Great location and amazing service. Room is very spacious as well. Well equipped and clean. They helped us call a taxi, store luggages and answer some basic questions very kindly. Highly recommend!

Decent hotel but toiletries like toothbrush isn’t provided and they provide only 2-in-1 shampoo which isn’t good for your hair The breakfast items were poor as well, especially the scrambled eggs (simple dish that’s difficult to mess up)

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best. Friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our baggage there for a whole day after checkout so we could visit Palermo without a worry.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we were really very satisfied, availability of the staff at the top and for their kindness. A big thank you to Luciano and Giacomo. The breakfasts are exquisite, homemade, the rooms are very large and well appointed.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

Decent Stay with Friendly Service Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable. Ciro is the nicest Italian receptionist I've met. He was kind and helpful. The hotel is ok but it's a bit far to the city center. You can't really walk (40 min walk) specially in the heat of Summer. There are buses near by. Tickets are €1,80 each way. It's clean but beds are low and not very confortable.

Room had everything we needed despite the hotel being quite dated. Service staff at breakfast were very friendly. There is a parking charge that we were unaware of.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. The breakfast was very good. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.

I could not have chosen a better hotel. So far I have walked to some of the best attractions and eating places in this bustling capital city, all an easy pace away. Yet the hotel is in a side street, an oasis of calm. The room is perfect for a short stay, the staff are invariably polite knowledgeable and comfortable in English. Can't fault the breakfast, with gluten free options no problem.

Lovely staff who are more than happy to assist, the room was nice and basic with a very comfortable bed. The only let down was a slightly weak aircon but that can be forgiven. Definitely would stay here again.

The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. I think I'm being a little generous awarding three stars, if it wasn't for the staff being friendly and helpful I would be struggling to give two stars. My room was huge, however, there is a queen bed and two singles in there which reduces the floor space considerably. The shower is very small. Breakfast was not great, some cold meat, some cereal, and heaps of sweet pasties. There are a block of flats...

The beds aren't the most comfortable, but the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The breakfast could use some more variety, but it is good nonetheless. The large balconies are also a nice touch.

Nice Hotel in Central location

Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.

We have a really great experience in this hotel. The name is hospitality is completely true, the receptionists are charming and we were helped by them in an extremely kind way. The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. It's 10 minutes away walking from the city center. If we come back to Palermo, we would choose this nice hotel again.

The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.

One star hotel... the cleanliness of the shower should improve a bit and the cold water in the bidet didn't work... there was an air conditioner in the room. Convenient, non-chaotic place near Orleans But Palermo is Palermo and it was all worth it!!!!!

We came here because they didn't board the ship for Genoa, and we found a unique hospitality. The staff very attentive in trying to fulfill our requests. Spacious room complete with everything, air conditioning, fridge and TV.

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

Overall, its a very good hotel to stay at given the price. The staff were all delightful and more than happy to help. Check in was a quick and easy, and the rooms were amazing as well, spacious and modern. The major downside of the hotel is the location. If you are not renting a car then do not consider it, period. Other than that I have no complaints.

Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August . I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above. So, I was wondering what time was going to be. Wow , I was wrong! Parking on site, amazing views over Palermo, restaurant has some good food as well, but that comes with the price. Rooms are clean, gym is nicely equipped, and there is a pool table as well. Really enjoyed our stay.
