Cleanliness was ok. Service, appearance and attitude of the reception staff was not good. I expected much more from a best western plus hotel!
Car parking is extremely tight and space is highly restricted.
Would not recommend to go there again.
The room condition needs improvements. Pealing paint in multiple places. The green color of the room is awful! The windows are NOT noise free; so, you WILL here everything what is happening on the street. No queen sized mattress—two twin merged in one. 10 minutes walk to the Airport. Not a 4 star hotel. I will stay again only if I pay no more €60 euros! And only in the top floor! Thank you Italy! I love Italy!
The room was fairly basic for the price. Although the staff was nice, it does seem like this hotel needs some upgrades and renovations. For starters, my shower didn’t even work… see video.
The hotel isn’t near anything interesting. I’d only recommend staying for airport or car rental access.
