Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. A kettle was not provided upon request. At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful.

Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.

Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.

A good place to eat and to sleep.

The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.

As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel. Good hotel, large room and bathroom, clean and well-maintained. A good, adequate breakfast, a nice bar. Free, easy parking directly on the hotel grounds. The reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but it's about a 45-minute walk away, which we were aware of and isn't a criticism. It's by the sea, though. We would come again.

It is far from the city center. The breakfast is good compared to other local hotels, but not as rich as advertised. The most important thing is that the hotel supplies are not complete, there are no disposable slippers, no kettle, and even no quilt on the bed. After communicating with the manager for a long time, he only got a thin quilt. In short, it does not meet the four-star standard.

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Slightly outdated room, and bathroom, our shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was good but did not wow me. Pool was nice to sit by. Palermo was the last leg of our trip in Sicily and we were so tired by that point, it was nice to have the pool. Decent for the price but next time I would opt for something deeper in the city.

Great experience, the staff was kind, breakfast quite rich, only flaw there is not much choice for lactose intolerance, only some biscuits and jams! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are changed every day!

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken. The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center.

Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!

Very easy to reach/find. Good/safe location with plenty of parking. No blankets, no coats, no slippers in the room. Only a pillowcase in the bathroom. The bathroom is huge.

Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Big quiet room 308. Convenient for three very good restaurants, one right next door! A short walk to liberta main drag and 15 minutes stroll from teatro Massimo. Yes, it is close to an old fort now a prison but this did not affect our stay or feeling secure.

Beautiful rooms in this hotel very cute in a way halfway between the station is the center of Palermo. Both within 5 minutes walk. Costs less than a b&b and the reception is open 24h with staff very courteous and helpful.

I stayed here for almost one month in July 2017. The family that owns this Hotel made it feel like home to me. My room was kept clean and was allowed to park my bici in their parking garage. Great place to stay and I felt very comfortable the entire stay :) I always found parking on near by streets for my rental car as well. Just wait until after 5pm or so.... It was February 2018 so the rainy season. The family who runs the Hotel is very good with Service，very clean，quaint，most reasonable price for the area. Very Sicilian，frugal in that no frills kind of authentic experience which I recommend for spoiled Americans who dont understand how real Europeans who are authentic live. Budget place. Fairly nice staff. Clean bed, tiny bathroom and shower. Next to the Bolaro market so noisy and lively. Breakfast is disappointing but a nice cafe for capuccino and croissant is 20 steps away. A few hundred meters away from the main shopping street as well.
