This is a great hotel!! It was great that everyone at the front desk could speak English! They were all so friendly and helpful. We opted to add the breakfast to our stay and so glad we did! What a spread of food!! If we visit Sorrento again, that's where we'll stay!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and polite. The rooms are super clean and the view of the terrace is awesome. The food in hotel's restaurant is beyond good.You felt like you're in heaven by tasting food. Spent four lovely nights at Grand Hotel De La Ville in Sorrento and it was nice and charming. Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the hotel was sparkling clean. The location could not be more convenient to the city center, port, train station, and bus stub. The breakfast is magnificent and the view from the upstairs pool is unbelievable

The room with a sea view was fantastic until electric blinds broke down and I was left without the window. It was fixed within few hours, but still, when you are staying for 2 days only, you want to enjoy every minute. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Comfy bed, helpful staff, good pool area. My wife and I had an amazing stay here in July. The staff was very polite. The room had a great AC that kept it nice and cool. Breakfast was great. The best part of the stay was the around the clock shuttle service to the Sorrento city center. We also had a beautiful sea view from our balcony.

This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver. My favourite hotel in Sorrento is Conca Park! We spent 5 days there and enjoy our stay in the design hotel and also tried delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Conca Park Hotel. You can find water fountains of drinkable water on each floor and at arrival, they will give you a bottle for it. the Wellbeing Centre is well organised, the jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing as well as the whole experience. Paid for a non-seaview room and I was surprised by the size of the room and its facility. The room is nice, new and clean, especially with a large shower. The staff were hospitable and efficient. A large clean and comfortable hotel. Quite a bit outside Sorrento and the road to it is steep and not suitable for walking. We had a wonderful stay at the Carlton. The hotel staff are very courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced with meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, fresh fruits. The hotel looks great from the outside. The reception is very welcoming and modern. The rooms have a tiled floor and for the price they are a decent size. The view of the garden is very beautiful, the garden itself is very beautiful and well kept. Very peaceful for walking with someone or alone. The path is well lite during the night.

Amazing outdoor facilities with very basic and outdated indoor facilities. Rooms looks outdated and the hallways and rooms are very noisy - we woke up several times some nights due to people walking, talking in the hallways and simply just closing their door. With that being said the outdoor facilities are simply amazing - best view of the ocean! Nice pool, nice staff. Beach costs 20 euro per person...

Pool was closed in September which was disappointing. Decent rooms, good check in and staff. Amenities for the 4* hotel are provided by the 5* sister hotel in the same grounds and are excellent. Fantastic restaurant with great view.

Great location, breakfast, TV did not work, wifi not good but typically in Italy. Spacious room, quiet. Friendly staff.
