Wow just wow, the service was amazing and so was the room. Beds were comfortable and the view is sensational. Food and drinks were great, the whole setting is amazing and the staff are so friendly
Our Golden Wedding celebration has been enhanced by this lovely hotel. All the staff have friendly, attentive and caring. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour
The quality of the cocktails is equal to the calibre of the view and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience
We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had wonderful taste’s dancing on our palate
We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and a few dinners overlooking the bay. Everything about the hotel felt royal. We also ended up meeting one of the owners, Alessandro, on the last night
After having stayed at multiple 5 star locations in Italy prior to reaching this hotel, it's clear someone at the top was instilling an off service attitude that did not come off at genuine or hospitable for an establishment at this level

Absolutely fantastic experience. The place is old school elegant without the stuffiness. We had a Prestige corner room (709) on the top floor. It had an impressive terrace with incredible views
My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori in Sorrento during our honeymoon, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional staff and service
The hotel itself is a dream—luxurious, beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples, and top-notch amenities. It’s truly a stunning place to stay
Ludovica and Max at the front desk, and Giancarlo in the bar area. Next time in Sorrento, we will definitely be staying there again
What really made our experience stand out, though, was how wonderfully we were taken care of during a difficult time
Unfortunately, both my husband and I fell ill during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of

Half the jets in the large shower didnt work either but the rain showerhead was very nice. Also we did not know that the beach was an additional cost, as well as the rental of towels at their private beach
Having the private beach was really nice too, especially if you go there early in the day because the chairs will fill up pretty fast
My wife and I stayed there on our Honeymoon for 5 days and the view was outstanding. Morning breakfast was very good, but unfortunately the restaurant closes down on September 30th each year
I regret I didn't review this magnificent place after nearly a year. The food is excellent, the staff is dedicated and professional. The deluxe double room with a view is fantastic
Our Hotel was located within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. we will definitely stay here again next year!!!!
We have sent at least three friends there already

This was a spectacular hotel with a great location in Sorrento, beautiful pool and seating areas, and a truly gorgeous room! Gian Luca was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us a tour around the hotel amenities, and we were generously given a room upgrade for our two night stay to a gorgeous suite, which was such an unexpected and kind gesture! Will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in...
The service is the best I have had. Breakfast is amazing and authentic itilian while offering items from more countries. The beach area is rockey but has a great view and great staff to support
Our room was beautiful and the maids were so lovely keeping our room perfect every day. The cleanliness is second to none through out the hotel, it is pristine! I can not wait to return! Thank you for a fantastic stay
Did not stay here but was in the locale and visited the bar. Stylish, luxurious, discrete and surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Royal is an opulent oasis on a quiet boulevard off the main Sorrento thoroughfare.
This hotel was part of a Costco package so we were not aware of how amazing it was before hand. We came to Sorrento because of the package but when we return it is because of this hotel
The view overall from the hotel is amazing. I will plan a return trip with this as the focal point, it is a unique hotel and the staff makes it into a destination not a place to sleep

Our stay was great thanks to all the staff, starting at front desk, bar tender, bell boys, Fabio, Alessandro, and everyone are always working hard, a special thanks to Salvatore, his smile , advice and great team spirit bright our days
🍋 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍋 First the views from the rooms are spectacular over looking the Gulf of Naples! 😍 The grounds are absolutely stunning with lots of tropical trees and are beautifully landscaped
We took 17 of our customers Th ere on a food, wine and culture trip and they all thanked us for such a breathtaking view from their rooms
The breakfast buffet was okay, it was a bit heavy on the breads/carbohydrates for me. The interior of the of the hotel was all different hues of blues to match the Gulf of Naples!
The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and bedding aid an excellent nights sleep and the beach is the perfect place to relax! My husband and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary here in June...
The property itself is HUGE! There is a beautiful garden as you drive in that you can get a tour of or walk on your own, a pool that we didn't get to use too much because we were primarily at the beach, and a gorgeous terrace where you can get drinks,, or food or just hang out

The restaurant in the hotel was one of the best dinners we had in Sorrento, with the most beautiful views at sunset, and the private beach club was absolutely stunning and felt super luxurious! It was equally as beautiful in the mornings on the terrace for breakfast, overlooking the water
But our favourite thing about the hotel was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Mario & Vittorio at the private beach club were wonderful people to get to know
They made our experience a memorable one, and we enjoyed heading down to the water and having a chat with them every day! Gianni at the front desk was also incredible in helping us from the moment we checked in, to the day we left - even making numerous calls on our behalf to rental car companies when our rental car booking fell through
Grand Hotel Riviera was a luxury hotel with an amazing view of the water that is breathtaking to enjoy a drink or dinner. The hotel also includes complimentary breakfast which was very large and great value for the hotel
My husband and I stayed at Grand Hotel Riviera for our honeymoon back in July, and it was one of our favourite stops on our trip. Everything about this hotel was a dream
The beach club was really great as well. We loved that it was a short walk to town as it's a beautiful walk and was a lovely way to unwind at night. Cannot recommend Grand Hotel Riviera enough

The staff showed us around the hotel when we got there, they have a great bar, restaurant, and then complimentary snacks and drinks all day in the lounge. We had a superior room with a balcony, and it was just perfect
Our first visit to the Bellevue Syrene was nothing short of spectacular. Perched on the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Naples, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views that alone would be worth the stay
The hotel's location in Sorrento made it easy to explore the town and take day trips to nearby landmarks like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, but each return to the Bellevue felt like a retreat into a private, serene paradise
The amenities are exceptional, and the little touches—like a complimentary buffet stocked with refreshments throughout the day—made us feel pampered
Dining was a highlight, offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine paired perfectly with local wines, all enjoyed with unforgettable sea views
He helped with arranging the table with roses, having the pianist play our special song, they gave us sparkling wine and a special dessert on the house too!! The waiters were so kind and made the experience so pleasant

Beautiful location, amazing terrace, great food (best pizza in Sorrento prepared live at the pool restaurant in front of the sea) lovely and very attentive staff, and private beach which is the most important thing in Sorrento
Yes, rooms could be improved, but for sure this hotel has the best value for money offering in Sorrento. All hotels in Sorrento with private beach have significantly higher prices
Considering it has a pool and it's own beach, the price is pretty good, we paid 140€ for a twin bedroom a night. The pool and the beach is pretty nice and comfortable
Overall a good stay and definitely recommended if you want a private beach, otherwise you might want to find a newer hotel
Absolutely Fabulous Place! The staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms over looking the bay are stunning. Room 308 is totally fabulous! The hotel has a wonderful old world charm about it
is a better room (that's really the only true difference) worth double the price? Not for me, and that's the reason I come to this hotel every time and never been disappointed!

There’s a private beach down the way, with an incredible lunch spot on site, with the best lemon cello spritz I have ever had. It was incredible getting to relax on that beach all day
They ended up upgrading our room to an apartment with working ac and they even gifted us a set of their incredible olive oil that they make on site (we bought 3 more sets because we loved it so much) our room was absolutely incredible and we loved our stay so much
They even had kayaks and a paddle board we could use for free. We took them out almost everyday and discovered a beautiful swimming hole to the right. The lunch we had was amazing
And the downtown Sorrento was really fun too. They also offered a shuttle service free of charge! This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make sure you love your time here
We ate there a few times and loved it. When we first checked in, our rooms ac wasn’t working and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable
They have kitties running around and a beautiful dog named Cleo. I fell in love with the animals and one of the cats named princess watched the sunset with me every night

The hotel even has access to a beach that you can easily reach by an elevator. I can't wait to be back! The walk into town is maybe 15-20 min, but there's also a bus station I think
He accidentally left $100 in his pants pocket, which they brought back to us as soon as they found it. They offer a nice breakfast that includes pastries, cereal, coffee, juices and a few other items
Great cliff side location about a 10 min walk from the craziness of the downtown area. There is some parking available if you drive. Rooms are simple, but priced very reasonably
All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a seating area up top where you can take in some great views. They offer laundry service, which my husband used
Be it to book a ferry to Capri, a private boat ride along the coast, dinner reservations etc Corinna - owner of the hotel - speaks perfectly English and German too
Staff is really friendly! And the location is not in the city center, but quiet and with good view and beach (you should pay for sun beds)

When we arrived we was greeted so warmly with a big smile, we was made to feel so special, it was so clean and beautifully decorated, our room was so lovely, nothing was to much trouble for the amazing staff so friendly and helpful all the time
We got a free bottle of wine & a bottle of limoncello in our room and some sugar cookies! The balcony was really nice and private. The breakfast is good, but there were a lot of bees outside where the food is served
My husband and I had an amazing stay at Magi Hotel. The staff and owner were great and helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Great location with access to food, shopping, and the beach
The cappuccino was hot and delicious and even had a little smiley on top! The location of this hotel was perfect for us, close to shops & restaurants and close to the area to walk down to the marinas
We stayed at Magi house in May 2022 for our wedding, its situated in such a perfect place in the heart of sorrento for restaurants shops, literally 1 minute walk to cloisters where we go married
We can't recommend Magi house enough We will definitely be going back next year, a big thank you for making our stay so special and memorable Mr & Mrs Shaw x

Everything you'd need on a campsite - mini market, good views, shuttle bus to Sorrento, and nice (if dusty) pitches. Cheap rental of kayak on the beach, electricity worked well and reasonably priced
Just stayed 10 nights in our motor home, love this place, very friendly staff all over the site. We will most definitely be back. Thank you
