Outstanding location with the best balcony views. Stayed here on a family vacation and the location cannot be matched! The balconies have a direct view of the theater across the street and are so much fun at night. My room was clean and well equipped including a kitchen. There aren’t a lot of extra services like a high-end hotel, but I was perfectly happy to have the high-end view without paying that kind of price. If that is your style, I would highly recommend! Location is right on the main pedestrian artery in Palermo and offers the best people watching.

This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!

We are so glad we stayed here while in Palermo. Great location, everything walkable, very clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant recommendations, surprisingly quiet at night even though it was central. The hotel organized airport pick-up for us, which was professional and top tier. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel even helped us find city parking. Everything was five stars, highly recommend!

Superb location; easy to get everywhere. Apartments were beautiful, modern, and immaculately kept. The balcony had a great view. Our concierge, Adele, answered any questions we had promptly. She also arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we arrived very late and left very early.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view overlooking the Teatro Massimo in central Palermo, easy walk to the city’s sites. Rooms are very spacious, decor updated and fully furnished. Staff is very friendly with breakfast offered right out the front door. A special treat was enjoying an evening cocktail on the rooftop bar/restaurant to relax and enjoy the city lights.
We would highly recommend this luxury hotel.

Extremely well located, very clean and the rooms facing the theatre come with a wonderful view. Thought we would be bothered by the noise coming from the streets but turned out that the double glazed windows are very efficient and the street are pretty calm in The morning the you can enjoy an early coffee with the spectacular view.
Paola is very helpful, ask her for the best spots and tables in town ;)

Classy, modern, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of town and walking distance of most attractions. Despite its central location the property is extremely quiet (due to good quality double glazed windows!). Paola was excellent to deal with…Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Second week\-August 2022--Exceptionally well designed and very clean apartments: spacious, modern, great espresso in apt & everything works very well. A concierge is nearby, within minutes, if you need anything. Same applies to check-in, check-out---automatic and quick. Location is excellent, with balcony doors opening to the beautiful Teatro Massimo

The place is great and is just like the photos show it. It’s super central and close to everyone you want to see In Palermo. The amount of natural light, the views, the fast WiFi - it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend.

A five-day stay at Palazzo Sovrana was perfect for our time in Palermo. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants, landmarks, and events. The hotel managers communicated often (including before/after the stay) and assured excellent service at the hotel. Highlights included the large jacuzzi, large shower, comfortable bed, and rooftop access. Definitely worth the cost; Highly recommend it.
