Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.

The hotel was conveniently locate in a nice area of central Palermo. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room on the third floor was "traditional Sicilian" style, to put it politely. It was smelling of old furniture, the mattress was so old that the springs were coming out and the bed sheets had holes in them. Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

Great location and affordable price. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with cannoli and brioche. Some light bulbs in my room were not working and the bed mattress with springs was not the best. Hotel really very cute. The rooms are spacious and each room has a big tv and air conditioning. Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

Are there for a conference. However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani. Affordable prices

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.

I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.

Known for the case for a business stay in Palermo and found the rooms although small but very clean and an excellent restaurant, breakfast is really good

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.

Lovely staff who are more than happy to assist, the room was nice and basic with a very comfortable bed. The only let down was a slightly weak aircon but that can be forgiven. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice hotel, very well located in Palermo. Everything is less than 10/15 min by walk. The best part was the friendliness of the staff!! I should also add that the breakfast is good! I was treated like a princess! Many thanks

Overall, its a very good hotel to stay at given the price. The staff were all delightful and more than happy to help. Check in was a quick and easy, and the rooms were amazing as well, spacious and modern. The major downside of the hotel is the location. If you are not renting a car then do not consider it, period. Other than that I have no complaints.

Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August . I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above. Parking on site, amazing views over Palermo, restaurant has some good food as well, but that comes with the price. Rooms are clean, gym is nicely equipped, and there is a pool table as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

It is a budget hotel with good services, quiet, with a pool next summer well, it is away from the city, but they all have transfers direct to the city, the breakfast maybe we miss more variety of fruit, the restaurant is ok, in summary and.diempre taking into account what you pay for complies with what is expected, unless the wifi but it has been in almost all of Sicily

Good and gentle stuffs. Near the University of Palermo and the Norman Palace is recommend. Outside and around it is very bad.

I think I'm being a little generous awarding three stars, if it wasn't for the staff being friendly and helpful I would be struggling to give two stars. My room was huge, however, there is a queen bed and two singles in there which reduces the floor space considerably. The shower is very small. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but the room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The breakfast could use some more variety, but it is good nonetheless. The large balconies are also a nice touch.

Location of the Hotel is very central which allows to see the great surroundings and catch public networks. Room and hotel is generally clean but quite old. Entrance area of the house smells of mould.

Close to the station and to the main areas. The room was ok with AC and was very quiet. We were three persons in a four bed room that was very spacious. Breakfast was ok but with too much sugar in it.

Cheap hotel in good location close to train station and historic town centre. No kettle in the room, but you can go and ask for a cup of hot water at reception. The continental breakfast included is pretty basic (only 2 cups of coffee allowed per person) but the pastries and canolli are delicious. Some steps at entrance, before the tiny lift, so not very accessible

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired. I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way.

The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally. I must agree with other reviews, the bedrooms are nice; the bathrooms work and are completely functional, could just do with a bit of refurbishment. There was evidence of refurbishment activity in the hotel, so I hope it will continue to improve.

The room was nice,with TV and air conditioning. The breakfast was okay, simple but nice. We were in a double room but the bed was made up by two single mattresses joined together and we found that it was not suitable for a couple. The hotel itself is at the 5th floor of an old building and the elevators are horrible and creepy. The location is very good though, and the price was fair.

I was in Palermo for a weekend in April, and I was very satisfied with my choice. The hotel is 3-star, adequate to the quality and quantity of services that it offers. The hotel is located a short distance from Via Ruggiero Settimo and from the historic centre of Palermo, and about 100 mt from Piazza Politeama (not just the proximity to the bus stop that connects the city centre with the airport)....

Great position only 5-10 minutes from Opera house and other major sites. Great breakfast and very helpful staff - garage parking only 14 eur per night - and they park it for you. Only downside was the bed in 309 was too hard.

A something in the years come Hotel right in the centre of Palermo. The Design is very nice but not necessarily modern. The staff is very helpful and nice and helped us with all our questions. Price-wise, but definitely in order. I know more luscious Breakfast offerings of the Cafe but all is well again. Happy again...

The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

We came here because they didn't board the ship for Genoa, and we found a unique hospitality. The staff very attentive in trying to fulfill our requests. Spacious room complete with everything, air conditioning, fridge and TV.
