For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :) For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming
The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station
If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided
The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights
We took lots of panoramic shots from the roof top terrace. Breathtaking view! Breakfast was delicious; scrambled eggs, ham, sausages cheese along with Sicilian specially: pastries and cakes, and espresso coffee indeed

The hotel's breakfast is served on the 14th floor, which is a bit difficult to reach by lift at breakfast time, but the breakfast itself is tasty and extensive, including scrambled eggs and fried bacon
We actually drove longer distances outside Palermo with our rental car and walked or took the bus to the centre. The swimming pool is located on the roof, but it was exceptionally small sized
The hotel is located east of Palermo city centre and next to a large truck terminal, but it is still quite easy to walk to Palermo city centre or even take the bus from here
The hotel is clearly old and looks a bit shabby from the outside, but at least our room was very clean and functional, with adjustable air conditioning
I would recommend this hotel to those travelling by car as it offers good value for money (but don't expect the latest luxury)
After reading some of the reviews of the hotel, I was dreading checking in. Yes, the hotel is a bit out of the way, in quite a run down area but Ubers and taxis were reasonably cheap

Very comfortable hotel, cheerful and helpful staff especially Martina and Leo in the restaurant. Great pool spoiled by very loud pop music in the poolside seating area. Overall a very good stay, thank you
The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats
Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious
Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left
Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!
Overall, the hotel is a nice environment, but there are definite drawbacks which would prevent us from staying here again (we’re actually leaving earlier than planned). The biggest issue is the in room climate controls

We have just spent three nights at Grand Hotel Wagner and it was outstanding in every way!! Our family stayed in three rooms and each one was beautifully appointed with fabulous toiletries, nice towels, nespeesso machines, and tea pots
Beautiful hotel in a renovated and repurposed palace. Service was excellent with a lot of grand salon spaces and a great bar on the main level. The rooms were beautiful, bathrooms well supplied. Very classy hotel.
My boyfriend even said “I don’t think even the Ritz would do that!” 😆 I am very grateful and I will NEVER EVER doubt Sicilians again!!! 🥹 Before I left, I even met the hotel manager who knew about the situation and checked on me
We have to give a special thank you to Davide who served us breakfast on two of our mornings. He is a shining example of what personal service and attention to detail should be
The hotel is in a great central location within walking distance of a ton of amazing food, shopping, and entertainment. All of the staff were so kind, hospitable, and helpful
I had a massage during my stay. This massage was the highlight of my time in the hotel. Laura was exceptionally skillful and gave me the most intuitive and relaxing massage

A very good hotel with a very good location and environment. It is also very convenient to go to and from the airport. The price is reasonable! Perfect for living while traveling! Worth recommending!
Really loved our stay. Spacious room, lovely balcony over looking the square and air con was super efficient. Could do with more wardrobe/ cupboard space but we just loved the room. It was ideal.
We walked to and from the Opera house area with no problems. There is a gelato shop just on the corner from the hotel that has the best gelato. The hotel is situated across from the square, Teatro Politeama Garribaldi
The hotel is centrally located. The housekeeping is excellent, with clean bed sheets provided daily. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious
A top-quality full breakfast is offered, with many options including pastries, hot breakfast items, and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful
The rooms are tremendously clean and well appointed. The only drawback to the rooms is that this is a boutique hotel and therefore the rooms are a bit smaller than a purpose built hotel

Just stayed 1 night at the ibis Styles. We had great service as we arrived at 5. 30am just off the ferry from Sardinia and were wanting to store our luggage, which included bikes (cycle touring)
The night receptionist was surprised to see us and after some discussion, we could bring the bikes and bags inside. They then said that we could come back after 11am and they would give us a room that had been cleaned
Costs so little to have a few umbrellas on hand or can I suggest, remove this service from the Accor website. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least and I imagine only supplied beacuse this is an Ibis Styles thing
The whole hotel was operated like it was still the old Cristal Palace Hotel and not an Accor Hotel. There are much better options than Ibis Styles Palermo Crital when staying in Palermo
Unfortunatley I cancelled original booking with Grand Hotel Wagner to stay at an Accor hotel
That was very appreciated as we had only a few hours sleep the night before. Our room was ready as they said and the bikes were stored away in a great place

Extremely good location. Daily cleaning. But the room is extremely simple too, don't even have kettle..
Very comfortable room and location, worthy for the price
As a third-class hotel, I think the hygiene here is acceptable, not bad health: Because it is near the train station, the environment is not very clean and the people are complicated, but it is still acceptable
The room wasn't very large, with just one queen-size bed. The bathroom curtain was a bit crudely hung and sometimes needed to be manually adjusted (you need to be at least 1. 72 meters tall to find it easy)
Simple and basic hotel but with concrete contents. Large room and good breakfast even if the coffee is served by a vending machine. Attached to the train station and to all the main city services.
The best part is that it's conveniently located across from the central train station, just across the zebra crossing, perfect for travelers with heavy luggage and early train departures

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!)
But totally, it was a good experience for us, and probably if we decide to have another trip to Palermo, we will stay in this hotel again
The Porta Felice Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Palermo. Its location is perfect, allowing us to explore the city's main attractions with ease
The massage, the service, and the smile was just perfect. Me and my wife had a great afternoon, relaxed to the max, and enjoyed every minute of the spa
Spa and Class! Wonderful hotel close to the historical district. The Spa is a MUST!!! Breakfast was incredible. Gianlucca was a helpful concierge
Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an equally spacious bathroom — ideal for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing

One of the things we appreciated most was how perfectly dark the room stayed, even in the middle of the day—thanks to the high-quality curtains, we got some of the best sleep ever. Altogether, a fantastic experience
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vecchio Borgo! The staff, especially Matina, were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed
Excellent. Very clean and perfect location, one step from the historical center. Very polite staff. I highly recommend
Very welcoming, speak ENG, breakfast varied, room small but clean and pleasant. Ideally located at the feet of the sites of tourist interest
The room was extremely comfortable, with excellent AC that kept us cool even on hot days
This was part of a bus tour of Sicily. I have to say the hotel is great. Fantastic location and easy access to the town centre. The rooms are a decent size and clean

Great hotel: very good quality, design while retaining charm. Restaurant: very good quality and fantastic setting Welcome to the hotel and the really great restaurant
It was a great surprise to be located in the very heart of Palermo. Great choice, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff! Highly recommended!
We came for the day spa as an early Valentine's day morning. We had the spa area to ourselves for an hour and then a couple's massage for an hour. The facility was wonderful, clean, and in good repair
The Sicilian specialty cannoli and fresh juice at breakfast were delicious. The staff were very kind and quickly responded to requests for moving suitcases and amenities
Tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace and the Cathedral are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants around at night, so there was no problem
The restaurant, which also serves as the breakfast venue, is spacious and surrounded by a beautiful courtyard, and it was hard to believe that I was in the city center

We requested a room on the higher floors but got one which was on the first floor and quite noisy. Still, probably this is the best hotel in Palermo, but there’s room to really improve things for the guests
So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106
The service staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. There is a parking service for 50 euros a day. The price/performance ratio is good. The hotel restaurant is very beautiful. The service is top-notch in Europe
Great, historical hotel in a nice location. Hotel clearly needs maintenance. The door of our restaurant couldn’t be closed so very unpleasant. Breakfast was good, although preferred to have more savory options
Palermo is the last stop of our entire trip to Sicily. Palermo is particularly suitable as a transit point to other attractions on the island
This seems to be the best hotel in Palermo. There are many places to visit around and the hotel is very beautiful and nice.

Nice hotel, but hard to find and up stairs. The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me
A lot of attention to detail and cleanliness, attached restaurant of good quality taken care of in the service and in the presentation of the dishes
Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre
Highly recommend An outstanding location, beautiful palazzo and extremely helpful personable staff.
We had a great stay at Brunaccini! The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful! Also, because of the location it is easy to enjoy historical Palermo and its markets!
The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant

The room is spacious and clean, very large bathroom, very good breakfast and the reception staff very courteous, helpful and ready to advice on places and monuments to see and with map on
Totally lovely hotel with outstanding cafe. Giovanna’s attention also wonderful food she deserves a raise in pay
The train station is also easily accessible and a few stops on the bus. Our original room was on the first floor and quite small and noisy, but we asked to be moved and we were moved to a suite on the top floor
The breakfast room is small but adequate and there is a very wide choice of food. My friend is coeliac and there was a wide choice, for her in the hotel, as well as in most of the restaurants in Palermo
Room 404 is definitely the room to ask for! it is very spacious with a balcony that goes around two sides and like every other room in the hotel, spotlessly clean
This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which gave us two double beds, a balcony, and everything we could possibly need. The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable
The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic – loads of choice, great quality, and it kept us full for most of the day. Having this included was a real bonus
The location is absolutely ideal – right in the heart of Palermo, near shops, restaurants, and with easy access to buses that take you straight to Mondello Beach
My friend and I booked this hotel without really knowing what to expect – but honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations
We also did a day trip to Cefalù which was super easy from here – the hotel is a great base for exploring
Couldn’t recommend this hotel more – we’ll definitely be coming back!

minutes walk to train station and Palermo center, supermarket located in opposite street.
A good choice for a few days in Palermo. Excellent location and service. Simple and adequate facilities.
The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything
Not badly located, close to the central station, opposite a supermarket and Lidl. It's a pity there is no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise everything is fine
Thank you for an amazing week with you. You have the nicest, most helpful staff. You are perfectly located for exploring Palermo. Rooms are beautiful like old luxury apartments. A great view of the street and very lofty

Our room was okay, but nothing special. That might be because we had one of the older, unrenovated rooms. As we passed by other rooms, we noticed that many of them had already been modernized and looked much nicer
Lovely staff who are more than happy to assist, the room was nice and basic with a very comfortable bed. The only let down was a slightly weak aircon but that can be forgiven. Definitely would stay here again.
Warm helpful staff, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. Beautiful location, has an elevator which is helpful. In walking distance to the Capo Mercato, Archeological Museum. Easy to meet tour guides nearby.
Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and tidy
The hotel is very conveniently located — it’s just a short walk to the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city really easy. The overall appearance of the hotel is well-maintained and clean
The service is excellent and the employees are really helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located on a small and calm street parallell to Via Roma

Excellent hotel in a central location. Quite large superior room and excellent breakfast
Nice and correct personell, perfect breakfast. There was no parking to offer at the moment. That means problem..
Great experience, the staff was kind, breakfast quite rich, only flaw there is not much choice for lactose intolerance, only some biscuits and jams! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are changed every day!
Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best
Great air conditioning system, comfortable bed, size of the room also nice. The greatest advantage of this place is its central position, in between Teatro Massimo and Politeama

The location is another major plus: nestled within walking distance of the city center and with a bus stop just around the corner, it offers easy access to all that Palermo has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the bustle of the city
Reception staff very helpful and friendly Overall very good nothing to complain about Situated in quiet area overlooking the park and easy walking access to see all the sights
This boutique hotel combines charm, comfort, and convenience in a way that makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Palermo. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention
The staff was lovely and it was in a very nice area of Palermo. The room was a little warm at night but the hotel had a lot of great features.

The building is stunning. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect and the staff are AWSOME!
The hotel is reasonably central and most areas can be reached by foot with some nice bars in adjoining streets and shopping nearby. The hotel reception area is small but adequate with a nice greeting on our arrival
Very central yet quiet location, easily accessible by car, valet parking for €25 per night, works perfectly. "Old-style" room with carpet, everything a bit worn, thinly soundproof, very good check-in/out.
The breakfast was typical continental with adequate choice with meal provided in the evening being very plentiful and tasty Sicilian style. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful
Older style but clean and comfortable, well located near the Politeama theatre and an easy walk to most downtown areas. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were good

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel definitely needs updating and general maintenance but despite this it remains a good alternative to visit the center of Palermo.
Great location and availability for check-in. We arrived on the last train from the airport and walked 5 minutes. Recommended
Nothing broken the stuff is helpful. Out of the hotel are many shops and a pretty view. For me this is generally the cleanest hotel i have ever been to and i hope you wanna make the choice to come
