Fantastic location. Amazing views. Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Room is spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle bus to centre of Sorrento that runs late in the night.

The hotel is out of town and up the hill, realistically it’s a 35 minute walk from the old town and it’s pretty steep but the hotel provides an hourly shuttle service which is very reliable

We stayed in Villa Aminta and the only downsides for us was the shower room was quite tired and could do with updating and we got woken up every night by dogs barking from a neighbouring property nearby

We booked a week at the Aminta through Jet2 holidays. Having travelled on various city breaks and inclusive holidays our trip to Aminta has truly been a memorable one. It’s down to the small things

The swimming pool attendant, the bar staff ( great drinks and cocktails by the way - try the Aminta special), housekeeping and reception staff were all very friendly

The staff are friendly and efficient, they provide excellent service without being too formal. The bar is extremely well stocked and the menu is rich and varied

Guests of La Residenza can take advantage of the beautiful gardens, pool and allowed access to the private beach! It isn’t slap bang in town, but easy walking distance and well worth it for all the extra facilities which you get here

I will definitely be coming back here! They have fellow hotels near one another so you can use the pools and other facilities in other hotels which are just a few minute walk past a beautiful park, with lots of flowers, palm trees and gorgeous birds and sounds

Pool was closed in September which was disappointing. Decent rooms, good check in and staff. Amenities for the 4* hotel are provided by the 5* sister hotel in the same grounds and are excellent

Very nice hotel. Not new but clean. Good swimming pool. The stuff is very helpful. A little bit far from the canter but they have a shuttle service. Very nice sea view and privet beach.

With that being said the outdoor facilities are simply amazing - best view of the ocean! Nice pool, nice staff. Beach costs 20 euro per person per day. Really nice beach, but rather expensive

The sheer size of the hotel is staggering: a garden, a private beach, a pool, at least two bars, three restaurants, countless seating areas, it’s just incredible

The restaurants in the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner were absolutely amazing in taste and some of the best food that we had on our entire trip to Italy. The view was stunning and I keep dreaming about it

I had dinner at their restaurant twice and I could have stayed there forever. Lovely atmosphere, very tasty food and had some live (mandolin) music in the last evening. I would definitely love to go back

I stayed here with my wife during busy season July1-5 and absolutely loved our stay. The service was very good and the staff made sure that we were comfortable and whatever needs were addressed

We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and a few dinners overlooking the bay. Everything about the hotel felt royal. We also ended up meeting one of the owners, Alessandro, on the last night

This hotel was easily the best hotel out of our entire Italy trip. Camilla went above and beyond. We got to stay in the Royal Suite and it did not disappoint - the balcony is HUGE

This was a spectacular hotel with a great location in Sorrento, beautiful pool and seating areas, and a truly gorgeous room! Gian Luca was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us a tour around the hotel amenities, and we were generously given a room upgrade for our two night stay to a gorgeous suite, which was such an unexpected and kind gesture! Did not stay here but was in the locale and visited the bar. Stylish, luxurious, discrete and surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Royal is an opulent oasis on a quiet boulevard off the main Sorrento thoroughfare.

The service is the best I have had. Breakfast is amazing and authentic itilian while offering items from more countries. The beach area is rockey but has a great view and great staff to support

This hotel was part of a Costco package so we were not aware of how amazing it was before hand. We came to Sorrento because of the package but when we return it is because of this hotel

The view overall from the hotel is amazing. I will plan a return trip with this as the focal point, it is a unique hotel and the staff makes it into a destination not a place to sleep

We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect and ideal for both relaxation at the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants in town

I remembered Michel who works at the front and another Michel at the pool and literally everyone in staff made it so comfortable for me, my baby (who they all adored) and my husband(he is not a city person so Sorrento was heaven for him!) We really did not want to leave at all

The roof top bar is unbelievably the best spot to be when visiting the hotel especially at night. The pool facilities are private and quiet, the rooms are spacious & super comfortable

Michel gave such great service at the bar with the freshest best orange juice and went out of his way to find sweeter wines for us (He may have climbed many steps to get it for us!) I will definitely come here again!

Great location in the heart of Sorrento. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but located in a quiet area so that you can relax if desired. The rooms are lovely and very clean

Rooms are very nicely decorated and quite large compared to many we have stayed in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Francesco is wonderful as night watchman and assisting with breakfast in the morning

We only had Breakfaat but being vegetarian / vegan still we could have options. The spread is very good in general

I stayed here while visiting the Amalfi Coast for 4 days and I loved it! There was a communication error on my part but they adjusted accordingly and were very nice. Walkable to train station and main piazza

Cute and really quiet place for being just meters apart from one of the busiest roads I've known. Location is not perfect, 20 minutes walking from center with narrow pedestrian paths

To have the breakfast in the garden is a perfect way to start the day

Staff was very helpful and breakfast was a delight. Fresh oranges picked from the garden was a definitive plus. Bread and salumi were also very good.

Special mention to Martina which is very friendly and helpful and Anthonio for his excellent service every morning during breakfast! By the way is the only hotel that have a direct shortcut stairs down to Marina Grande which takes only about 10 minutes

12 minutes walk to city center. It has free parking which is a huge bonus. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Could have enjoyed a coffee machine in the room ,😔 it is pricy but worth it 🙂

Wow! So we booked this hotel through an Orbitz deal (car / hotel) after many hours of trying to select the perfect hotel. The pictures looked great, but in the back of my mind I was preparing myself for disappointment

I recently spent a delightful day at Hotel Syrene in Sorrento, and it was an unforgettable experience. The dinner was a true explosion of flavors, with each dish offering a culinary adventure

We were greeted at the front gate by one of their concierge members (Eduardo) the entire staff was welcoming and continued to make us feel welcome and like family throughout our entire stay

We were here in Sorrento for 2 hours only and spent probably an hour here as it has nice shade and breeze. Nice staff, expect everyone is very chilled here and slow relax paced

However, it's important to note that such quality comes at a price, so I recommend budgeting accordingly to fully enjoy all the amenities and services the hotel offers

Otherwise, everything else was fine. Comfy bed, helpful staff, good pool area. Breakfast wasn't bad, but only 2 options of hot food - pancakes or scrambled egg

Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

Everything is fabulous, our room, spotlessly clean, huge balcony, with view of Mount vesuvius. The staff, so friendly and helpful. We've taken bottles up to our balcony in the evening

A final, unusual, complaint - the beds are too short! I'm 6' 4" and it's a long time since I last stayed in a hotel where my feet stick out at the end of the bed!

The location was perfect, room was great, and all of the staff were so friendly & helpful (and excellent with our kids, especially Rocco!) The pool was also a huge bonus! Would definitely recommend

Our terrace room offered privacy, comfort, and a stunning view of the mountainside. Americans — the A/C works well! The pool is lined with citrus trees and is a comfortable spot for an afternoon swim

It would be nice to stock a few more towels in the rooms but that is such a minor note, and housekeeping was quick to provide additional towels upon request

Spacious rooms, turn down service every night and the staff was on top of everything by the pool and for breakfast. We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed immediately

The wonderful front desk staff arranged private transport for us from the Napoli train station, highly recommend requesting this! It is worth every penny, the driver even gave us a quick driving tour of Sorrento on our way in! I wish I knew the company name

That's not always the case! The entirety of the hotel was also very clean and nice looking. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for a cocktail or tea before or after dinner. Being served small snacks were very nice

Stayed here while in Sorrento for our daughters wedding. We paid extra for the sea view which was magnificent. Location was ideal with only a short walk to the town centre and sea front

I slept great - good temperature in the room, clean sheets, enough pillows, and a sizeable bathroom. I loved that there was a clean, open area to easily hang clothes and tuck away my suitcase

My favourite hotel in Sorrento is Conca Park! We spent 5 days there and enjoy our stay in the design hotel and also tried delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel

Being served instant coffee each morning for the cost you are paying is just unacceptable and the quality of the food being served was the poorest quality. Those serving the food didn't seem very happy to deal with you

The pool area is great and calm, I did nice pictures with lemons trees in the garden. The view from the room has magnificent view to the sea and also garden terrace

The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and bedding aid an excellent nights sleep and the beach is the perfect place to relax! Stayed here with my husband and son and loved everything about it. The room was clean and comfortable. Every meal we had was superb and the service as well

They ended up upgrading our room to an apartment with working ac and they even gifted us a set of their incredible olive oil that they make on site (we bought 3 more sets because we loved it so much) our room was absolutely incredible and we loved our stay so much

We stayed for four nights and it was the most beautiful, relaxing stay. Everyone who works there is so accommodating and nice. The sunsets were absolutely incredible. They had a restaurant on site that was incredible

There’s a private beach down the way, with an incredible lunch spot on site, with the best lemon cello spritz I have ever had. It was incredible getting to relax on that beach all day

They even had kayaks and a paddle board we could use for free. We took them out almost everyday and discovered a beautiful swimming hole to the right. The lunch we had was amazing

And the downtown Sorrento was really fun too. They also offered a shuttle service free of charge! This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make sure you love your time here

They have kitties running around and a beautiful dog named Cleo. I fell in love with the animals and one of the cats named princess watched the sunset with me every night

Stunning views from breakfast, dining & pool areas. The beach/sea access: the most priced for me, absolutely beautiful!. The blue color of water is so inviting. We were there on August 15 for 5 days

It is located a few blocks from train station. We walked with our luggage both ways so it is very near from Sorrento town as 10 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes to Sant Agnelo

Such a beautiful location! We were allocated a room overlooking the pool which was not what we expected, so upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent
