Great location and amazing service. Room is very spacious as well. Well equipped and clean. They helped us call a taxi, store luggages and answer some basic questions very kindly. Highly recommend!

Decent hotel but toiletries like toothbrush isn’t provided and they provide only 2-in-1 shampoo which isn’t good for your hair The breakfast items were poor as well, especially the scrambled eggs (simple dish that’s difficult to mess up)

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

I really like the 24-hour front desk here. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room is the best room in this price range. The picture shows the food court which is a 1-minute walk away.

I went a few months ago and my experience was great. The staff was super friendly and the hotel very cozy. The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere.

The room is clean, there is a good air conditioner, the Wi-Fi works. There is a gas water heater in the bathroom, so you won't be able to wash for a long time under a hot shower

This hotel is located in the center of Palermo. The elevator is also old-fashioned and there is no parking. The waiter recommended outdoor parking, which costs a higher fee of 20 euros a night. Breakfast was average.

Basique hôtel room, quite big but noisy (mostly coming from the corridors). Stayed there for a night so it was good and conveniently located

The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso...

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we were really very satisfied, availability of the staff at the top and for their kindness. A big thank you to Luciano and Giacomo. The breakfasts are exquisite, homemade, the rooms are very large and well appointed.

Great experience, the staff was kind, breakfast quite rich, only flaw there is not much choice for lactose intolerance, only some biscuits and jams! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are changed every day!

Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best. Friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our baggage there for a whole day after checkout so we could visit Palermo without a worry.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

Decent Stay with Friendly Service Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable. What stood out was the friendly and helpful staff at reception — great service from genuinely nice people. Overall, a decent experience for the price

Fantastic breakfast buffet. Clean room. Friendly reception. Spacious, clean room.

The service staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room could have been clean. There was black stuff coming out of the tiles when I was showering. I was here for business, usually only back in the room after working hours, and the room met my basic needs.

Despite some negative comments, perhaps from people who stayed on the first floor, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The wait staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the parking was free. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but it was completely quiet after 11 p.m.

Food very basic, toilet makes a loud noise when you flush, you could hear people next door. Nice place overall, very clean, i would recommend as beds are very comfortable and its great if you are going with friends or on a school trip.

Nice Hotel in Central location

Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.

It's very close to the bus stop from the airport, so it's convenient … You can enjoy bars, restaurants, shopping districts and sightseeing spots within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. The breakfast was very good. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.

Not for noise-sensitive people. It was quite noisy, as the windows were very thin and there was no real natural light in my room. Cleanliness was mediocre. Towels are only changed after departure, I suspect.

Together with other colleagues we stayed in this hotel near the University of Palermo. It is a family-run hotel and the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our stay pleasant. Clean rooms with good daily cleaning service. Breakfast offered very good and eaten under a very nice (isolated) gazebo. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

Ciro is the nicest Italian receptionist I've met. He was kind and helpful. The hotel is ok but it's a bit far to the city center. You can't really walk (40 min walk) specially in the heat of Summer. There are buses near by. Tickets are €1,80 each way. It's clean but beds are low and not very confortable.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys.
