Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. A kettle was not provided upon request. At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful.
Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.
Review 10/2024 with photos - convenient accommodation for late arrival (late check-in) in Palermo : 24h open reception - it's a conference center, mainly business orientated, with basic rooms & limited decorations/facilicities - not a "palace" and not "4 star" - 8eur/pers breakfast; 10eur carpark; 4eur/pers/night city tax) - room WIFI not suitable for work or private use - free parking on the...
Rooms were cleaned well every day but fridge and air conditioning didn’t work. Definitely not 4 stars as the breakfast was also not great. Location is not bad, train station and buses nearby
Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.
it was nice we hope to return, all in the name of relaxation we had fun, kind and cheerful staff I thank Mrs Roberta Matranga on floor number 7, thoughtful and kind with dedication to her work. Greetings to the lady who cleaned my room with such dedication , kind, cheerful and helpful.

First of all: The staff is lovely !!! Warm, welcoming, friendly, supportive - cute as a button. As it should be. Thank you very much for that! The hotel is lovely, but old. Needs to be updated. AC isn’t working properly. The swimming pool is nice but the area around it is without any love and interior taste. The gym itself is a real joke, you don’t need to try it ;) The rooms are very different -...
The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed. The mattress was also ripped and even had a blood stain, and huge “wholes” from usage. My mother had to clean the room herself as I had a terrible allergy to the dust. On the other...
BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine. Please ignore the bad reviews!!!!!
Well, what can I say, my family lives in Palermo and I come here often. I’ve never thought of staying in this hotel, but I have to say that I am having a wonderful time here, it’s quiet. The rooms are big and I am very pleased with the breakfast and the services. yes, it’s not extremely close to the town centre of Palermo but, most people here have Cars to move around or you can take a short taxi ride...
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of diversity. However the location is really bad. The neighborhood is very deplorable. You need to take a bus to look a place for eating. Buses are around 20 minutes but you must wait like 15 minutes for each bus.
Great hotel with Amazing views from the 14th floor, dining food was nice and sea view from my room was amazing. Airport bought phone adapter charger did not fit the plugs in the room, so had to buy oe at a local store which was fine and the locals were very friendly I found. Location is only 15 minutes walk from train station & coach station / bus station and from the main town, in which there are...

My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods. The location of the hotel worked well for our group.
An ideal stopover before boarding the ferry. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations but the area is not that good with run down buildings and homeless people around. The car park seemed safe and secure and it was an easy walk into the historic centres of the town We were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Suite which was very nice and the reception staff were really helpful when my partner slipped...
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. We had a wonderful week here. (112 rooms.) They are in a good location. With friendly, smiling service. (Reception, cleaning, breakfast and dinner service). Breakfast and dinner were perfect and of very good quality. The 7th floor offers a wonderful view of the harbor. In the bar they make very delicious cocktails...
Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
When embarking or dissembarking in Palermo you can easily deposit your luggage here or book a room when you have more luggages with you :) Great service at the desk, fresh and cold drinks avvailable

We were slightly apprehensive about booking this hotel due to some negative reviews, but we decided to book it for a night and were pleasantly surprised by the service, room, and breakfast. There was plenty of free parking outside the hotel, with an option for paid parking as well. There is no kettle in the room. However, upon request they will provide you with one, along with tea bags and coffee.
This is one of the few hotels in Europe where the service is actually impeccable! The rooms are clean. The location is fabulous - walking distance from the city center and the views from the rooms are amazing. Special mention to Lucca at the reception who made the check in process very smooth and was extremely welcoming hence making us excited for the stay. The staff are always eager to please and...
Really nice experience came here 2 times already only comment I can make is that even though the booking app says taxes included when you do the check out they still charge you like 20 euros extra from “city taxes”. And remember to put on the door the “do not disturb sign” because the next morning the house keeping will open the door without even knowing ( she came in the morning like 3 times even...
Staying at Hotel NH Palermo is a pleasure. All of the staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was impressive and very well done. They were very accommodating and patient. Even as an American using Google translate for communicating a severe tree nut allergy.
Great stay at NH Palermo - got upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice touch! Breakfast buffet was plentiful of nice options. Parking onsite was very helpful as we hired a car from Palermo airport. All the staff was very nice! It is also well located with a nice short walk into the city centre. Would recommend for your next stay in Palermo.
I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus in the city and is spacious, clean and not over crowded. You have to join Mr motivator for his poolathon, exercises in the pool, he is fab and so enjoyable to listen to. Two people stood out, Mateo and Claudia M. Both waiters provided...

Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road. Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent). Very close to several restaurants and gelati places. Very close to many monuments, Churches, theaters,.
Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces. And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside. The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days. In the evening there is a pianist and very pleasant piano music for the aperitivo, live bar music. Very fair prices for wines and drinks. It's worth stopping here for a short break and refreshment when walking through...
Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints. Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.
Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor. Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage. It’s a true hit or miss.
This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.
Great Location! Nice large room (double delux) No noise Mattress is quite firm, we had to ask for 2 toppers. Breakfast ok.

Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. best location to be in palermo if u are a tourist. room was big, very modern and functional and clean. nice bathroom. not very bright as it was facing inner courtyard where on the ground floor theres their restaurant, so was bit noisy till around midnight but not a major issue at all. professional staff. they take care of your car.
Very nice and beautiful spot. Definitely worth a visit. We visited this site more than once. Beautiful beautiful place, the kids can run around, awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink, chill and enjoy life. This spot really shows the historical and impressive Italian art. Would recommend that you go check out this spot! It's a must! Very beautiful!
This hotel located in a very busy and good area. Also the size of the hotel is medium and feel always cosy. In the rooms build in airconditioners .
We enjoyed two hours in the spa. The swimming pool is large and relaxing. The girls for the massage were very professional.

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.
Rooms were clean, small.....breakfast good, front desk helpful with directions...good location for tourist area.. Could hear any bathroom activity of neighboring rooms...small shower - water changed back and forth from hot to cold...magnifying mirror would have been helpful, but it was embedded in bathroom mirror so high you would have to be 6 feet tall to use it....room did not have extra secure...
Hotel lovely and spotless. Housekeeping great. Reception staff are excellent and speak great English. Very helpful giving directions and suggestions where to visit. Breakfast was good. Although you had to ask staff to replenish unless you were down before 8am.

We had a great stay at Brunaccini! The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful! Also, because of the location it is easy to enjoy historical Palermo and its markets!
This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.
Poor location in an area difficult to access and in a bed neighborhood. The four stars do not reflect its quality.
The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc. For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel. This is a really nice hotel with lots of style. the rooms a nicely furnished clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the restaurant, we arrived at 9.30pm but this had no effect on the excellent service and very good food and wine. the head waiter was fantastic. This is a good place to stay.
Very good and user friendly hotel although certain faucets in the BR need looking to. However enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
Recently, I have been invited to meet the management of this hotel after a severe critic published on Google. This has been an appreciated feedback and I have decided to share with you some reflection: 1. My method seems to me correct. The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. The hotel is located in a very nice area and close to everything. They also have a Collaboration with a parking garage very nearby which is very helpful as most of the point of interests can be reached by walking form the hotel. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The bus from Palermo airport stops opposite outside 'Teatro Politeama Garibaldi' so it's super easy to get to. Central Palermo walkable from the hotel, or lots of buses nearby. Big, spacious room. Staff super friendly and helpful!

Everyone must know that we stayed at this hotel the last night of our 10-day honeymoon, and we can definitively say it is by far the best (most superb) stay out of every other hotel we experienced in all of Sicily. 1. Central location and cute looking. The building is historic and has surprises everywhere. Beautiful spaces and art throughout. The beds are going to kill your back if you’ve got any issues with it. The AC was weak And cut out partway through the night. The breakfast was very good and I’d recommend trying - a great selection of delicious food.
Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.
Magnificent place, based on the ancient Palazzo Tarallo, whose structure is preserved. 18th century palace, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, in the heart of Palermo, unique atmosphere, marble staircases, chandeliers and breathtaking views of the roof terrace. We enjoyed our two nights. The room was very spacious. David at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful along with all the staff. Breakfast was letdown though. With a small selection.
Decent rooms, awesome location! I slept on a third extra bed, which was way too short for me, but it was decently comfy. The room itself was big and clean. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but altogether it was good.
Over size, clean rooms with free wi-fi. Lift. Breakfast room with Gluten Free options. Free use of computer. Comfy beds. Location is only downside in a very narrow street & not a great deal of variety of restaurants nearby. Staff friendly.
Gigantic rooms, good service, polite staff, good location. Cons- breakfast not biggest choice, parking hard to find, noise on the ceiling from the next level.
Good location, near the downtown. Kindly and helpful crew. The room was wide and clean. The bed was perfect. In the bathroom there was a bidet.
