Had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A good size desk, internet was functional.
Sadly there are not enough parking spots for the hotel but I managed to find a place.

A nice and basic room and the hotel was not to far from the tram line to the city center. The area around the hotel wasn't the greatest but it was close to the university in Sesto Fiorentino so it was ideal for our trip. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. Staff was really friendly

Rooms are too small for the price we paid. No microwave, kettle or fridge in the room. Location is excellent though and the customer service is phenomenal.

For the price it was great. Nothing to really see for a morning walk, but the rooms were big. We had a room that can easily hold 6 people.

Arrived for a two day stop over prior to heading towards Venice.
The hotel was easy to get to with the tram system working very well.
Hotel staff were friendly and courteous, no issues there.
The room was, well, just not good.
Within a couple of minutes of getting in the room, we immediately heard our neighbour in the room immediately next to us having a phone conversation, and the response he was getting on his speakerphone. Was incredibly clear/loud. There might as well have not been walls.
I spoke with staff and they moved us to the 7th floor where no one was booked in yet. Nice and quiet. However…
This room was not as well looked after, damaged walls, a bathroom you have to walk into sideways as everything is in the way of each other, and I ended up getting a strip wash at the sink as I literally couldn’t get between the shower doors (corner joining sliding doors).
The breakfast was a bit lame. Lots of salami and wet scrambled eggs, bits of toast, some fruit. Lots of ignorant people shoving in front of you to get their drinks. Bit of a culture here I think.
The bed was a joke, i’m 6’4” and feet to halfway up my calf was hanging off the end of the bed.
Didn’t bother going back to reception.
Second night, other people had booked up to the 7th floor also and the walls were just as thin. So no construction difference between floors.
Walking back to the hotel from the tram stop we clocked the ‘night’ workers on the street corners near the hotels.
All in all, the hotel is a bit of a washout.
Would have preferred to stay closer to the city center with a bit more quality.
Not the 4star it claims to be.

Extremely Professional & excellent staff . Mr. Nicholas at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Room was great and so well maintained , had a great view from my room window. Service was impeccable. Everything was perfect !! Location is good , not to close from the centre though. Nevertheless a highly recommended property. I was travelling solo and this property felt extremely safe . Would definitely stay here on my next visit to Florence.

If your looking for touring florence, don’t book this hotel. The location is horrible and far from the center. When you think about a look in florence you would expect to see some nice architecture, this is not the case since your location is reallly bad unless you are looking to stay near the airport.
Staff and room where nice, also good wifi.
But really, for a family staying is a real bad option since walking is the nicest thing to do in Italy, here this isn’t an option at all
I consider location to be the number one concern in europe because you are meant yo be walking and outside all the time.

Great hotel with the best employees
Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. When I was leaving, one of the hotel executives offered me a ride to the airport My most sincere appreciation to: Giuseppe, Alessio, Antonello, Ana Gabriella, Luca, Nicholas, Lorenzo, Maylen, Tamara, Georgia, Yenima, Irma, Oscar...
