The breakfasts were good , lot of variety , pancakes too nice going by the 2KG I have put on . Staff in dining room lovely especially Elania , ( darling!) couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile .
District very close to a beautiful park , near to the Fenicula to go and see Alto Montecatini and some beautiful shops . A pound shop for those things you have forgotten .
There is no electric kettle in the room so purchased one in town for 20euro
The breakfast was a bit hit and miss but served its purpose.
The main star of this hotel is the staff. Everyone staff member in every area of the hotel was friendly, helpful and efficient. Special mention for Giavanni ( hope the spelling is close to being correct ) who looked after our room. She was very jolly and always smiling.
We hope to return to Tuscany again and I would have no hesitation booking Hotel Adua when we return.
If I was asked to name one downside it’s that there is no actual sauna at the hotel, despite the spa being a prominent feature on the website. There is a steam bath, though, and the spa are is cute.
