First of all: The staff is lovely !!! Warm, welcoming, friendly, supportive - cute as a button. As it should be. Thank you very much for that! The hotel is lovely, but old. Needs to be updated. AC isn’t working properly. The swimming pool is nice but the area around it is without any love and interior taste. The gym itself is a real joke, you don’t need to try it ;) The rooms are very different -...
The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed. The mattress was also ripped and even had a blood stain, and huge “wholes” from usage. My mother had to clean the room herself as I had a terrible allergy to the dust. On the other...
BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine. Please ignore the bad reviews!!!!!
Well, what can I say, my family lives in Palermo and I come here often. I’ve never thought of staying in this hotel, but I have to say that I am having a wonderful time here, it’s quiet. The rooms are big and I am very pleased with the breakfast and the services. yes, it’s not extremely close to the town centre of Palermo but, most people here have Cars to move around or you can take a short taxi ride...
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of diversity. However the location is really bad. The neighborhood is very deplorable. You need to take a bus to look a place for eating. Buses are around 20 minutes but you must wait like 15 minutes for each bus.
Great hotel with Amazing views from the 14th floor, dining food was nice and sea view from my room was amazing. Airport bought phone adapter charger did not fit the plugs in the room, so had to buy oe at a local store which was fine and the locals were very friendly I found. Location is only 15 minutes walk from train station & coach station / bus station and from the main town, in which there are...

You wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Palermo! On our arrival Andrea made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. He gave us a personalised map to the city marking all the best places to see, eat and drink. His recommendations were outstanding. Andrea and his team also happily booked everything we needed from rooftop bars to restaurants and historical sites. The rooms are fabulous, spacious...
We stayed at Palazzo Natoli twice within six months (in October and April 2024), and this boutique hotel is a true gem. The location is unbeatable - in the very center of Palermo, right next to the Cathedral and the famous Four Corners, close to everything, in the area that is safe and vibrant. As soon as you get out the door, you are in the middle of everything, you can easily walk to every main attraction...
An amazing hotel experience... Having checked out the information about Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel in advance, we opted to reserve the two accommodations located on the ground floor of a separate historic building. The experience was amazing. Although we never had much contact with the hotel staff, except those who delivered breakfasts directly to our suite daily, they were always friendly and professional...
This is the place to stay in Palermo! I had the garden apartment and LOVED everything about it! I felt like I had my home with patio included in Palermo! The breakfast is Ahhhhmazing!!! Andrea and his team took care of every need and were fantastic in giving dining recommendations and other cities to visit as well. I stayed there again on the tail end of my trip and wouldn’t stay anywhere else...

The massage, the service, and the smile was just perfect. Me and my wife had a great afternoon, relaxed to the max, and enjoyed every minute of the spa. I would recommend this to anyone interested in some relaxation during your stay in Palermo.

Quiet location. Modern rooms, recommend superior room with balcony. Nice breakfast on terrace.
Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone. There is a small gym which was adequate for a few sessions and a wellness center as well.
Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom and mostly quiet. Cleanliness has been also appreciated. Staff on a whole very courteous and efficient. For sure my favorite spot for future stays. Bravo!
The hotel is perfectly tucked away on a safe, quiet street right next to the harbour but a minutes walk to the old town, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is served on the exquisitely picturesque roof terrace until a leisurely 11am. Quality cold cuts and everything else your heart desires with the most charming service. We had a delightful stay at the Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal during our visit to Palermo. All the front office and service staff were exceptionally receptive and cordial, always eager to help us in every aspect and treating us like family. The hotel was also generous enough to provide us with an early check-in, which was helpful after our long haul journey from India. Our room could comfortably accommodate...
It is a very decent hotel if you're not looking for a luxury one. The receptionist Eleanor was very approachable, always ready to help. The dining room ladies were efficient, quickly replenishing anything that ran out. I don't know all their names, but they were amazing. Thanks to Valentina for her impeccable service. However, during our week there, on two occasions, the room smelt (of sewage, from...
The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.
The hotel is located in a very nice area and close to everything. They also have a Collaboration with a parking garage very nearby which is very helpful as most of the point of interests can be reached by walking form the hotel. The best point of the hotel is the staff. We had an issue with our booking and the front desk staff Eleonora was extremely helpful and resolved the matter in the most professional...
Excellent customer service, breakfast was beyond expectations, variety of food for all tastes. Walking distance for all amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful
The hotel is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the historic quarter and the airport shuttle pickup point on Via Roma. The room had both a double and single bed. There were tea making facilities and everything was spotless. There was supposed to be 2 bottles of water in the room according to the information leaflet, but these weren't there. The location is great as it is close to the city centre but overall it is an ordinary hotel. Our room had a particular strong smell that wasn’t nice and it was quite dark as the windows were opening to an internal space. We didn’t try breakfast there but instead went to nearby coffee bars. Hotel room was spacious especially for European standards and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with hot water which was resolved while we were there but we did have to take 1 night of cold showers. Location is very very walkable.
Beautiful Boutique Hotel. Great Location. Front desk, especially Valentina was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet was delicious and Rosy (our server) was the BEST!! The only issue was our room faced the street and it could get loud into the early morning hours.
Decent stay at the P da L. Front desk service and location was perfect. AC, internet and TV worked well. Housekeeping could have been better. Body wash was not replaced twice! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were smaller but comfortable. Recommended
This is a wonderful little hotel in the center of all the action. If you can’t handle a little noise at night don’t stay here. The place is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is amazing. If we return to Palermo we will stay here again
What a wonderful stay! spacious, modern room with patio. helpful and friendly staff, always willing to share sightseeing ideas and even helped me make a couple of phone calls in Italian. Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. Great stay at NH Palermo - got upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice touch! Breakfast buffet was plentiful of nice options. Parking onsite was very helpful as we hired a car from Palermo airport. All the staff was very nice! It is also well located with a nice short walk into the city centre. Would recommend for your next stay in Palermo.
I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Old Town and its swimming pool, to keep cool in the hot month of August. Overall, we thought the staff were very kind and we slept well in the beds, but in my opinion the hotel needs significant updating to be considered a 4 star hotel. We had a beautiful stay at the NH Hotel Palermo and are really sad to leave. The rooms with sea view you can book are very spacious, clean and from high quality. Beautiful hotel, common areas well being. Rooms very big , clean with a beautiful sea view. I was participating for the international congress about oil. While the coffee break we had to change the rooms and Mr Giuseppe together with his team he has been very helpful in one hour to switch a unique room in four smaller rooms.
Average hotel, we had to constantly ask for items such as a kettle or slippers. The tea was not restocked in the rooms so we had to get teabags from the breakfast. Elegantly styled classy hotel. Built in the past maybe by 50 years but very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast was part of my package. Location is on Via Liberta which is chic section of the urban metropolis that is Palermo. No regrets.
This is a really nice hotel with lots of style. the rooms a nicely furnished clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the restaurant, we arrived at 9.30pm but this had no effect on the excellent service and very good food and wine. the head waiter was fantastic. This is a good place to stay.
Excellent location overlooking gardens. Very friendly staff relaxing.
Very good and user friendly hotel although certain faucets in the BR need looking to. However enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our two nights. The room was very spacious. David at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful along with all the staff. Breakfast was letdown though. With a small selection.
Decent rooms, awesome location! I slept on a third extra bed, which was way too short for me, but it was decently comfy. The room itself was big and clean. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but altogether it was good.

Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken. The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center.
Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

The hotel is nice, in a classic style, it could stand a bit of modernizing, and it is not as noisy as some report, even when this is variable depending on the day and season. Fast wi-fi. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is complete. Reading other reviews one has to wonder what some people expect from a 4-star. Breakfast is very abundant, there is no in-house gym. The staff is very kind and helpful...
Just fine. The rooms were really cute. Our only complaint was that the location was very noisy at all hours and the air conditioning seemed to only have two settings: freezing or off. We recommend this hotel, just bring ear plugs :-)
Lovely hotel, good location, gorgeous room, slight problem with a leaking shower though! Apart from that, very happy indeed!
Very welcoming, speak ENG, breakfast varied, room small but clean and pleasant. Ideally located at the feet of the sites of tourist interest. For those who have rented a car, the hotel offers a parking service at attractive rates, and they are in charge of the park and you there back to the requested time.

Central location and cute looking. The building is historic and has surprises everywhere. Beautiful spaces and art throughout. The beds are going to kill your back if you’ve got any issues with it. The AC was weak And cut out partway through the night. The breakfast was very good and I’d recommend trying - a great selection of delicious food.
Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.
Magnificent place, based on the ancient Palazzo Tarallo, whose structure is preserved. 18th century palace, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, in the heart of Palermo, unique atmosphere, marble staircases, chandeliers and breathtaking views of the roof terrace. A great experience. PS: I generally only rate places that deserve 5 stars.
The location is fantastic, I'd say the best position in the city center! Easy to walk everywhere, also nice to go for a run by the sea. The personnel is courteous, kind and professional. Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.

This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.
