The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys. This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!

Outstanding location with the best balcony views. Stayed here on a family vacation and the location cannot be matched! The balconies have a direct view of the theater across the street and are so much fun at night. My room was clean and well equipped including a kitchen. We are so glad we stayed here while in Palermo. Great location, everything walkable, very clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant recommendations, surprisingly quiet at night even though it was central. The hotel organized airport pick-up for us, which was professional and top tier. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel even helped us find city parking. Everything was five stars...

Superb location; easy to get everywhere. Apartments were beautiful, modern, and immaculately kept. The balcony had a great view. Our concierge, Adele, answered any questions we had promptly. She also arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we arrived very late and left very early.

Palazzo Savrana Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view overlooking the Teatro Massimo in central Palermo, easy walk to the city’s sites. Classy, modern, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of town and walking distance of most attractions. Despite its central location the property is extremely quiet (due to good quality double glazed windows!). Paola was excellent to deal with…Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
