Hotel Terme Patria in Abano Terme

The strong point of this structure is certainly the staff. From those who take care of the cleaning, the reception, the spa and beauty treatment sector, to the catering, we have met people who love their work and who do their utmost to offer a quality holiday to guests. Having said that, our room was large, with a balcony overlooking the garden, classic style, very beautiful... only two "flaws" were the uncomfortable mattress and the lack of a kettle. Everything was fine in the pools, the mud baths and the aesthetics, the staff were really knowledgeable and kind.....it's a shame that the salt cave wasn't working, I wanted to try it. Good catering, I am a vegetarian and I found an extreme availability in meeting this need of mine. The room service was very friendly and professional. The reception is functional and takes care of many activities, we did not encounter any critical issues, sometimes we had to wait a few minutes. Recommended hotel.

I don't have much to say considering that for many years I have been a regular customer of this hotel which I recommend trying for the excellent availability, professionalism and kindness that you can never achieve, excellent cleanliness of the common areas. I extend my compliments to Mrs Mrs. Albina who takes care of the renovation of the rooms on the second floor, and all the other sectors, especially the staff in the breakfast room who every morning make you fat even with your eyes as soon as you enter the buffet of products which has nothing to envy of hotels perhaps even superior ones (Mary the manager is unique and tireless!!!!). Unfortunately, however, during the celebrations for the new year I did not find, in my opinion, a setup in terms of catering (service included) that was up to par and above all on a musical level a little subdued in terms of post-dinner entertainment (lots of singing and little dance music ) as in other cases it had proven to be truly excellent. All this means that future reservations are already underway, after all not "all donuts come with a hole"

Couple trip for my birthday. On the evening of the birthday, the management offers a surprise dessert, sparkling wine and greeting card. Large swimming pools with real hydromassages, relaxing mud baths at a good price. Good food and plentiful breakfast. Good experience

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. We had a really great time. Extreme cleanliness in the rooms, common areas and the pool area. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality food, both for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely be back because we had a great time.

We stayed at the Hotel Patria for a long relaxing weekend at the beginning of December, on the recommendation of a friend of ours. The hotel directly overlooks the street front and also has a secondary side entrance accessible from the dirt parking lot. At the time of our visit the area was undergoing some construction, but the car park was fully usable. The property is a historic hotel and maintains an authentic retro charm. The rooms are arranged on different floors, served by a small lift, while the main services (pools, massage center and breakfast area) are all located on the first floor. I particularly appreciated the variety of breakfast, a buffet that ranges from sweet to savory and includes foods also suitable for celiacs and vegans, as well as a vast choice of berries and dehydrated fruit, infusions and drinks and excellent quality raw materials. Every morning you will find a small brochure on the table that summarizes the beauty treatments, packages and massages that you can book, often at a very advantageous and slightly discounted price, depending on the promotions. The hotel has a large thermal pool that extends from the inside to the outside, including a small area with water jets and an area equipped with a hydrobike, an exercise bike and a small treadmill. There is also another tub with hydromassage jets, but always check the times because you may find them turned off. The area is completed by a relaxation area with sunbeds and blankets, a sauna area with emotional showers and a large room overlooking the internal garden, looking directly at the building that houses the gym, with other sunbeds and a Kneipp path (also with timed jets based on timetables). A bar service is available at the pool where you can purchase drinks, small snacks and sandwiches at lunchtime, but if you don't find the operator at the desk you should call the number indicated or ask the reception to avoid exhausting waits. The windows of the relaxation area overlooking the small hydromassage tub should be reviewed: as they can only be opened from the inside we were locked out several times and had to go around to get back in either from the pool or from the secondary door (with the temperature change in December It wasn't particularly pleasant.) The staff is very kind and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and welcoming, a truly significant plus. Having said this, in my opinion the structure should be renovated both in the internal layout of the rooms, often sacrificed and furnished with outdated equipment and systems, but above all the soundproofing should be definitely improved: our room faced the street and on both days we were disturbed late at night from the incessant noise of street cleaning vehicles, an inconvenience which unfortunately made our stay very unrelaxing. We wanted to spend Christmas at the spa, with our dog in tow and the mini holiday exceeded our expectations! Hotel not brand new, but super clean, staff friendly and always available: the spa area fully meets the expectations of a 3 star. Excellent catering, always varied and very successful dishes on the evening of Christmas Eve and lunch on the 25th with the owners dressed as Santa Claus who passed by the tables with little gifts for the customers.... A wedding anniversary celebrated in style was a dream for my parents who certainly didn't expect to go on a "honeymoon" for the first time after 60 years but to celebrate at the Patria hotel together with friends and relatives, for me too it was a great victory. Maximum availability and perfection in everything was the most I could not have expected, thanking with 110 and praise all the staff who stepped forward with professionalism and kindness to ensure that these two spouses were as happy as possible during their stay. A special hug to the lady who organized the party with me, but I also extend my hug to the reception staff, bar room and all the other staff including the rooms.
