Reviews
This hotel is super unclean. Our room was big but smelly and looked like a dorm rather than a room. There were 3 separate beds and couldn't be joined properly as the beds were super light. This made our night difficult for our co-sleeping daughter. Definitely had bed bugs because my little daughter was bitten all over her legs and it made our trip to Italy very uncomfortable as she was itchy and irritated. Thank God! We only stayed here for a night. Saved us the horror.
Room wasn’t silent and the ac thermostat will be set through reception not room. So you’ll have to call them and ask again and again if you want to switch the climate.
It was good that the room was air-conditioned, but it was more humid than cold: when it was +28 degrees outside, it was about +25 degrees inside.
The beds were hard, and the hardness of the beds kept waking both my wife and I up.
There was a tram line outside the window, the soundproofing was not very good, so you could hear the trams humming in the room, but it didn't wake us up when we fell asleep, which is a very good thing.
I wanted to lie down in the bathtub, but my shoulders were wider than the width of the tub, so the room had a bathtub for standing or sitting only.
We liked the big TV with internet, so we watched YouTube on it.
So if you have a lot of time and little money, this is the hotel for you, in other way better is four stars B&B hotel in the centre of tawn.
+ Free locker room
+ Decent breakfast
+ Basic for cheap price
- Room sound isolation is bad
- Room could be more confortable, such as second pillow, better furniture and others
- Clean was very basic. In some parts there was hair and rusty shower
There's a lot to improve here and has the potential to be a good 3 star hotel. But it's not so far. Needs investment from the owner.
I recommend it for everyone in Milano. 5/5 will be back.
