Where to stay in Sorrento

The hotel is built on the hillside, facing the sea. The restaurant has a great view, where you can have breakfast while overlooking Mount Vesuvius. The transportation is also convenient, and it is a five-minute walk from the town. It is also close to the pier and the station.

The hotel is halfway up the mountain. The lobby is grand and there are many 🍋 trees in the garden. The room facilities are average and drinking water is not provided. The breakfast environment is good and the variety is rich. Parking is charged.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced with meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, fresh fruits. This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

Traveling in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is very high. The room type was upgraded for free, but the room was close to the garden and there were mosquitoes. The environment of the garden is first-class and it is worth taking the time to explore it carefully.

This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver. Honestly I can't recommend this hotel enough. Aside from the spotless rooms, amazing views and incredible food the real stars are the staff. If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. Tony the head waiter at the restaurant is an absolute “Fantastico” person! We so looked forward to meals and our interactions over our 5 day stay in this magical place. Quite high up from Sorrento, the views of Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius and Naples is second to none! There is a free shuttle service every hour transporting guests to and from Sorrento. The room is old. Far away from centers. They charged us 25 € extra they said it was tax on drinks we took but didn’t say anywhere that if we take water and one cocktail we need to pay tax. The man in the reception wrote the amount with hand writing on the final bill at checkout.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! We loved all of the following: the ocean front area with bar service, the sunset bar for food and drinks, the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, the service provided by the entire staff was outstanding!
