace the room
The lady at the counter was unpleasant
And said that they have no room available so it is impossible to change the room
We asked to speak to the Manger and she said it is not possible
The other guy at the reception asked if he may help and found for us a different room.
The other room was better but it was impossible to take a shower since there was a problem in the plumbing and there were only hot(steam) water

happens from time to time
At the morning there was another lady at the reception that was a wear to the problem
She was much nicer than the one was the night before
I asked to talk to the manager
She said he might contact me later this week
We decided not even try the breakfast and leave without even having a shower.
For us it felt like a cheap motel and not an hotel
That was bad experience of Milano for us
