Hotels with pool in Palermo

The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed

BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine

On the other hand, most of the staff is very nice and helpful and the room had an incredible view. The breakfast is also very good, with a lot of variety and great croissants, that was delicious

The mattress was also ripped and even had a blood stain, and huge “wholes” from usage. My mother had to clean the room herself as I had a terrible allergy to the dust

The thing that’s really bad is the surrounding area - it’s neglected and littered. There are almost no restaurants, the ones that are there are in bad shape

(The coffee bakery thingie across the street is lovely and they open at 6am so you can get your coffee fairly early 🥲) The „beach“ is not worth being called beach

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus in the city and is spacious, clean and not over crowded

We chose this hotel because of the parking space right in front of the hotel, and the swimming pool. Honestly we didn’t have much expectation of the room, considering we only paid €144 a night

You have to join Mr motivator for his poolathon, exercises in the pool, he is fab and so enjoyable to listen to. Two people stood out, Mateo and Claudia M

This is one of the few hotels in Europe where the service is actually impeccable! The rooms are clean. The location is fabulous - walking distance from the city center and the views from the rooms are amazing

And remember to put on the door the “do not disturb sign” because the next morning the house keeping will open the door without even knowing ( she came in the morning like 3 times even though check out was at 12 she open the door at 9 am ) doesn’t have any heated pool (only pools for the summer other than that amazing breakfast and drinks at the bar 👌

Great stay at NH Palermo - got upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice touch! Breakfast buffet was plentiful of nice options. Parking onsite was very helpful as we hired a car from Palermo airport

The bar is pricey but the range is awesome. Everything from very tasty (and strong) locally brewed beer, amazing cocktails (Mary Pickford was fabulous) and excellent Italian wine selection

The bar is beautiful and Roberto was great! They have great amenities in the room which we were extra grateful for seeing how we made notes to get toothpaste and shaving cream but showed up to the hotel to find out they proved excellent brands of these things already! The rooms are beautiful

The breakfast is superb offering cooked food (Italian sausage, bacon, eggs etc), cold meats, salad, pastries and more pastries, fresh fruit, cakes and more cakes and great coffee

The terraced gardens are delightful. I booked a room in the annex which was huge, with a very comfortable bed, a full length bath and separate shower cubicle

It's a must to treat yourself and enjoy the magic in the best hotel in all the city! Enjoy Palermo and Sicily, the key of the Mediterranean as Goethe said.

We checked in right at the end of their busy season so they were no longer offering some of the activities and city shuttle I had read about

Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.

The room is spacious and clean, very large bathroom, very good breakfast and the reception staff very courteous, helpful and ready to advice on places and monuments to see and with map on

Then is located in a potion, strategic, very near to the most beautiful monuments of Palermo with the possibility to get there by doing a nice walk

We had a great stay at Brunaccini! The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful! Also, because of the location it is easy to enjoy historical Palermo and its markets!

This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable

The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc. For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel

We had a suite and I was expecting a beautiful setup. While the space was nice I don't think it lives up to the luxurious feel that the pictures try to convey. Checking in process was not courteous at all

The breakfast was just average and honestly if you are going to charge someone this much money to stay why then limit only one espresso drink per person and any extra would be added charge

Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.

Known for the case for a business stay in Palermo and found the rooms although small but very clean and an excellent restaurant, breakfast is really good

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around

I had arrived after flight delays and was extremely tired, being located to another building was a first not so good impression, never the less the room was amazing in all aspects and the hygiene is exceeded expectations, however the fact is the internet connection did not work at the other building stopped me carrying my business activities

Large room, giant bed, powerful shower. Some room to room noise! Extensive breakfast choice. Barista coffee available but you'll need to ask if you want it hot. Friendly helpful staff

We had to move hotel (from 2 different ‘3 stars’) twice before we got here as they were awful and this is a much nicer hotel and very comfortable to stay in. Insanely good location in one of the poshest parts of the city

You get a lot for what you pay for. The hotel is very clean and everyone is really nice and helpful. The location is great, near the harbour and in the centre

You are also 10 min away from a direct bus to Mondello beach and 10 min away to the Palermo Central Station, where you can take a train to Cefalu or Catania. Overall more than happy with this hotel

Hotel in the centre of Palermo, which allows you to move a walk to see the sights of the city and to taste the local dishes. Staff helpful and very friendly, the room was absolutely recommended.

I had the chance to congratulate the Hotel Director , a very nice man that walks around doing basically anything he can do to make that place even better, I saw him cleaning , I saw him serving at the kiosko near the pools, telling people off from the glass that face the pool ( obviously for not respecting the rules ) this guy is amazing I must say

Wow , I was wrong! Reception : Extremely friendly service at arrival , the girl ( julia, i guess ) was absolutely wonderful on explaining us all the hotel`s facilities and times and showing good care for us

Room : An exquisite room with an AMAZING view , we took the one with balcony, we could see the whole city, fridge freezer full of different drinks, and several bathroom towel

Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August. I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above

Luckily had enough Italian to ask passing policeman to phone and not long after a VERY grumpy woman came and showed me to accommodation round the corner, gave me keys and disappeared

Rooms are clean and moderately siced, theres multiple towels and shampoo/soap. The minibar/AC are somewhat loud (sound turns on/off periodically) but you can still get a good night's sleep

The 45 cm balcony is useless as no space to sit, no chairs or table. The staff are friendly and no doubt the operator is taking advantage of the Best Western brand but not entirely living up to the standard

It is tricky one to rate as the location is out of the city center and suited us, but at the price I would have expected more amenities in the hotel and more space and accessories in the room

We are at home now, we have been coming for 4 years and we have always found ourselves just fine. Hospitality, friendliness, clean rooms and reasonable prices.

Structure located in the central area. Very comfortable and well cleaned rooms. The owners really nice and always available

Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example)

We had a very good time, very helpful people managers. I would have given an extra star 6dr the mattress had been slightly softer. In any case it is a place that I recommend

Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired

Rooms are located on 4th and 5th floor and the lifts are rather old and slow but works without any major issues. Small mini bar with some basic items, prices reasonable for being a mini bar

I must agree with other reviews, the bedrooms are nice; the bathrooms work and are completely functional, could just do with a bit of refurbishment

The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally

I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way

Super host who took the time to give us addresses for our first stay in Palermo. Room suite located in the heart of the city close to everything. Very clean air-conditioned room

Nice B&B, helpful staff, great location between Teatro Massimo and Piazza Politeama, clean, the shower was a little small, not so much view from the balcony but walking distance to major attractions, great value for the money, nice and warm place

Lovely place clean and safe but needs a pool and a wider range of things on the restaurant as the menu was only fish

The hotels is a little dated externally but does not detract from the interior, which is more modern but needs a little more work. The service and staff are outstanding and go the extra mile to assist

The professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the Staff as the Mr Except for the reservations office and the custodians, with all of them I have formed a relationship, almost a family, and have provided me with valuable advice and tips for our vacation days

The breakfast in the morning is good; the structure still does not have its own restaurant, but they told me that for November should be active in the salon of the prince (fantastic) where for now there is a snack corner and free Wi-Fi

The room is on the ground floor and is functional (in two steps from the private parking), and highly reserved and silent, even if it's too spacious (We would be going to four) Wi-fi is always available

The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight

It also has an agreement, at affordable rates, with several very good local, with the taxi service and the beach. Splendid Stables and the historic Villa of the (Sin that has yet to be restored)

The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline
