We were able, me and my husband to spend 3 days in the hotel. It’s a real charm and comfort seen and spotted from everywhere. The waters are absolutely relaxing, the staff understand what I needed as massage, and I was able to recharge my batteries. The whole staff itself is simply amazing. From the front desk booking restaurants, giving tips on what to do outside, to the people who work in all aspects…. I recommend it strongly if you are looking for a total treat to yourself…. I was also able to bring my Golden retrieve, and she was the star from the moment we stepped in. Thank you within all of my heart! We will come back soon!

Fabulous hotel, central to town, beautiful lounge area, staff attentive and friendly, beds comfy. Great cocktails and jacuzzi recommended after long days sight seeing.

Worst hotel very! Rude front desk staff. They keep turning off a/c and it was so hot and uncomfortable at night to sleep. Beware they charge for water in rooms.

Rooms had very thin walls so you could hear next door toilet and shower. No tea or coffee in rooms. Staff were all lovely and very helpful.

I had great week at this hotel. The room was nice and the staff were charming and very helpful.
If I was asked to name one downside it’s that there is no actual sauna at the hotel, despite the spa being a prominent feature on the website. There is a steam bath, though, and the spa are is cute.

Hotel is very quaint but location was good with only a short walk to the centre. Spa treatments available which you book at reception. Also a pool available for use. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Clean hotel, very friendly stuff and the variety for breakfast is big. Dinner was good!
Partly, rooms are still oldstyle and not fitting to the entry hall design. Meanwhile in 2021 it should be possible to use a outdoor pool without swimming caps. If you want to make fitness in the hotel please ask before, we only have seen 2-3 gym bikes and no place to make other sports.

Very nice accommodation and the spa facilities are great and the massages but be warned that you need a green pass to use the internal spa facilities which we were unable to. The bedroom is good size as is the very modern bathroom but the central air conditioning is a bit noisy at night and only works if the balcony door is closed. Unfortunately there were no room instructions apparently due to Covid so we did not know this or what time breakfast and dinner were or how to use the telephone and tv! Breakfast was very good but dinner was just ok. The secure parking is quite a walk away. The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of town in easy walking distance. The water in the outside pool was very refreshing and it had two nice jacuzzis to warm you up. Staff were very pleasant but the reception always seemed busy.

It can be quite noisy in the room, as you can hear other guests through the walls. The parking (5€ a day) is quite far from the hotel (~5 min walk). The city Montecatini Terme doesn't have much to offer.

a week in the hotel, we had 2 different rooms for 4 pers.
One room was completely ok with good light and air and a bit more modern but the other room was completely discarded, the window opened onto a path no balcony, everything was so old and sad :(
the food was good, the staff was super talented and nice .. housekeeping was great
always well treatment... People who work there are very proffesional and nice.*Always :D
3 points should be better/improved definitely:
1. Information on the spa concept
2. Information what you may drink at dinner (not free)
3. Dinner time (1 hour) would catch the 4 course dinner + drink wine :(
Otherwise everything was tiptop
we give 8 of 10 to the whole concept.
