Just back from this beautiful hotel and grounds. A good choice of menu, and attentive staff. Fantastic views over the Bay of Naples worth paying a bit extra for a wonderful sea view room. We had room 341, large room and big bathroom. Free hotel bus to take you down to Sorrento town. Would use this hotel again. 🙂

Came here for a 1 week holiday and got into my room. The place is great, nice clean room, good food, great views and a huge clean pool. the only problems are The hotel is too far away from the city and it evreything is pricey and if you want to walk onto town there is practically no side walk but every thing exept from that is great. I really liked this place

Fantastic hotel. Looks straight over to Mount Versuvios' views are stunning. Good choice of food whether it be breakfast, lunch by the pool or evening dinner. All staff are very helpful. Rooms cleaned and towels replenished daily. Would definitely go back. There is a shuttle bus that goes down into Sorrento. Runs until 12.35pm then resumes around 4.15pm till late

Good location with a good view. We loved the free parking with the shuttle service. The staff was nice and helpful. The only bad side is that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, even after changing room it was the same. Breakfast also wasn't great... There was little variety and the menu was repetitive. Pastries were dry and cold.

The room with a sea view was fantastic until electric blinds broke down and I was left without the window. It was fixed within few hours, but still, when you are staying for 2 days only, you want to enjoy every minute. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Comfy bed, helpful staff, good pool area. Breakfast wasn't bad, but only 2 options of hot food - pancakes or scrambled egg.

Best Hilton brand hotel I stayed at in Italy (been to Como, Venice and Waldorf Rome). The views were spectacular from my room, the top floor is a executive floor with lounge and pool. The views are breathe taking of Naples. The cigar bar and selection of Tequila was the cherry on top for me. Good Tequila is hard to find in Europe and they stock Clase Azul, enough said.

Fantastic stay here, so close to Sorrento town. Kids loved playing in the pool. Views of Naples bay are amazing. Great buffet breakfast, definitely recommend.

This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver. Honestly I can't recommend this hotel enough. Aside from the spotless rooms, amazing views and incredible food the real stars are the staff. Recently returned after 7 nights, hotel ideally situated being an easy 5 minute walk into town. A large clean and comfortable hotel. Quite a bit outside Sorrento and the road to it is steep and not suitable for walking. The view from this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were a lot smaller than pictured and the shower was pretty weak, rarely had warm water and the bathroom was a bit small. I regret I didn't review this magnificent place after nearly a year. It is a perfect location. The food is excellent, the staff is dedicated and professional. Romance overload. The surrounding views and gardens are nice especially around the villas room. However, the condition are quite bad for some rooms, heater not working fine, plugs falling out, lighting's are dim, conclusion... They need a serious makeover. However staff are nice and helpful, and even provide free shuttle to and fro from the city square.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The views are just breathtaking. It is a quieter, quaint location that is away from the main square in town but offers free shuttle service to town!! We stayed there for 3 nights and wish we could have been there longer. Only complaint is the pool is cold water only! Not in walking distance of town - free shuttle bus every hour until 10:50 at night. Taxi costs €30 to the town from hotel. The ‘complimentary’ water replenished in your mini fridge every day is not free. There is a daily charge of €3pp per day at the end of the trip when checking out. Absolutely gorgeous. I have been to many places in Europe and this hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff is fantastic. The views from the hotel are simply amazing. Regular minibus to Sorrento and back. The road back to the hotel is very steep and definitely not for the faint of heart!

Amazing location. This is a terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the entire Gulf of Naples, overlooking Vesuvius and Sorrento. There is also a swimming pool. I had the pleasure of trying dinner with Smartbox and the service was worthy of a 4 star hotel dinner. All very nice and very helpful staff in the room.

Very nice hotel. Not new but clean. Good swimming pool. The stuff is very helpful. A little bit far from the canter but they have a shuttle service. Very nice sea view and privet beach.

The hotel looks great from the outside. The reception is very welcoming and modern. The rooms have a tiled floor and for the price they are a decent size. The view of the garden is very beautiful, the garden itself is very beautiful and well kept. Very peaceful for walking with someone or alone. The path is well lite during the night.

Amazing outdoor facilities with very basic and outdated indoor facilities. Rooms looks outdated and the hallways and rooms are very noisy - we woke up several times some nights due to people walking, talking in the hallways and simply just closing their door. With that being said the outdoor facilities are simply amazing - best view of the ocean! Nice pool, nice staff. Beach costs 20 euro per person...

Pool was closed in September which was disappointing. Decent rooms, good check in and staff. Amenities for the 4* hotel are provided by the 5* sister hotel in the same grounds and are excellent. Fantastic restaurant with great view.
