Great place to stay where exploring Napoli, 15 minutes train ride to city center. With coffee shops, restaurants and groceries all nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and cosy, and breakfast is also very good (except coffee)

The hotel staff were amazing… from the cleaning staff to the reception staff.
The hotel itself was clean. And the rooms were clean as well.
No complaints for the 4 nights we stayed.
Will definitely stay again.

I had a pleasure to stay in Hotel Cristina Napoli, i booked two single rooms for one night for Business. I am really thankful to the staff that despite i made a wrong booking through booking.com they accepted my request to change the date without charge. Rest hotel is at a great location. penalty of Pizzeria's nearby serving real Napoli Pizza and train station is just 5 mins walk.

I booked this hotel because the main reason for my 4 night stay in Napoli was to watch the football at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, and this hotel is just a level 10 minute walk from the stadium. However, it is also just a 2 minute walk from Cavaleggeri Aosta metro station (line 2) that takes you to Napoli Central. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well located. The service was excellent. Breakfast was served between 7am and 10am and has a selection of cereals and pastries. There is also bacon and scrambled egg if you prefer hot food. We enjoyed the breakfast here. The room was clean and comfortable and whilst it was not very big, it was fine for a 4 night stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. Our stay here was positive, and we will definitely consider booking here again when we come to watch Napoli

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. The room was fine and clean, although it could have done with a few more basic amenities, but it met the expected standard.
The location was quite a long way out of the city centre but the metro service made it a 20 minute journey in and out, with the nearest stops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
It can get quite noisy at night but I think this is just indicative of Naples and Italy generally, with car horns and sirens providing an almost constant backdrop to any activity.
The cocktails served at the hotel are good and there is an amazing little restaurant a short 3 minute walk away from the hotel, which is almost reason enough to stay here.

I would love to give 6 stars how ever that isn't an option. It was a total by chance o found this hotel. We needed a hotel for 1 night in Naples before our planned accommodations the next day. We chose what seemed a very reasonably priced location and not expected much. However I was so surprised at the service was amazing and then assumed maybe the rooms were going to be tbe issue and they were great as well. It came with free parking in a gated area at hotel and then the breakfast was next level and definitely a suprise too. If I could I would have loved to cancel our remaining stay location and stayed at this hotel. By all means do yourself a favor and check out this hotel. My experience was 100%

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, very clean, the rooms are a good size, and the shower in the bathroom was a good size as well! The breakfast had a lot of options, everything was fresh and presented in an appetizing manner. The font desk staff is very friendly, very helpful with directions and suggestions. There are several nice restaurants located within walking distance with great food and a wide range of prices. I definitely know where I’m staying for my next trip to Napoli!

Very close to metro. Wonderful breakfast. Also they provide early breakfast packet if you leave early. Room was small but good one. Overall e we liked our stay.

Me and my partner went for a football game at maradona Stadium.
However, we had a great stay.
Check-in was easy.
Same as the checkout.
Unfurtynetly we missed the breakfast as we were so tired.

This was a very clean hotel. It had all the amenities you need, tea/coffee, hair dryer and toiletries. The station is about a five min walk and a supermarket about 2 mins. I could not complain about the room itself, however, it was at a constant temp of 29 degrees (this was january), we complained about this to the reception who just said they would look at it, there was no air con, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We could open the windows, however the railway line was right behind us and was too noisy to have the windows open at night ( the windows did shut out the noise when closed) . We complained on our first night and every morning, but they were not interested and did nothing to resolve this. Only on our last day did they offer to move us. Breakfast had a good variety and choice, however, there was not much of each item, presumably because of the time if year, but you did not want to ask for more, the staff were mainly in the kitchen and one day I took a roll which was so hard you couldn't bite it, we could only assume it was left from the previous day. Unfortunately, we would not consider staying here again.
