Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.

Staff very friendly and efficient, enjoys a terrace on the 14th floor, a gym and a wellness centre at the 13th international breakfast very good and important in a city like palermo has a private parking, large rooms with air-conditioning and the safe, even though it has the potential not expressed

Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass

Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.

Very nice, cosy and clean hotel. Rooms were big and warm and staff were very friendly. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby and it is walking distance from old town and other historical attractions

As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel

Good hotel, large room and bathroom, clean and well-maintained. A good, adequate breakfast, a nice bar. Free, easy parking directly on the hotel grounds. The reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming

He forced us to get out of the water, claiming that the buoy wasn't for tourists but for him, and so we had to go buy a buoy outside. Here's what I can say about it

However, the people in other departments are very pleasant

The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but it's about a 45-minute walk away, which we were aware of and isn't a criticism

Well, what can I say, my family lives in Palermo and I come here often. I’ve never thought of staying in this hotel, but I have to say that I am having a wonderful time here, it’s quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Igea. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was equally impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit

One small detail I noticed, however, was that for a hotel in this price range, you expect everything to be perfect

The garden could have been better maintained some of the palm trees looked quite dry and the greenery wasn’t as neatly trimmed as you’d expect. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic experience

They anticipated our every need—bringing water and towels without us even asking—and they made getting our car seamless

I will definitely be coming back!

Other mornings we walked around the corner to Bar Touring for less than €10 total

Overall, the hotel is a nice environment, but there are definite drawbacks which would prevent us from staying here again (we’re actually leaving earlier than planned). The biggest issue is the in room climate controls

Also, as I said, this is as cold as it CAN get… during the day, it gets as high as 25°C (~77°F) in the room, presumably because the AC cannot keep up with the heat & humidity of a Sicilian summer

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Especially Leo, our server who does an awesome job in making you feel at home. Huge shout out to his limoncello spritzes. The best I’ve ever had.

Clean, comfortable, dog-friendly, quiet. The bed could have been a bit firmer. Good location near the historical centre and the sea. The hotel subcontracted its parking to a private security company (Lion)

Great air conditioning system, comfortable bed, size of the room also nice. The greatest advantage of this place is its central position, in between Teatro Massimo and Politeama

Friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our baggage there for a whole day after checkout so we could visit Palermo without a worry

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful

Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted and firmer pillows were sorted

We couldn't find a fault - not that we looked, because with service like we received, finding fault was the last thing in our minds

Room are clean and very comfortable, service is good and also breakfast with lots of choice. The position is good to reach the center and is well connected with bus.

The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center

Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken

We enjoyed our two nights. The room was very spacious. David at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful along with all the staff. Breakfast was letdown though. With a small selection.

Over size, clean rooms with free wi-fi. Breakfast room with Gluten Free options. Location is only downside in a very narrow street & not a great deal of variety of restaurants nearby

Decent rooms, awesome location! I slept on a third extra bed, which was way too short for me, but it was decently comfy. The room itself was big and clean

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category

Unforgettable week. Superlatives Angelo, Guglielmo, Eleonora and Gerardo of the staff. One thing that makes holidays beautiful is when you forget what day it is. This is exactly what happened to us on the Tersane IV.

The gulet is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the crew, Angelo Guglielmo Gerardo and Eleonora are serious qualified and helpful professionals with whom we spent a wonderful holiday that we will not easily forget

My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods

When embarking or dissembarking in Palermo you can easily deposit your luggage here or book a room when you have more luggages with you :) Great service at the desk, fresh and cold drinks avvailable

We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect and of very good quality. The 7th floor offers a wonderful view of the harbor. In the bar they make very delicious cocktails

Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Perfect central location, rooms are brand new and completely updated, cleaning staff’s attention to detail is immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious

It's 5 minute walking distance from the piazza politeama and the teatro massimo, and the are a lot of good local restaurants nearby. The hotel service is really good and all the staffs are really friendly

It is a great hotel to stay for the tourists. It's situated at the centre of Palermo and comfortable for public transport to go the train station , airport, and the beach

One of the things we appreciated most was how perfectly dark the room stayed, even in the middle of the day—thanks to the high-quality curtains, we got some of the best sleep ever. Altogether, a fantastic experience

The staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel, they are friendly and so helpful! Unfortunately this hotel is in a bad location and there was a lot of noise with fireworks going off at all hours of the night.

It is worths staying if you want to have beautiful holidays in the gorgeous city Palermo!!!

From the lift floor that's so soft it feels like you might fall through it, to the broken shower that you have to hold, shower door broken, the poorest air con ever, to dirty and scraped walls everywhere

Breakfast is a buffet of croissants, packet biscuits, hard rolls and one type of ham. The coffee pot is often empty, and the guy who refills it either likes you or doesn't - he didn't like me lol

I have to mention the lady who cleans the rooms - she is lovely! Always smiling and a friendly greeting and she works very hard, our room was made up every day and to a high standard

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.

The train station is also easily accessible and a few stops on the bus. Our original room was on the first floor and quite small and noisy, but we asked to be moved and we were moved to a suite on the top floor

The breakfast room is small but adequate and there is a very wide choice of food. My friend is coeliac and there was a wide choice, for her in the hotel, as well as in most of the restaurants in Palermo

Room 404 is definitely the room to ask for! it is very spacious with a balcony that goes around two sides and like every other room in the hotel, spotlessly clean

This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo

Very nice hotel a stone's throw from the city center, on a quiet street (if you can consider the streets of Palermo quiet!) The room is spacious and well-equipped, furnished in the style of the period, but with all modern comforts

The staff is very attentive, special mention to the gentleman at the reception who helped us solve a small problem with a thing left in the car, as well as to the young lady who welcomed us - a sunny and very professional person

Old money style, convenient location, very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants around, you can walk to the main attractions, there are also grocery stores around, it is also convenient to buy small items

The next day, my flight was at dawn, so I had a lot of requests, such as asking for a taxi, preparing a lunch box, and calling at dawn, but they handled everything kindly, so I was satisfied.

The European breakfast is so-so, there is nothing wrong with it, the breakfast room on the top floor is not small, the service is friendly

The bathroom was a wartime survivor, with the shower in a pit and the falling apart toilet seat with a disconnected tube and a broken flush running water the whole time

The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city
