Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. A kettle was not provided upon request. At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful.
Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.
Review 10/2024 with photos - convenient accommodation for late arrival (late check-in) in Palermo : 24h open reception - it's a conference center, mainly business orientated, with basic rooms & limited decorations/facilicities - not a "palace" and not "4 star" - 8eur/pers breakfast; 10eur carpark; 4eur/pers/night city tax) - room WIFI not suitable for work or private use - free parking on the...
Rooms were cleaned well every day but fridge and air conditioning didn’t work. Definitely not 4 stars as the breakfast was also not great. Location is not bad, train station and buses nearby
Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.
it was nice we hope to return, all in the name of relaxation we had fun, kind and cheerful staff I thank Mrs Roberta Matranga on floor number 7, thoughtful and kind with dedication to her work. Greetings to the lady who cleaned my room with such dedication , kind, cheerful and helpful.

A good place to eat and to sleep.
The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.
As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel. He forced us to get out of the water, claiming that the buoy wasn't for tourists but...
Good hotel, large room and bathroom, clean and well-maintained. A good, adequate breakfast, a nice bar. Free, easy parking directly on the hotel grounds. The reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but it's about a 45-minute walk away, which we were aware of and isn't a criticism. It's by the sea, though. We would come again.
It is far from the city center. The breakfast is good compared to other local hotels, but not as rich as advertised. The most important thing is that the hotel supplies are not complete, there are no disposable slippers, no kettle, and even no quilt on the bed. After communicating with the manager for a long time, he only got a thin quilt. In short, it does not meet the four-star standard.
The hotel is not very new, but the staff tries. Overall, everything is good.

Overall, the hotel is a nice environment, but there are definite drawbacks which would prevent us from staying here again (we’re actually leaving earlier than planned). The biggest issue is the in room climate controls. While there is a thermostat in each room, allowing you to change the temperature, no matter how low you set it, the coldest the room will ever get is 23°C (~74°F). And, as many are...
Our room was small but perfectly formed with everything we needed. What let's this place down is the service. The breakfast was average. The coffee machines were not working either day we stayed. The produce itself was poor with very little choice. The pool area is beautiful. Plenty of towels and beds. However the service around the Poole is extremely poor and expensive. Two soft drinks (that took...
Slightly outdated room, and bathroom, our shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was good but did not wow me. Pool was nice to sit by. Palermo was the last leg of our trip in Sicily and we were so tired by that point, it was nice to have the pool. Decent for the price but next time I would opt for something deeper in the city.
The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Especially Leo, our server who does an awesome job in making you feel at home. Huge shout out to his limoncello spritzes. The best I’ve ever had.
Clean, comfortable, dog-friendly, quiet. The bed could have been a bit firmer. Good service from staff. Great breakfast. Good location near the historical centre and the sea. Hotel parking is messy. Its management as well. The hotel subcontracted its parking to a private security company (Lion). There are discrepancies in prices between what the hotel stated (20 euros per night), and the price I was...

Wonderful room, super clean, comfortable bed, perfect pillows. Reception staff super friendly and very helpful they answer the reception phone 1 seconds. Big variety for breakfast, coffee fantastic as always. Cannot wait to return!
Great hotel & friendly staff! Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids (10 & 8) and we loved it. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. We had the best sleep as the rooms are nice and dark and the beds were very comfy. My kids loved the pool when the afternoons were too hot to walk around & we wanted to cool off before heading out again. We ended up having breakfast a couple of mornings and it...
Such a beautiful hotel with all the luxury you would need to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary celebration trip. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel superb and most importantly the service is impeccable! We’ve especially have enjoyed the breakfast staff who had served our needs during our stay here at this hotel.
All the staff at the hotel are so amazing, attentive and helpful. Agostino is absolutely great and helped us with everything we asked. Claudio at the bar is so fantastic. This hotel is so clean, great location, fantastic breakfast. We had the best experience. Best stay in Palermo! Will be back again!
Claudio is attentive and goes above and beyond to help. NH hotel is lucky to have a server like him. He helped with everything we needed without asking. We never had to ask for any help. Our stay at Nh Collection Palazzo Sitano has been amazing so far. We’ve been here for two days, and are staying for five. So far the breakfast has been more than satisfactory, with a large variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, eggs etc. The decor of this hotel is phenomenal, and the staff has made us feel very welcome. Elegantly styled classy hotel. Built in the past maybe by 50 years but very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast was part of my package. Location is on Via Liberta which is chic section of the urban metropolis that is Palermo. No regrets.
This is a really nice hotel with lots of style. the rooms a nicely furnished clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the restaurant, we arrived at 9.30pm but this had no effect on the excellent service and very good food and wine. the head waiter was fantastic. This is a good place to stay.
Excellent location overlooking gardens. Very friendly staff relaxing.
Very good and user friendly hotel although certain faucets in the BR need looking to. However enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
Recently, I have been invited to meet the management of this hotel after a severe critic published on Google. This has been an appreciated feedback and I have decided to share with you some reflection: 1. My method seems to me correct. Me and my wife experience personally the 90% of every location or service we later value on Google. As tourism operators, we move a large amount of travelers in Switzerland...
Good receptionist. Very impressive hotel, clean and relaxing. Room are big and clean. Restaurant and breakfast are perfect. Gym is small but with important things inside. Parking are not inside the hotel and need it because outside is quite difficult to find parking

Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken. The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center.
Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.
Room are clean and very comfortable, service is good and also breakfast with lots of choice. The position is good to reach the center and is well connected with bus.

Great place. Great hospitality.
Good hotel. Big rooms. Central. Helpful staff
We enjoyed our two nights. The room was very spacious. David at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful along with all the staff. Breakfast was letdown though. With a small selection.
Decent rooms, awesome location! I slept on a third extra bed, which was way too short for me, but it was decently comfy. The room itself was big and clean. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but altogether it was good.
The hotel is okay. The room are big. The breakfast is reasonable. No warm breakfast.

This place Great location, went to watch the football and was within walking distance of the stadium. Easy to walk to most attractions but the hotel probably requires an update. It’s fit for purpose for a short break and breakfast was good, particularly the cannoli
Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Big quiet room 308. Convenient for three very good restaurants, one right next door! A short walk to liberta main drag and 15 minutes stroll from teatro Massimo. Yes, it is close to an old fort now a prison but this did not affect our stay or feeling secure.
Had a very pleasant experience here! Can't wait to return.
Good place, helpful staff. Free parking (you have to enter from the back). The neighborhood is not so safe at night.
Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Really good for staying in Palermo. It is located outside the centre but u can reach it in 15m walk. Definitely I would go back.

Perfect place to stay in Palermo historical center. Close to most attractions. Staff very friendly and nice. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Recommended
My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods. The location of the hotel worked well for our group.
An ideal stopover before boarding the ferry. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations but the area is not that good with run down buildings and homeless people around. The car park seemed safe and secure and it was an easy walk into the historic centres of the town We were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Suite which was very nice and the reception staff were really helpful when my partner slipped...
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. We had a wonderful week here. (112 rooms.) They are in a good location. With friendly, smiling service. Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great sauna, wellness & spa and masseuse Tereza was super nice and good. Thank you very much!
Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road. Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent). Very close to several restaurants and gelati places. Very close to many monuments, Churches, theaters,.
Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces. And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside. The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days. In the evening there is a pianist and very pleasant piano music for the aperitivo, live bar music. Very fair prices for wines and drinks. It's worth stopping here for a short break and refreshment when walking through...
Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints. Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.
Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor. Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage. It’s a true hit or miss.

Great check-in experience despite late arrival. Front desk is very friendly. Valet service worked super well. Room is very nice and spacious. Looking forward to more.
We had a great time in the hotel; the room is really big and the whole environment is so nice. Recommend!
I enjoyed my stay in the Mercury hotel. The receptionist (Sylvia) gave to me a great service by changing my single room and giving me another single roome with nicer view and more confortable. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Coffe machine workd perfectly and everything was nice!
Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!

The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. All good here :) was clean and the staff was helpful. Bit noisy neighborhood in the weekend
Venue was somewhat noisy from street activity and whilst location is central there were some minor issues. Rooms are cosy and walls in need of a clean. Air Conditioning was loud and floors creaky under foot. Sleep comfort was OK and some toiletries were provided.
This was part of a bus tour of Sicily. I have to say the hotel is great. Fantastic location and easy access to the town centre. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The front desk are very helpful and provided a jug on request as well as lots of free ice from the bar. Only quibble is the super loud night club nearby. We didn’t sleep at all!! The hotel itself is nice. The rooms clean and tidy. The staff helpful but the location is not the best. It literally borders on ehat might be called a 'rough' area. This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo. Fine location near Teatro Massimo and shopping streets, lots of restarants and bars in vicinity. Street noise gets in starting at 7 a.m. Thin walls ond doors let in sounds of living from the hotel. Ear plugs always in big demand. Cramped breakfast room, but OK food for a short stay. Friendly staff and good cleaning. As noticed earlier falls short of four stars
Loved this quaint Hotel. Very friendly staff and great breakfast offered. Very handy location. Great restaurants nearby.
