Review 10/2024 with photos - convenient accommodation for late arrival (late check-in) in Palermo : 24h open reception - it's a conference center, mainly business orientated, with basic rooms & limited decorations/facilicities - not a "palace" and not "4 star" - 8eur/pers breakfast; 10eur carpark; 4eur/pers/night city tax) - room WIFI not suitable for work or private use - free parking on the...
Excellent large clean room with toiletries. Perfect breakfast, complete variety of continental n English breakfast with so many different brioche, cakes, sweet breads. Jam, butter, Nutella, yoghurt, cereals
it was nice we hope to return, all in the name of relaxation we had fun, kind and cheerful staff I thank Mrs Roberta Matranga on floor number 7, thoughtful and kind with dedication to her work
Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.
Greetings to the lady who cleaned my room with such dedication , kind, cheerful and helpful
A kettle was not provided upon request. At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful

Please ignore the bad reviews!!!!!
The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed
BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine
On the other hand, most of the staff is very nice and helpful and the room had an incredible view. The breakfast is also very good, with a lot of variety and great croissants, that was delicious
The mattress was also ripped and even had a blood stain, and huge “wholes” from usage. My mother had to clean the room herself as I had a terrible allergy to the dust
The thing that’s really bad is the surrounding area - it’s neglected and littered. There are almost no restaurants, the ones that are there are in bad shape

Bathroom arrangement is maybe classic, but you have all you need. Average choice for the breakfast. The service is OK, but due to plexy barrier and waitress serving us a little queue is growing from time to time
My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods
When embarking or dissembarking in Palermo you can easily deposit your luggage here or book a room when you have more luggages with you :) Great service at the desk, fresh and cold drinks avvailable
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. With friendly, smiling service. (Reception, cleaning, breakfast and dinner service)
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
To explore Palermo super location at the port with free parking. Our room had a great view of the harbour. The breakfast terrace restaurant has panoramic views of the harbour

This is one of the few hotels in Europe where the service is actually impeccable! The rooms are clean. The location is fabulous - walking distance from the city center and the views from the rooms are amazing
Staying at Hotel NH Palermo is a pleasure. All of the staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was impressive and very well done. They were very accommodating and patient
Special mention to Lucca at the reception who made the check in process very smooth and was extremely welcoming hence making us excited for the stay
The staff are always eager to please and helped us with great recommendations around the city as well
And remember to put on the door the “do not disturb sign” because the next morning the house keeping will open the door without even knowing ( she came in the morning like 3 times even though check out was at 12 she open the door at 9 am ) doesn’t have any heated pool (only pools for the summer other than that amazing breakfast and drinks at the bar 👌
Really nice experience came here 2 times already only comment I can make is that even though the booking app says taxes included when you do the check out they still charge you like 20 euros extra from “city taxes”

Villa Igiea lies a couple of miles outside of the centre of Palermo but the regular free shuttle service means you don’t have to spend money on taxis or track down somewhere to buy a bus ticket
Wonderful garden Delicious food we did not eat in the main restaurant. Old world polite courteous respectful loved it!
Gorgeous, full of history, friendly staff. Facilities a little old but to be expected and part of the charm. Out of town so quieter.
Magnificent old hotel. The shuttle services that is provided is great. No searching for taxi. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
The bar is pricey but the range is awesome. Everything from very tasty (and strong) locally brewed beer, amazing cocktails (Mary Pickford was fabulous) and excellent Italian wine selection
The terraced gardens are delightful. I booked a room in the annex which was huge, with a very comfortable bed, a full length bath and separate shower cubicle

We visited this site more than once. Beautiful beautiful place, the kids can run around, awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink, chill and enjoy life
Staff very helpful, rooms clean and modern, excellent location of the structure. Of note, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Beautiful SPA.. a corner of paradise!
This hotel located in a very busy and good area. Also the size of the hotel is medium and feel always cosy. In the rooms build in airconditioners .
This spot really shows the historical and impressive Italian art. Would recommend that you go check out this spot! It's a must! Very beautiful!
We enjoyed two hours in the spa. The swimming pool is large and relaxing. The girls for the massage were very professional.
not very bright as it was facing inner courtyard where on the ground floor theres their restaurant, so was bit noisy till around midnight but not a major issue at all

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.
The room is spacious and clean, very large bathroom, very good breakfast and the reception staff very courteous, helpful and ready to advice on places and monuments to see and with map on
The first experience in Palermo. Amazing clean room, very good services and hospitality. Better to spend a little bit more and avoid surprises. Thank you Artemisia, we will come back.
Then is located in a potion, strategic, very near to the most beautiful monuments of Palermo with the possibility to get there by doing a nice walk
Loved this quaint Hotel. Very friendly staff and great breakfast offered. Very handy location. Great restaurants nearby.
Central location great service friendly staff & really good buffet breakfast sky movies & football on TV a plus ?

A very elegant hotel. It is adorned with beautiful artwork. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very peaceful.
We had a great stay at Brunaccini! The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful! Also, because of the location it is easy to enjoy historical Palermo and its markets!
This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable
The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc. For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel
We had a suite and I was expecting a beautiful setup. While the space was nice I don't think it lives up to the luxurious feel that the pictures try to convey. Checking in process was not courteous at all
The breakfast was just average and honestly if you are going to charge someone this much money to stay why then limit only one espresso drink per person and any extra would be added charge

Rooms spacious, newly renovated hotel, great location, good amenities (garage on payment), prices excellent, breakfast good.
Nice and correct personell, perfect breakfast. There was no parking to offer at the moment. That means problem..
The breakfast is not bad, but could be a little more rich Really good location in the city centre, very close to the Massimo Theatre and the many shops of Via Ruggero Settimo. The council and I will surely come again
Great place to stop if you like city's night life but also quiet sleep at night. I wasn't informed at the check-in that there was an additional fee to pay the day after. I lost my time on the departure day
Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best
Great air conditioning system, comfortable bed, size of the room also nice. The greatest advantage of this place is its central position, in between Teatro Massimo and Politeama

The bathroom was a wartime survivor, with the shower in a pit and the falling apart toilet seat with a disconnected tube and a broken flush running water the whole time
The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city
Perfect for Palermo We stayed for two weeks in Hotel Tonic. Very well located in the historical city centre 2. Staff very friendly and helpful 3. Big rooms, very clean and new furniture 4
Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time
Clean, big and new utilated bathroom 5. Classic italian ambiance ( opposite to an Ikea style). We'return in our future trip to Tonic hotel
Very clean hotel. Cheap. Friendly staff. Wonderful and lavish breakfast. Close to the center of the town. I strongly recommend this hotel

Room are clean and very comfortable, service is good and also breakfast with lots of choice. The position is good to reach the center and is well connected with bus.
The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center
Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.
Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken

After the first day, he even remembered what kind of coffee we liked! He’s a genuine asset to the hotel staff, and I hope he is officially recognized as such! Breakfast, which was included in our stay was a nice assortment of fresh fruits, vegetables, breads pastries, scrambled eggs, and cheeses, plus much more
It was very satisfying visually and to the palate. We also had nightcaps a couple nights at the bar hotel. They make a great Manhattan and serve you either sweets or savory items as a tid bit to go with
The breakfast was GREAT and filling; the kind staff and views on the top floor made it even better. They parked our car and brought it back when needed
First I would like to do a special mention for Davide, a gentleman who we encountered each morning of our stay in the breakfast area
A special thank you to Nico who was the first person on staff the greet us and the last and take care of our luggage. And also a special thanks the gentleman who was working the reception desk Friday evening 10/18/24
We truly enjoyed Palermo and I can say the hotel and its location was part of the reason. The hotel is perfectly located to so many sites and restaurants. The hotel valet parked our car

The hotel was also generous enough to provide us with an early check-in, which was helpful after our long haul journey from India. Our room could comfortably accommodate our family of three and was kept neat and tidy
We had an issue with our booking and the front desk staff Eleonora was extremely helpful and resolved the matter in the most professional way and always with a smile. She even followed up to check if everything was ok
As we were checking out early in the morning to return to our home country, the front desk staff touched our hearts by offering to pack our breakfast in a special box
All the front office and service staff were exceptionally receptive and cordial, always eager to help us in every aspect and treating us like family
Located in a prime spot, the hotel made commuting to various places easy, with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby
Additionally, the hotel has a group of trusted drivers available for airport transfers and local travel assistance

they have a transport service from the hotel to city center and back to the hotel, just following their timelines but 14euros p/p with return , I thought was a bargain , a taxi would had cost us about 80 euros (not joking)
Wow , I was wrong! Reception : Extremely friendly service at arrival , the girl ( julia, i guess ) was absolutely wonderful on explaining us all the hotel`s facilities and times and showing good care for us
but with 3 swimming pools I reckon impossible, in the end of the day Palermo is a city surrounded by beaches so , not many are really keen on stay at the pool, but because of the location of the Hotel , those pool were the best, expecially the one that look at the city, fantastic
enjoy an amazing service and the restorant ( i capricci di Cristian ) at the 5th floor of the hotel. OMG! the pizza was perfection. The pasta dishes pure art, and the desserts so delicate
Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August. I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above
Room : An exquisite room with an AMAZING view , we took the one with balcony, we could see the whole city, fridge freezer full of different drinks, and several bathroom towel

Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Perfect central location, rooms are brand new and completely updated, cleaning staff’s attention to detail is immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious
It's 5 minute walking distance from the piazza politeama and the teatro massimo, and the are a lot of good local restaurants nearby. The hotel service is really good and all the staffs are really friendly
I love this hotel. Room could perhaps do with updating but it is full of charm and great staff. Breakfast is varied and delicious. It is very central and close to bus stops and many restaurants.
Amazing hotel. Very luxurious old style place that one feels lucky to have the chance to visit. Maybe not perfect in all aspects, but an excellent place to stay and a very nice experience
It is a great hotel to stay for the tourists. It's situated at the centre of Palermo and comfortable for public transport to go the train station , airport, and the beach

Gigantic rooms, good service, polite staff, good location. Cons- breakfast not biggest choice, parking hard to find, noise on the ceiling from the next level.
We enjoyed our two nights. The room was very spacious. David at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful along with all the staff. Breakfast was letdown though. With a small selection.
Over size, clean rooms with free wi-fi. Breakfast room with Gluten Free options. Location is only downside in a very narrow street & not a great deal of variety of restaurants nearby
Decent rooms, awesome location! I slept on a third extra bed, which was way too short for me, but it was decently comfy. The room itself was big and clean
Good location, near the downtown. Kindly and helpful crew. The room was wide and clean. The bed was perfect. In the bathroom there was a bidet.
Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but altogether it was good

The hotel is nice, in a classic style, it could stand a bit of modernizing, and it is not as noisy as some report, even when this is variable depending on the day and season
For those who have rented a car, the hotel offers a parking service at attractive rates, and they are in charge of the park and you there back to the requested time
Very welcoming, speak ENG, breakfast varied, room small but clean and pleasant. Ideally located at the feet of the sites of tourist interest
Excellent. Very clean and perfect location, one step from the historical center. Very polite staff. I highly recommend
The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is complete. Reading other reviews one has to wonder what some people expect from a 4-star. Breakfast is very abundant, there is no in-house gym. The staff is very kind and helpful
Our only complaint was that the location was very noisy at all hours and the air conditioning seemed to only have two settings: freezing or off. We recommend this hotel, just bring ear plugs :-)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, despite reading a few negative reviews. Very good value for money.
Nothing broken the stuff is helpful. Out of the hotel are many shops and a pretty view. For me this is generally the cleanest hotel i have ever been to and i hope you wanna make the choice to come
It is worths staying if you want to have beautiful holidays in the gorgeous city Palermo!!!
From the lift floor that's so soft it feels like you might fall through it, to the broken shower that you have to hold, shower door broken, the poorest air con ever, to dirty and scraped walls everywhere
Breakfast is a buffet of croissants, packet biscuits, hard rolls and one type of ham. The coffee pot is often empty, and the guy who refills it either likes you or doesn't - he didn't like me lol
Of all the interactions I had with him, he didn't change his expression or say a single word to me. But, he was nice and chatty with others
