A comfortable hotel conveniently located near the airport. The service is excellent, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. We even had a big balcony. They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We booked it for 4.30 AM and the driver arrived at 4.30 sharp.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a transfer service at low cost. Much easier than having to come from the city centre early morning.
The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortabel, the staff helpful and friendly. Used public transport to get to the city which is not too far away.
Would certainly stay again.

We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.

Perfect spot close to All public transportation! Flight was canceled so needed a quick spot. Blessed with this fine option. My room was so clean!! I would totally stay there again!! This was my morning view from my room! Perfect 👍🏼 I recommend having WhatsApp on your phone prior to your international visit.

We were originally only after a reasonably priced place close to the airport for our last day, but Hotel Franchi outdid expectations. Lovely comfortable room, really nice bar / lounge area and warm, friendly service from the staff there. They sorted out a shuttle for us at goodness-me-o'clock as well. Would have been happy to stay longer.

This is a great option if you need something close to the airport. It deserves 5 stars for what it is, a low price convenient and clean stay, but 4 stars compared to ALL hotel. It's not fancy but comfortably gets the job done.

This hotel forced you to download a app to get a digital key....if didn't work for Android and I had to insist after much debate to get a key card. The bed was a child size in width. Not a twin it's called a single. Got 2 hours sleep additional issue is they control the temperature of your room at the front desk.

Stayed here one night because it allows self check-in (anytime of day/night through digital key), and I WISH I stayed here longer, but I had already reserved another place which did not allow refund.
Everyone is so nice and always greet you with a smile. Breakfast is delicious, and the outdoor seating is so peaceful.
Distance from the airport is great, but make sure you have a taxi/ Uber since you can't walk there because of the highways. (Taxi from the airport is faster).
All in all, great place to stay!

The hotel is clean and the service is OK, but the location is not so good. The alley is too long and it is inconvenient to drag luggage.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Florence Airport. The room is well-arranged and soundproofed! The hygiene is also good! The front desk guy has a good attitude! Enthusiastic and thoughtful!
