B&B Hotel Milano Ornato

The receptionist was very kind when we arrived and we could leave the luggage in a storage room until the room was ready!
I would recommend this hotel if you want a hotel in Milano that is not to expensive.
Price quality wise it was okay.
The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very thin. When we called the reception they gave us 2 more pillows but we were with 3 people... So two people had a goodnight sleep and one slept badly.
The breakfast was good and again the service was great!

The rooms we were given had AC that blew warm. We had to ask several times to have someone check it out. Once an employee came up, he agreed it was very warm and would move us but then talked my teenage son into staying in his room which was very unprofessional and slimy. Of course, I told them that both rooms would need to be moved as the AC situation was unacceptable in both rooms. Additionally, the sinks in bathroom backed up each time you used them. After about an hour and a half, we were give two new rooms in a different area of the building. This area had been remodeled and had working AC but we were so disappointed that we had to repeatedly ask for something when it was obvious that there was a problem. For example, one of the guests had her door open to the hallway and her window open. Once at the lobby to get our new rooms, we could see some maintenance workers had arrived perhaps to work on AC. The only good thing about the location is that it was right across from the train line which made it convenient to get to the town center. Other than that, the neighborhood had no charm and was pretty shabby. Would not recommend staying here unless you like to be treated poorly by unethical people.
