Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

Are there for a conference. However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani. Affordable prices

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.

I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.

No hotel is better. Paulo and his wife do an excellent job. She makes the most wonderful breakfast right from her grandmother's recipes. You will be treated like someone special when you come to the Alma. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful two night stay. I requested an upgrade as it was my wife's birthday. The free upgrade was to a suite. On the day of her birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly was left in the room. Staff extremely courteous and friendly, room exceptionally large and clean. Best breakfast ever experienced in Italy with delicious cakes to see you through most of the day. Highly recommended.

This isn't a hotel per say, but a B&B arranged as an hotel. The building is full of levels re-arranged as an B&B an hotels. So don't expect a huge lobby or a bar. It's just a small lobby used for breakfast and 7 rooms. The rooms are well done, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and ok to use. The hotel is run by a family and everybody is taking care of travellers, which is really nice...

Great location, great balcony veiw! Bed is kind of hard and blanket was so thin. Wall was as thin as paper so everyone could hear us.we got a complaint by one of the guest and his girlfriend for us whispering. 😑.only one bed but that's fine. Recommended an amazing pizza place around the corner. 1 hotel staff wasn't helpful but 2 other hotel staff were so nice. Breakfast was good.

Front desk was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. 24 hour reception and breakfast available for an extra fee. Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired. I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way.

The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally. I must agree with other reviews, the bedrooms are nice; the bathrooms work and are completely functional, could just do with a bit of refurbishment. There was evidence of refurbishment activity in the hotel, so I hope it will continue to improve.

We have a really great experience in this hotel. The name is hospitality is completely true, the receptionists are charming and we were helped by them in an extremely kind way. The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. It's 10 minutes away walking from the city center. If we come back to Palermo, we would choose this nice hotel again.

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

We are at home now, we have been coming for 4 years and we have always found ourselves just fine. Hospitality, friendliness, clean rooms and reasonable prices.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel del Centro. Very convenient location and easy to walk to most places of interest in Palermo. My only complain is the early morning noise that could be heard from my room (ground floor). Thanks to all the staff for their kind service and attention. Grazie!!!

Location of the Hotel is very central which allows to see the great surroundings and catch public networks. Room and hotel is generally clean but quite old. Entrance area of the house smells of mould.

Close to the station and to the main areas. The room was ok with AC and was very quiet. We were three persons in a four bed room that was very spacious. Breakfast was ok but with too much sugar in it.

The hotel is small but intimate. The personnel is nice. Do not take room 6 which is close to the elevator and other systems. A lot of noice so I could not sleep

Every aspect of our stay was excelente. The host was super helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast is great, you have to try the pistachio cream. The beds are very comfortable and everything is new and very clean. It's close to the city center.

This hotel is small, just 8 rooms, but they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. It's well located close to the shopping street and the old center. We stayed only 2 nights. Very good beds and a modern room & bathroom made the stay enjoyable. We had to leave early the last day to get to the airport and they arranged for us to have an earlier breakfast than normally possible. Very friendly...

Rooms a bit small and noisy from the street. Breakfast very poor, mostly sweets and you had to ask for 2 slices of ham and cheese. But the price is fair for what they are offering.

Villa has a great location, went to watch the football and was within walking distance of the stadium. Easy to walk to most attractions but the hotel probably requires an update. It’s fit for purpose for a short break and breakfast was good, particularly the cannoli

A good place to stay with own parking. Only 5-10 minutes to the city center. It was clean and with nice personal. The breakfast was OK. The only disadvantage that beds were old.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Intercontinental breakfast, lunch and dinner are one of the best in Palermo. Fantastic view from the rooms to the sea. Secure parking place with enough space for everybody. We enjoyed this hotel and wish the owner Marco all the best for the future.

Not very good view in the deluxe room with sea view, especially in the low floors. Wifi is not working in the new wing where our room is. Noisy insulation is poor, hear everything from corridor and upstairs, which is terrible. On the plus side, room is spacious and nice. Friendly service. Great to have off street secured car park. Nice to have breakfast included.

Great hotel with fantastic service. Although still pretty old in terms of the rooms and the whole vibe I would recommend staying here as it's very central. You can also park your car there if you come by car.

Nice Hotel in Central location

Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.

The hotel was conveniently locate in a nice area of central Palermo. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room on the third floor was "traditional Sicilian" style, to put it politely. It was smelling of old furniture, the mattress was so old that the springs were coming out and the bed sheets had holes in them. The bathroom was a wartime survivor, with the shower in a pit and the falling...

I think I'm being a little generous awarding three stars, if it wasn't for the staff being friendly and helpful I would be struggling to give two stars. My room was huge, however, there is a queen bed and two singles in there which reduces the floor space considerably. The shower is very small. Breakfast was not great, some cold meat, some cereal, and heaps of sweet pasties. There are a block of flats...

The beds aren't the most comfortable, but the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The breakfast could use some more variety, but it is good nonetheless. The large balconies are also a nice touch.
