Enjoy the oceanfront from your room but ignore the beach - it’s fairly discusting

BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine

The thing that’s really bad is the surrounding area - it’s neglected and littered. There are almost no restaurants, the ones that are there are in bad shape

(The coffee bakery thingie across the street is lovely and they open at 6am so you can get your coffee fairly early 🥲) The „beach“ is not worth being called beach

Well, what can I say, my family lives in Palermo and I come here often. I’ve never thought of staying in this hotel, but I have to say that I am having a wonderful time here, it’s quiet

The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed

This is the place to stay in Palermo! I had the garden apartment and LOVED everything about it! I felt like I had my home with patio included in Palermo! The breakfast is Ahhhhmazing!!! Andrea and his team took care of every need and were fantastic in giving dining recommendations and other cities to visit as well

You wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Palermo! On our arrival Andrea made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. He gave us a personalised map to the city marking all the best places to see, eat and drink

We stayed at Palazzo Natoli twice within six months (in October and April 2024), and this boutique hotel is a true gem

As soon as you get out the door, you are in the middle of everything, you can easily walk to every main attraction in the city, and it is very easy and convenient to stop by the hotel to refresh or rest a bit during the day

His recommendations were outstanding. Andrea and his team also happily booked everything we needed from rooftop bars to restaurants and historical sites. The rooms are fabulous, spacious, comfortable and quiet

#4 has a nice little balcony onto the main street, great for people watching; #5 is a bit larger and faces a quiet side street; the Comfort room is spacious and quirky in the best way

Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone

The menu is always different because they use only the freshest products. The restaurant is tiny but very cozy and quiet, with a nice vista of Palazzo Steri. The waiters were adorable and always available

A complementary upgrade to a suite for two major celebrations was an unexpected treat. Enormous comfy beds, sitting area & jacuzzi. With two balconies looking over the beautiful street below

It was like staying with friends in their extremely comfortable and very quiet house in the middle of Palermo. Antonella and Georgia could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We spent 6 very enjoyable nights here

The convenient and central position really allowed us to get to see Palermo and some of the surrounding area

Fantastic location, free parking, big rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast with super fresh orange juice. Run by Guiseppe, who also looks after the guests. We liked it so much we came back for a second short stay.

Giuseppe is an amazing host! He valet parked our car and even provided a quick near midnight snack for us. Breakfast is included and very good. And the location is right in the middle of the city center.

Great location, good spaced rooms, had to rearrange furniture to use kettle-mentioned this to staff. No coffee in room and only flavoured tea. Would recommend

It is also in one of the most central parts of the city from where you can go sighseeing, take a public transport to Mondello beach or visit another place in Sicily using a train or bus from the Palermo station which is some 500 meters from the place

When you first arrive you may think its a little close to the station etc however the B&B rooms are really quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful, WI FI great and the breakfast fantastic

Room was big and everything was fine as long as you don't expext a luxury ambience. Considering the price we were totally satisfied. It is not a hotel, so there is no room service

The most important advantage here is the owner Giovanna personality with her kind attitude and immediate help with everything you need during your visit

The landlord (Giovanna) was very very nice and gave us some nice tips to get around the city and the coffee and cirnetti was really good!

Breakfast buffet was delicious and Rosy (our server) was the BEST!! The only issue was our room faced the street and it could get loud into the early morning hours

Hotel room was spacious especially for European standards and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with hot water which was resolved while we were there but we did have to take 1 night of cold showers

Magnificent old hotel. The shuttle services that is provided is great. No searching for taxi. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Villa Igiea lies a couple of miles outside of the centre of Palermo but the regular free shuttle service means you don’t have to spend money on taxis or track down somewhere to buy a bus ticket

The bar is pricey but the range is awesome. Everything from very tasty (and strong) locally brewed beer, amazing cocktails (Mary Pickford was fabulous) and excellent Italian wine selection

The breakfast is superb offering cooked food (Italian sausage, bacon, eggs etc), cold meats, salad, pastries and more pastries, fresh fruit, cakes and more cakes and great coffee

The terraced gardens are delightful. I booked a room in the annex which was huge, with a very comfortable bed, a full length bath and separate shower cubicle

Service was excellent, pianist was wonderful and the shrimp tagliatelle was divine

Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.

Staff very friendly and efficient, enjoys a terrace on the 14th floor, a gym and a wellness centre at the 13th international breakfast very good and important in a city like palermo has a private parking, large rooms with air-conditioning and the safe, even though it has the potential not expressed

Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass

Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.

We had a beautiful stay at the NH Hotel Palermo and are really sad to leave. The rooms with sea view you can book are very spacious, clean and from high quality

You have to join Mr motivator for his poolathon, exercises in the pool, he is fab and so enjoyable to listen to. Two people stood out, Mateo and Claudia M

The swimming pool was very crowded (which we expected in August), but unfortunately this led to the bathroom in the pool/bar area being really unpleasant. Completely wet, unclean, no toilet roll

just not enough toilets to accommodate all of the guests in the pool area

The drinks by the pool are amazing, my favorite was the Espresso Martini. Hotel dinner was also super nice. I'd recommend everyone to come here!

Built in the past maybe by 50 years but very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast was part of my package. Location is on Via Liberta which is chic section of the urban metropolis that is Palermo
