The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

Are there for a conference. However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani. Affordable prices

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.

I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.

Good hotel for its price. My room was clean, fresh and in good condition. Door a bit wonky but not a major problem. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. 24 hour reception and breakfast available for an extra fee. Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired. I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way.

The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally. I must agree with other reviews, the bedrooms are nice; the bathrooms work and are completely functional, could just do with a bit of refurbishment. There was evidence of refurbishment activity in the hotel, so I hope it will continue to improve.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

No hotel is better. Paulo and his wife do an excellent job. She makes the most wonderful breakfast right from her grandmother's recipes. You will be treated like someone special when you come to the Alma. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful two night stay. I requested an upgrade as it was my wife's birthday. The free upgrade was to a suite. On the day of her birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly was left in the room. Staff extremely courteous and friendly, room exceptionally large and clean. Best breakfast ever experienced in Italy with delicious cakes to see you through most of the day. Highly recommended.

This isn't a hotel per say, but a B&B arranged as an hotel. The building is full of levels re-arranged as an B&B an hotels. So don't expect a huge lobby or a bar. It's just a small lobby used for breakfast and 7 rooms. The rooms are well done, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and ok to use. The hotel is run by a family and everybody is taking care of travellers, which is really nice...

Great hotel with fantastic service. Although still pretty old in terms of the rooms and the whole vibe I would recommend staying here as it's very central. You can also park your car there if you come by car.

Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. I think I'm being a little generous awarding three stars, if it wasn't for the staff being friendly and helpful I would be struggling to give two stars. My room was huge, however, there is a queen bed and two singles in there which reduces the floor space considerably. The shower is very small. Breakfast was not great, some cold meat, some cereal, and heaps of sweet pasties. There are a block of flats...

The beds aren't the most comfortable, but the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The breakfast could use some more variety, but it is good nonetheless. The large balconies are also a nice touch.

Great location, great balcony veiw! Bed is kind of hard and blanket was so thin. Wall was as thin as paper so everyone could hear us.we got a complaint by one of the guest and his girlfriend for us whispering. 😑.only one bed but that's fine. We have a really great experience in this hotel. The name is hospitality is completely true, the receptionists are charming and we were helped by them in an extremely kind way. The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. It's 10 minutes away walking from the city center. If we come back to Palermo, we would choose this nice hotel again.

We came here because they didn't board the ship for Genoa, and we found a unique hospitality. The staff very attentive in trying to fulfill our requests. Spacious room complete with everything, air conditioning, fridge and TV.

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best.
