Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.

If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. The service from the very start to the end was absolutely amazing. Location was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet blew me away. Would 100% come back if I ever have the pleasure of visiting Sorrento again.

Traveling in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is very high. The room type was upgraded for free, but the room was close to the garden and there were mosquitoes. The environment of the garden is first-class and it is worth taking the time to explore it carefully.

The hotel has its own private beach, which was so convenient and relaxing. We enjoyed it every day. Be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes into town on a hill. Also budget for taxi transportation on the days you don’t want to walk back up the hill. Overall, the hotel is quite lovely and all of the food and drinks that we had were delicious. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Exemplary resort visit I thought this place was great! private beach with elevator to the bottom, food was good, service always friendly, close enough to walk into the action of downtown but far enough not to get hassled by it. The hotel location, the room, and the facilities are really good. It's a very good option for staying in Sorrento, near the station and the city center. However, the rule of not allowing food in the rooms is very stupid. I've never seen it after visiting multiple hotels around the world. Most of the negative comments of this hotel is because of this rule, they should reconsider it.

The hotel is decorated in an old-fashioned style. The breakfast is in the style of an old-fashioned hotel, but the food is not very refined. Room was okay, not quite as good as the photos. Watch out at the pool, can be slippy around the edges, two people we saw ended up with broken bones, but they had been boozing in the pool!

First impressions of this hotel were not great, as it's situated in a very noisy, scruffy little town called Saint Agnello. About 20mins walk from Sorrento. The location is not bad, beautiful and large swimming pool but not suitable for small children under 1m30. We found hairs in the bed and bathroom…!!! Avoid the rooms next to the elevators… very annoying noise, especially late at night. Honestly, I can't recommend it.

Not in walking distance of town - free shuttle bus every hour until 10:50 at night. Taxi costs €30 to the town from hotel. The ‘complimentary’ water replenished in your mini fridge every day is not free. There is a daily charge of €3pp per day at the end of the trip when checking out.
