Just back from this beautiful hotel and grounds. A good choice of menu, and attentive staff. Fantastic views over the Bay of Naples worth paying a bit extra for a wonderful sea view room. We had room 341, large room and big bathroom. Free hotel bus to take you down to Sorrento town. Would use this hotel again. 🙂
Came here for a 1 week holiday and got into my room. The place is great, nice clean room, good food, great views and a huge clean pool. the only problems are The hotel is too far away from the city and it evreything is pricey and if you want to walk onto town there is practically no side walk but every thing exept from that is great. I really liked this place
Fantastic hotel. Looks straight over to Mount Versuvios' views are stunning. Good choice of food whether it be breakfast, lunch by the pool or evening dinner. All staff are very helpful. Rooms cleaned and towels replenished daily. Would definitely go back. There is a shuttle bus that goes down into Sorrento. Runs until 12.35pm then resumes around 4.15pm till late
Good location with a good view. We loved the free parking with the shuttle service. The staff was nice and helpful. The only bad side is that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, even after changing room it was the same. Breakfast also wasn't great... There was little variety and the menu was repetitive. Pastries were dry and cold.
A very clean hotel with large pool, retaurant staff very helpful rooms are spacious and clean but a little dated
The room with a sea view was fantastic until electric blinds broke down and I was left without the window. It was fixed within few hours, but still, when you are staying for 2 days only, you want to enjoy every minute. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Comfy bed, helpful staff, good pool area. Breakfast wasn't bad, but only 2 options of hot food - pancakes or scrambled egg.

Best Hilton brand hotel I stayed at in Italy (been to Como, Venice and Waldorf Rome). The views were spectacular from my room, the top floor is a executive floor with lounge and pool. The views are breathe taking of Naples. The cigar bar and selection of Tequila was the cherry on top for me. Good Tequila is hard to find in Europe and they stock Clase Azul, enough said.
Fantastic stay here, so close to Sorrento town. Kids loved playing in the pool. Views of Naples bay are amazing. Great buffet breakfast, definitely recommend.
Great location and views! Hilton represents! Quick walk to downtown and the water. Great accommodations. Awesome!
Absolutely loved this place. We were treated very well, with an upgrade to an executive sea view room, which was fantastic for working and relaxing. The restaurants were well staffed with highly professional and hard working staff. Food was delicious. The facilities are very welcome but I wished that the pool would not close so early. Executive club lounge is well stocked and a reason we originally...
The service was great and the hotel is beautiful. The kids LOVED the pool and didn’t want to leave. We will be back and recommend this for folks with kids. Definitely balanced out the vacation to have something they loved too.
The place is beautiful. Wonderful view, short walk to downtown. Service was spectacular. Breakfast buffet with great food. The room had a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable.

This may be the best hotel I've ever been to! Everything from the staff to the room to food to the amenities was incredible. The views were awesome. I remembered Michel who works at the front and another Michel at the pool and literally everyone in staff made it so comfortable for me, my baby (who they all adored) and my husband(he is not a city person so Sorrento was heaven for him!) We really did...
Great location in the heart of Sorrento. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but located in a quiet area so that you can relax if desired. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff at this hotel is amazing and goes about and beyond to make guests feel valued. Our favorite was Anna at the lobby bar. She was super friendly, made amazing drinks and always made sure we were tended to...
Upon arrival the hotel is located in a great position slightly away from the hustle of Sorrento. The garden area was so tranquil for breakfast & lunch, our dinner experience in the main dining room was exceptional especially the service. Mario Samuel & the team were always accommodating with all your food needs. The roof top bar is unbelievably the best spot to be when visiting the hotel especially...
Review Stayed here for a long weekend in June celebrating a special anniversary with my wife. We booked based on reviews, location and the roof pool. The decor is lovely, traditional but modern. All very clean, staff well trained. Room was lovely, comfy bed and nicely decorated. I had a few issues with it. First one was the location, I had requested a nice room as it was a special occasion, no guarantee...
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! This hotel made us fall in love with Sorrento. They upgraded us to a room overlooking the sea with a balcony. We spent every night on our balcony enjoying the views. The included breakfast was also great. The staff was so friendly and really went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable. Also a great, quiet location...

Our Golden Wedding celebration has been enhanced by this lovely hotel. All the staff have friendly, attentive and caring. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had wonderful taste’s dancing on our palate
For $1,000+ a night, we were expecting warm, inviting and attentive hospitality. We found the service abrupt and cold, as if we were passers through rather than guests (the exception being the concierge, who did remember our name). There was no one thing in particular, but we found ourselves searching for staff at the pool, at the entrance, at the restaurants for assistance rather than having staff...
A breathtaking location with gorgeous accommodations. The beauty and history of the property can be felt in every part of the experience, from the picturesque entrance and driveway, to the dreamy lobby, commanding terrace and captivating stairways. We felt a warm welcome from the incredibly accommodating staff, from check-in to check out. The location is unbeatable for both the view and the walkability...
Thank you Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria. Top tier Five star hotel. Attention to details. Warm welcome from the team. 190 years of history truly demonstrates level of professionalism. Special thank you to Laura and the team for organizing my proposal. I will be back if I have the opportunity again
This hotel was easily the best hotel out of our entire Italy trip. Camilla went above and beyond. We got to stay in the Royal Suite and it did not disappoint - the balcony is HUGE. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and a few dinners overlooking the bay. Everything about the hotel felt royal. We also ended up meeting one of the owners, Alessandro, on the last night. He was incredibly gracious...
Generally speaking the experience was positive but there was something off about the attitude of the staff. After having stayed at multiple 5 star locations in Italy prior to reaching this hotel, it's clear someone at the top was instilling an off service attitude that did not come off at genuine or hospitable for an establishment at this level. The outdoor balcony music is too loud. Housekeeping is...

Everything is fabulous, our room, spotlessly clean, huge balcony, with view of Mount vesuvius. The staff, so friendly and helpful.. So much choice with the food. Rose wine very good.. We've taken bottles up to our balcony in the evening.. To enjoy the evening view's.. Entertainment not to everyone s taste.. Go and enjoy the gardens.. Josh the tui rep helped out on a problem we had, sorted in a day...
This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver. Variety of food and wine are excellent but food hygiene is a little suspect and at dinner you see many of the veg not eaten at lunch. There are damaged sunbeds and mattresses by the pool - why not just remove them rather than leave them out as an advert for "we don't...
Room for improvement. The food is good but prefer buffet rather than a set menu. Nowhere to hang wet clothes..balcony needs a clothes horse. Was expecting a gown in the room with it being a sensimar hotel... No cash point and the walk to the nearest one is walk at your own risk busy road no pavements. We were expecting a beach and was told before we booked that yes there is a beach with a free bus...
Honestly I can't recommend this hotel enough. Aside from the spotless rooms, amazing views and incredible food the real stars are the staff. Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

Stayed here during our Italian honeymoon. Overall the hotel is wonderful and you will not get a better location. The beach access is great, the pool is stunning, and the views cannot be beat. The rooms need a little updating otherwise clean. I would stay again but would like to see them update the rooms.
Excellent central location with stunning views of the sea. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Great bar with a beautiful terrace. Great cleaning team - place is spotless. Rated it lower because the rooms are a bit dated and are in need of refreshing. And the staff - the concierge and check in staff - are not particularly helpful or overfly friendly. I would have expected a much higher touch for the...
This hotel was amazing!! The location is wonderful! You can walk everywhere from this hotel. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to answer any questions. There is a private lift for hotel guests...
The location of this hotel was exactly what we were looking for! Just a short 7 minute walk from the center of town. The first hotel in Sorrento! Feels like you are living in an old movie.. such a good service and location! And what’s more important; everyone smiling.
Incredibly beautiful, friendly staff and great value for money. The only minor frustration was that parking needed to be paid for. Service down at the beach could also be improved, and the beach beds needed to be rented for an additional charge even for hotel guests.

A beautiful middle-age hotel with spectacular views and very helpful staff (many seeking tips, which I understand). This was a once in a lifetime trip to Italy for my wife and I, so I didn't mind splurging, but be prepared for the $1,000+ per night cost for top-level rooms. Regardless, a beautiful place.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The place is old school elegant without the stuffiness. We had a Prestige corner room (709) on the top floor. It had an impressive terrace with incredible views. The service was outstanding...Ludovica and Max at the front desk, and Giancarlo in the bar area. Next time in Sorrento, we will definitely be staying there again.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori in Sorrento during our honeymoon, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional staff and service. Absolutely beautiful hotel. The grounds are flowing a huge and many outside areas to enjoy. The rooms are gorgeous and well sized we had a small balcony where we had drinks looking at the ocean. Note We took a cab to dinner and when we were done called a cab to return...
Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel within the group. Conca Park is in a fabulous location, and the wow factor is there when you arrive, so I was expecting our room to have the same effect, but unfortunately not. We were also facing a wall, which was very disappointing as we thought that by booking through an agent over 9 months prior , we may get a room with a view of the pool...
Recently returned after 7 nights, hotel ideally situated being an easy 5 minute walk into town. Staff are all welcoming and attentive ensuring you are looked after led by a very passionate boss who personally showed guests around his own garden. Great sea views from our room on 3rd floor. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. We will definitely be returning in the future.
If you ever wanted to stay in a place that's part museum part hotel/spa, this may be the place. We were met at the car and our bags were taken for us by the staff. Our stay at this hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived. The short ride on the golf buggy through the art-filled cave was a fantastic start. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were the greatest bonus. Our room was always cleaned quickly and efficiently, often before we returned from breakfast which we appreciated. Stopped just for a coffee. The coffee was good and the lady that served us was real nice. Nice panoramic from the terrace.
A large clean and comfortable hotel. Quite a bit outside Sorrento and the road to it is steep and not suitable for walking. On the positive side there is a regular bus service from the town to the hotel and the view from the hotel is spectacular. Staff are friendly and we'd definitely stay here again.
Good view from this rather big hotel. The breakfast is included and ok. The beds were too soft for my liking. Rooms rather small.
Great hotel fantastic people loved the place. Yes we would stay again its to good not to, the shuttle service is very good.
Great hotel with warm welcoming staff. The bus transfer to Sorrento is excellent and only takes 10 minutes. Views from the hotel are spectacular with a full panoramic of the bay of Naples.

This is our 3rd time here at the hotel. Its beautiful and the staff are so lovely on the reception. The hotel is in such a lovely location overlooking Sorrento. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in early September. This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, relaxing pools, comfortable rooms, and yummy breakfast. A pleasantly situated hotel overlooking the bay and Vesuvius in the background. Rooms a good size and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms could do with modernization as showers still over bath. Number one recommendation for this place is Maria at the pool bar. She was friendly and efficient and just made us feel at home. Great central location next to taxi services & the beach! Make sure to visit more inland for a more authentic experience. The port is within walking distance along either plenty of shops cafes & restaurants
Our group really enjoyed our visit to Sorrento and our stay with Tasso Suites. The lobby staff were very accommodating and made several suggestions when we asked them for good local places to eat and drink. The location is also extremely convenient being that close to Piazza Tasso.
We had an amazing stay here and definitely recommend the stay here! Right away, the staff was amazing and very helpful with whatever we needed. We were only here a couple of nights, however, the location was great and very walkable around Sorrento by the beaches, shops, and restaurants. We also chose to do the spa and I am so glad that we did. It is a private and very relaxing experience. The rooms...
Excellent location in the heart of Sorrento, within walking distance to everything. The hotel room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

🍋 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍋 First the views from the rooms are spectacular over looking the Gulf of Naples! 😍 The grounds are absolutely stunning with lots of tropical trees and are beautifully landscaped. We took 17 of our customers Th ere on a food, wine and culture trip and they all thanked us for such a breathtaking view from their rooms. The breakfast buffet was okay, it was a bit heavy on the breads/carbohydrates...
I had the most amazing 3 day stay at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Sorento. The hotel has the most amazing views of the sea anywhere - the rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. It was five star service. The restaurant is outstanding and I had some great meals. I have to add that Jana arranged a private day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a real highlight of my stay. The shuttle...
We have stayed three times at this hotel and we love everything about it! The staff are wonderful and help in any way they can to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and...
Stayed here with my husband and son and loved everything about it. The room was clean and comfortable. Every meal we had was superb and the service as well. Relaxed during the day by the private beach and took the complimentary shuttle to the town every night. Would definitely stay here again. Don't miss the sunsets they are dreamy!
Nice hotel, but don’t bother with the shuttle. With the amount of money this place is racking in, how hard would it be to add another shuttle? It comes every 2 hours, and you have to make a reservation for it in advance. It’s a big hotel so the van is usually full of other guests and you can’t use it. Would have appreciated a better explanation of this and the amenities at check in. A shuttle is so...
We loved how slow and peaceful this hotel and location were in Sorrento. The views were amazing. It was a little bit of a walk from everything but the tranquility of the experience made it worth it. The room were clean and our room had a great double corner window. The black out curtains helped to sleep in and enjoy the vacation rest.
