We had a good stay at Magi House, the location is very central and walking distance to the port if taking day trips out to the other islands

The location is perfect. Rooms are very nice and best of all, the customer service is top tier. They helped me book multiple tours, were very nice and helpful. The communication with them was very easy as they were able to answer any questions I had through WhatsApp. 10/10

We loved our stay at Magi House. The staff was very friendly, and the penthouse room was spacious & clean. We got a free bottle of wine & a bottle of limoncello in our room and some sugar cookies! My husband and I had an amazing stay at Magi Hotel. The staff and owner were great and helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Great location with access to food, shopping, and the beach. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Sorrento!

We stayed at Magi house in May 2022 for our wedding, its situated in such a perfect place in the heart of sorrento for restaurants shops, literally 1 minute walk to cloisters where we go married. We had a lovely 10 day stay. Service is excellent and the bungalows are lovely with their green surroundings. Its not new and modern but rustiqe and cozy, it is such a warm atmosphere created by the great kindness of the people who runs it! Very good air conditioning, effective easy to use and fairly quiet. We had a proper bathroom too! When we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming and walked us down to our bungalow. Sorry but I was disappointed by what we saw. The bungalow was small. The kitchen was in the bedroom and tiny. Nowhere to sit unless on the bed. The room looked very old and dated. It was cleaned every day which was a bonus with clean sheets. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful place. This place was beautiful and all staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Gave us good information about Sorrento. Met a lot of people there whom were returning again, after my stay I understand why. Beautiful pool & bar area . Highly Recommend!!! This hotel is in a great location about 15 minutes bus ride into the Centre of Sorrento. The hotel offers a shuttle bus which runs every hour until late! Great communication via WhatsApp really helped us find the hotel and pick up point of bus when we arrived in Sorrento! Lovely hotel based about 10-15minutes from Sorrento. A free shuttle runs every hour which is fantastic as taxis are very expensive. 5 of us stayed in an apartment, the room was lovely. We picked this hotel because of the kitchen (although we never cooked we wanted the convenience of a refrigerator, utensils and microwave), dining area, separate loft bedroom for our 17 year old son. We had an amazing stay! The views are amazing, the staff are amazing, the pool is amazing and the shuttle bus between Sorrento and the accomodation was the perfect way to get into town and do all of our day trips. Good location, friendly staff, and very clean. A little out of town, but the shuttle bus is very punctual and makes getting into town very easy, on the hour, but note, there is a lengthy lunch break wifi is a bit slow if you're connecting to the office while on vacation. Amazing Hotel, located on the top of the hill of Sorrento. I hope to come back in the future, the guys in the reception was very helpfull. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool is perfect for all guest.

One of the best places of accommodation during our four week tour of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful at all times. The food was good with the residence located for easy access to shops and transport. Cannot fault Sorrento Flats. 110 out of 100. And will recommend to all friends.

As someone who loves to travel and seen many places of the world i can definitely say that the quality of the service was extremely high. Everything was unbelievably awesome. Every detail was carefully considered for the guest's pleasure. The staff is tremendously clean and welcoming and hospitable. I felt myself at home. Everything was perfect. Thank you for everything.
