Really lovely place to stay. Fairly central, (which means that it's on a busy road, but double glazing and AC sorts that). The pool is really good, we didn't try the fitness suite but I'm sure that's good too. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Our stay at Hotel Central Wellness was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was a highlight — fresh fruits and one of the best spreads we've had. No doubt, it's an excellent option for anyone staying in Sorrento!

Great stay at Hotel Central, staff were very pleasant and helpful and decorated our room for a special occasion which was appreciated. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We're with a tour group. Rooms and beds are small. Seems to like that in most hotels in Italy. Our biggest complaint is the shower, tiny and no where to put your soap or shampoo. It's basic, but to be fair you only really need a bed to sleep in. The rest of your time should be out exploring! Clientele were definitely (in the main) over 65. As a person in their 40s, I felt like I was in God's waiting room at times. Food is OK, although I was hoping for more traditional Italian meals than sausage & potato. We just had a wonderful 4 days at La Pergola. Nothing is too much trouble. Each day we received service with a smile. The location is a short distance from central Sorrento but the hotel offers a free shuttle service in the evening which was perfect for going for dinner etc. The rooms are clean. The price/performance ratio is very high. Although it is not in the city of Sorrento, it is actually very convenient to get to the city. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by train or bus. There is a garden and swimming pool, and the environment is very quiet. It is a four-star hotel with a two-star price.

We are a college that is staying in area for two weeks. This is a great base which have done breakfast, pkt lunches and evening meals for us. We are one week in and have had a great time. Clean room, a bit worn out. Very helpful staff. Stunning view from the hotel bar, reasonable prices. Mediocre breakfast (white bread with jam) and terrible breakfast coffee (coffee at hotel bar was good).

I liked the history, the gardens and the balcony looking out over to Naples.Our garden room only had a small window.I had previously been in a dual aspect room that was more spacious, so that was disapointing.

A lovely cabin room which had great air conditioning, a great shower and a very comfy bed for two. It was located quite far from the main town but that is actually to our advantage as the main beach is not free of charge to tourists. A hotel with a good location, large and comfortable rooms, high degree of freedom for guests, parking fee is only 10 euros, and electric bicycles are available for rent. Friendly staff, a large and well-maintained garden in the hotel. I will choose to stay here again if I go to Sorrento next time.

The atmosphere of the lounge and facilities is good. If you are going to use a room, get at least a deluxe room. The basic standard room has little space for a carrier and the space between the bathroom and the room is somewhat narrow.

Close to the sea, large swimming pool

Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom.

Close train to Sorrento central ! I read the reviews before booking… one said “terrible pool” the next said “great pool”…?!?! This place is awesome Period… close to restaurants, incredible views & helpful staff…Joe…maxspice.com 🌶️
