Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

Inexpensive and central hotel, with comfortable (if minimalist) accommodation. 24 hour help at the front desk. Everything a budget traveler might want!

The beat location! Room was very clean and spacious enough. Forgot my leather jacket there 2 days ago, i would appreciate to get it back please.

I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful

Pharmacy, supermarkets and everything that can be used for an easy stay. Beautiful and characteristic is also the passage of street vendors who with their "Abbanniata" make your stay beautiful and folkloristic

In 10 minutes you are practically in the center and 2 steps from the University, the Civic Hospital, the Children's Hospital and ISMETT. All services practically under the house

Recommended! The Hotel, renovated and well kept. Rooms spacious and very clean. En-suite bathroom and kitchenette complete with fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.

Known for the case for a business stay in Palermo and found the rooms although small but very clean and an excellent restaurant, breakfast is really good

However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani

Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night

Villa Igiea lies a couple of miles outside of the centre of Palermo but the regular free shuttle service means you don’t have to spend money on taxis or track down somewhere to buy a bus ticket

The bar is pricey but the range is awesome. Everything from very tasty (and strong) locally brewed beer, amazing cocktails (Mary Pickford was fabulous) and excellent Italian wine selection

The breakfast is superb offering cooked food (Italian sausage, bacon, eggs etc), cold meats, salad, pastries and more pastries, fresh fruit, cakes and more cakes and great coffee

The terraced gardens are delightful. I booked a room in the annex which was huge, with a very comfortable bed, a full length bath and separate shower cubicle

Service was excellent, pianist was wonderful and the shrimp tagliatelle was divine

It has everything you need to relax and unwind

Paulo and his wife do an excellent job. She makes the most wonderful breakfast right from her grandmother's recipes. You will be treated like someone special when you come to the Alma. The staff is kind and helpful

We had a wonderful two night stay. I requested an upgrade as it was my wife's birthday. The free upgrade was to a suite. On the day of her birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly was left in the room

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus in the city and is spacious, clean and not over crowded

You have to join Mr motivator for his poolathon, exercises in the pool, he is fab and so enjoyable to listen to. Two people stood out, Mateo and Claudia M

The front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent and the property was immaculate - clean and well maintained inside and out. We had breakfast one morning @ €18 per person and I don't think it was worth it

Great stay at NH Palermo - got upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice touch! Breakfast buffet was plentiful of nice options. Parking onsite was very helpful as we hired a car from Palermo airport

Both waiters provided a first class service, smiled through the extremely high temperatures, were very helpful and friendly. The room maids do an excellent job and it's important to tip them

Parking near to hotel is fab, drive the car outside the hotel and the staff will valet it to the carpark. Will defiantly stay again and highly recommend

And wow, the breakfast is very good as well, so much choice and very good coffee! Our room was big, clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying here, and hope to come back

Nice hotel with a great location. However, the restaurant staff is quite rude and noisy while clearing tables, which ruined our breakfast experience daily

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.

Reception staff are excellent and speak great English. Very helpful giving directions and suggestions where to visit. Although you had to ask staff to replenish unless you were down before 8am

magnifying mirror would have been helpful, but it was embedded in bathroom mirror so high you would have to be 6 feet tall to use it. room did not have extra secure lock, to lock it from inside the room

My room was clean, fresh and in good condition. Door a bit wonky but not a major problem. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. 24 hour reception and breakfast available for an extra fee

Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired

Rooms are located on 4th and 5th floor and the lifts are rather old and slow but works without any major issues. Small mini bar with some basic items, prices reasonable for being a mini bar

The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally

I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way

The breakfast in the morning is good; the structure still does not have its own restaurant, but they told me that for November should be active in the salon of the prince (fantastic) where for now there is a snack corner and free Wi-Fi

The room is on the ground floor and is functional (in two steps from the private parking), and highly reserved and silent, even if it's too spacious (We would be going to four) Wi-fi is always available

It also has an agreement, at affordable rates, with several very good local, with the taxi service and the beach. Splendid Stables and the historic Villa of the (Sin that has yet to be restored)

5 stars, is the location close to everything (Stadium, Beaches, Hospitals, City Centre and Airport) and for the enchanting view on the village of the ancient stables

When we entered the room we found it all decorated with rose petals and wine for our honeymoon which was a sweet touch! Federica and Martina was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit

Just amazing! I spend a couple of nights last summer and the B&B is really luxurious, I would think more of a four starts hotel. Everything was perfect, from the check-in to the assistance and the breakfast was great

We have stayed at this amazing B&B for our honeymoon for 3 nights and we had the best experience. The staff is so nice, we felt like we were home and not in a regular hotel where your just a room number

The apartment is located in the city center. The apartment and bathroom are really nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment for staying in Palermo

On one of the days it was raining and we were given complimentary while we waited and again the next morning while I was reading in the dining room. The bed was also very comfortable and the facilities clean and tidy

Rooms are spacious and comfortable! In the centre of Palermo is only 2 minutes from the Massimo theatre and the main attractions of the city!

Nice B&B, helpful staff, great location between Teatro Massimo and Piazza Politeama, clean, the shower was a little small, not so much view from the balcony but walking distance to major attractions, great value for the money, nice and warm place

We are at home now, we have been coming for 4 years and we have always found ourselves just fine. Hospitality, friendliness, clean rooms and reasonable prices.

Structure located in the central area. Very comfortable and well cleaned rooms. The owners really nice and always available

Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example)

We had a very good time, very helpful people managers. I would have given an extra star 6dr the mattress had been slightly softer. In any case it is a place that I recommend

The neighbourhood was no dodgy at all. I would say a bit noisy, but nothing to blame to Afea. The host allowed some extra time after check out for me to have a business call. Very happy to have chosen the place

Wow, what a great stay we had here!🤩 We arrived by ferry from Naples very early in the morning, before 7am! No problemo for Danilo who was there and prepared coffee and had some cakes to get us going

A different cake every day, with its own interesting story. We had the biggest room, Sicile, with amazing artwork by a well-known street artist whose work we also saw in Marsala during our stay
