What a great hotel to enjoy Naples! Front desk Anna has been extremely helpful and kind to us. We both love her so much 😘😘 she gave us the free upgrade since there were no 2 single beds available that night. The supreme room was very spacious and both the queen bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable.

The hotel was very good, friendly staff great room Exellent breakfast. Reception attitude very poor she kept pulling faces behind the customers back, sha had a v bad attitude. Only negative thing I would say about our stay. We booked under the name of Mr Mrs Bech on the 17 Sept

It’s the best choice to stay in Naples. The environment here is more secure. The hotel is just at Margellina station, it’s very convenient for tourists. There is a best Pizza in Naples which is called 50 kalo nearby hotel. Also, the breakfast is excellent. All staffs are friendly. The room is pretty clean.

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy. The team is extremely helpful and offers perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of high quality food.
I recommend the short walk down to the promenade and Pizzeria 50 Kalo.

It was a horrible experience. they charge you for everything they charged me $20 to clean my sheets which I thought it was included in the hotel room price. The breakfast served burnt old eggs and dried up meat in the heated dish one day the next day the eggs/meat were ice cold and who knows how long they were like that. The rest was cake, cereal, warm yogurt, and toast and jam. There's no coffee service in your room. And whatever you do don't use the scratchy old bathrobe because they charge you $5 A DAY for it, and it's only above knee length i used it once but was charged for using it twice for that price I could have purchased a bathrobe. On trip advisory I shared this review and they claimed I "STOLE " from them because i changed my sheets and used the robe that i paid $30 eu for and they are all in their possession. I stole nothing. I am seriously offended by that allegation. The staff is immature, insulting, and rude.

Located conveniently at the train station. Hotel Metro 900 was very clean. Staff ofcuz was amazing. Bed was good and everything was perfect! Highly recommended

The friendly staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions and recommendations. We needed a car at 3am and they arranged it perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Metro 900. The location is superbe. The room is lovely decorated/modern/very clean. Breakfast is all one need. The service is TOP (friendly, quick in answering questions,...) Thanks 4 making our stay so relaxing.
