The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of diversity. However the location is really bad. The neighborhood is very deplorable. You need to take a bus to look a place for eating. Buses are around 20 minutes but you must wait like 15 minutes for each bus.

Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone. There is a small gym which was adequate for a few sessions and a wellness center as well.

Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.

I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.

Giuseppe is an amazing host! He valet parked our car and even provided a quick near midnight snack for us. Breakfast is included and very good. And the location is right in the middle of the city center.

A great place to stay at - our hosts were a very nice and kind family that arranged our stay. It is also in one of the most central parts of the city from where you can go sighseeing, take a public transport to Mondello beach or visit another place in Sicily using a train or bus from the Palermo station which is some 500 meters from the place.

We were only here for a night and I have to say the accommodation was fantastic. When you first arrive you may think its a little close to the station etc however the B&B rooms are really quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful, WI FI great and the breakfast fantastic. I booked through booking this B&B and i am definitely satisfied with my selection! It is in a very good location in the city center. It has good breakfast to get you started, but it has stairs as the rooms are in the 4th floor. There is also everyday cleaning and the ARD supermarket nearby in case you want to buy some goods.

I stayed 2 nights at B&B and had an amazing experience. The room was clean, the breakfast excellent. And the most of the more I met 2 amazing guys , Darwin and William (the owner) are so friendly and helped me a lot. I recommend 100%.
