Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.
SPA is an quiet oasis in the busy city.
best location to be in palermo if u are a tourist. room was big, very modern and functional and clean. nice bathroom. not very bright as it was facing inner courtyard where on the ground floor theres their restaurant, so was bit noisy till around midnight but not a major issue at all. professional staff. they take care of your car.
Decent hotel downtown Palermo, close to main attractions
Very nice and beautiful spot. Definitely worth a visit. We visited this site more than once. Beautiful beautiful place, the kids can run around, awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink, chill and enjoy life. This spot really shows the historical and impressive Italian art. Would recommend that you go check out this spot! It's a must! Very beautiful!

The hotel staff here was amazing! They helped us out so much and we didn’t even stay here. My wife and I parked across the street in a parking garage that the hotel shares with a private parking company. I left my car with the other company and told them that I needed it the next day, Sunday. The next day they were closed and there was no way to call them or anything, but we went to the hotel and...
Excellent location. Got a big and comfortable angle room. Breakfast was good (the bread quality was above the usually disappointing Italian bread quality). The staff was very nice.
Very good stuff, honest people, well located, clean with a good breakfast
Very comfortable hotel located in the middle of the city. Easy to get to and from. Great base of operations while in Palermo. The major issue here is that the Wifi signal is very weak. Easier to turn it off and go with 4G service.
The room is clean wooden floor so no stuffy smell. Helpful staff Mr.Joshua Melia helped arranged the doctor to come see my sick mother and even got managed to get the hot soup and toasted very delicious bread for us. Thank you
Very nice & friendly people! The hotel & the room were clean. Too bad that on hot days the airco stops working when you the leave the room. The hotel has a parking for €15/night, very small parking space somewhere under the ground between everything, big cars can get stuck. Breakfast was perfect, friendly guy and cozy space.

5 stars for the Staff! So helpful!! Much appreciated! 5 stars for the cleaning staff! Nice and friendly! 5 stars for the location! 1 star for the size of the rooms (wow…) 1 star that you only offer 2 beds no queensize (for pairs and making love a real nightmare) 1 star for the “balcony” that was not useable in our case as it had not even a chair or a desk on 1 star for the breakfast… (which is over...
Clean rooms, nice view 👌
Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.
Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!
The beat location! Room was very clean and spacious enough. Forgot my leather jacket there 2 days ago, i would appreciate to get it back please.
Inexpensive and central hotel, with comfortable (if minimalist) accommodation. 24 hour help at the front desk. Everything a budget traveler might want!

lovely place, delicious food.
Gorgeous, full of history, friendly staff. Facilities a little old but to be expected and part of the charm. Out of town so quieter.
Magnificent old hotel. The shuttle services that is provided is great. No searching for taxi. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Villa Igiea lies a couple of miles outside of the centre of Palermo but the regular free shuttle service means you don’t have to spend money on taxis or track down somewhere to buy a bus ticket. The hotel is an oasis. It has everything you need to relax and unwind. The breakfast is superb offering cooked food (Italian sausage, bacon, eggs etc), cold meats, salad, pastries and more pastries, fresh fruit...
It's a must to treat yourself and enjoy the magic in the best hotel in all the city! Enjoy Palermo and Sicily, the key of the Mediterranean as Goethe said.
The hotel is a historic and interesting old building with art noveau styling throughout. Our room was large, had hardwood floors, and well furnished. Though opulent the hotel is showing wear around the edges and could use some rehabbing. Service was attentive, if understaffed, likely due to the fact we visited in the off season. Hotel is not walking distance to the tourist attractions in Palermo.
Slightly outside Palermo city center for great sea views All was just perfect in the room: size, bedding, amenities. Substantial staff assigned to keeping everything clean and tidy, 24 hours a day Extremely welcoming and efficient staff.
Beautiful sea views. Including the small marina. Wonderful garden Delicious food we did not eat in the main restaurant. Comfortable large king bed. Large room. Fab Spotless. Old world polite courteous respectful loved it!

Room was spacious and comfortable and a small balcony that looked out onto the busy via Roma, and with the windows closed the room was quite. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. No hesitation to stay here again
I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel del Centro. Very convenient location and easy to walk to most places of interest in Palermo. My only complain is the early morning noise that could be heard from my room (ground floor). Thanks to all the staff for their kind service and attention. Grazie!!!
Thank you for an amazing week with you. You have the nicest, most helpful staff. You are perfectly located for exploring Palermo. Rooms are beautiful like old luxury apartments. A great view of the street and very lofty. We will recommend you to anyone we know, who will be going to Palermo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Grazie e ciao 🇮🇹
Location of the Hotel is very central which allows to see the great surroundings and catch public networks. Room and hotel is generally clean but quite old. Entrance area of the house smells of mould.
Helpful and professional staff. Nice room. Great location
Close to the station and to the main areas. The room was ok with AC and was very quiet. We were three persons in a four bed room that was very spacious. Breakfast was ok but with too much sugar in it.

Rooms were cleaned well every day but fridge and air conditioning didn’t work. Definitely not 4 stars as the breakfast was also not great. Location is not bad, train station and buses nearby
Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit remote. Rooms were clean, but hallways could have been vacuumed.
it was nice we hope to return, all in the name of relaxation we had fun, kind and cheerful staff I thank Mrs Roberta Matranga on floor number 7, thoughtful and kind with dedication to her work. Greetings to the lady who cleaned my room with such dedication , kind, cheerful and helpful.
If you want to travel back in time, that's the perfect place to stay. Only the lobby area is renovated, but rooms look like in the 70s. Apparently, the hotel was completely renovated in 2009, but it seems they missed some rooms. Anyway, the price per night compensates for all deficiencies. Also, there is a bus stop outside the hotel that can get you to the city centre or Mondelo beach.
Our stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The hotel itself was good, offering decent amenities and services, though there was room for improvement in the level of service provided. However, the one significant drawback was the location. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was noticeably dirty, which did detract from the overall experience. Despite this, if you're looking for a budget-friendly...
We had a good experience at the hotel despite some of he negative reviews. The hotel is going through some refurbishment and some of the rooms may be in need of updating. We had a wonderful two night stay. I requested an upgrade as it was my wife's birthday. The free upgrade was to a suite. On the day of her birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly was left in the room. Staff extremely courteous and friendly, room exceptionally large and clean. Best breakfast ever experienced in Italy with delicious cakes to see you through most of the day. Highly recommended.

Would recommend for your next stay in Palermo.
I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. Beautiful hotel, common areas well being. Rooms very big , clean with a beautiful sea view. I was participating for the international congress about oil. While the coffee break we had to change the rooms and Mr Giuseppe together with his team he has been very helpful in one hour to switch a unique room in four smaller rooms.
Average hotel, we had to constantly ask for items such as a kettle or slippers. The tea was not restocked in the rooms so we had to get teabags from the breakfast. The AC was weak And cut out partway through the night. The breakfast was very good and I’d recommend trying - a great selection of delicious food.
Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.
Magnificent place, based on the ancient Palazzo Tarallo, whose structure is preserved. 18th century palace, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, in the heart of Palermo, unique atmosphere, marble staircases, chandeliers and breathtaking views of the roof terrace. A great experience. PS: I generally only rate places that deserve 5 stars.

Amazing hospitality by staff yesterday as we desperately needed a room for a few hours and safe parking. No only did they accommodate us with no fuss.
