The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys. What an incredible place to stay! First time in Palermo from NY and we picked the BEST place to stay. Communication was wonderful from start to finish. All staff were very friendly. Perfect location and better value What a perfect location at an amazing price and value. The room had plenty of room and was exactly what we needed after a long days road trip. Would definitely stay here again! Soo many good restaurants close by.

Great spot - very close to everything in the old town, spacious, and quiet in the rooms. The staff was a little obnoxious during check in - messaging me several times a day to ask the exact time I was getting in despite me telling them over and over again that I didn't know an exact time. Amazing location, next to all the sights and restaurants and shopping. The staff were super helpful and very responsive the whole weekend. We loved our stay, and also felt the room/view was perfect. The only regret was not knowing about the restaurant on the roof! Looks like we have to come back 😂
