We will definitely return.
More or less convenient location, about 10/15 minutes from Naples central station but on the opposite side from Via Toledo and the other attractions.
The opportunistic owner finds any way to make you pay extra but when he needs to intervene he disappears.
THERE IS NO HOT WATER, this was reported several times to the owner who continued to state the opposite without ever actually intervening (the
I therefore invite you to take a shower there).
Check-in is done via Whatsapp and the owner requests a photo of you in addition to your document and then proceeds to give you the access codes to the building and to the room itself.
It's a shame because the room was furnished in a "modern" way and has potential which, however, is completely canceled out by the owner's poor management.
NOTICE: if you plan to book this room using Smartbox forget it, we were made to pay double the price because the structure "requires a minimum of 3 nights" despite having joined the Smartbox program
PS: breakfast should be included but it was never provided to us and from what I understood by "breakfast included" in this structure they mean that at 8:00 in the morning croissants(?) are left outside your room door.
Reservation with Smartbox for the weekend of April 25th agreed and confirmed months in advance, telling me that breakfast and dinner would not be included (as the voucher would have predicted). After several weeks, and with the trip planning already in place, the owner canceled the reservation WITHOUT HEARING ANY REASON, due to "mandatory maintenance" which would have affected the booked room and precisely in the afternoon of the scheduled arrival day (Saturday 23/04).
Zero seriousness
Great location to visit Naples ..
