Not having to formally "check in" - what a great thing! The property itself is 5 stars - simply stunning. etc you name it are all 5 stars. You have an amazing thing going and you are RIGHT in the center of it all

From the time you arrive, you are greeted by a member of the hotel staff and are made to feel like their only guest. They walk you through the 1st floor, take your bags and answer any questions that you have

The staff showed us around the hotel when we got there, they have a great bar, restaurant, and then complimentary snacks and drinks all day in the lounge. We had a superior room with a balcony, and it was just perfect

too obvious to give them a full starred sky. all is magic there, u pay for it. go for it😉 breathtaking views all over the place. ex roman villa just the right things at breakfast

I'd return in a heartbeat! The pool is smaller than expected but easy to swim in the sea and it didn't affect our enjoyment one little bit

Great setting and classy design, geared towards a luxury hotel. Large junior suites, newly renovated rooms, large bathrooms, good and very quiet air conditioning, excellent private beach

We have been to some great spas especially in Vail, and this absolutely ranks up with those including the Westin Riverfront Avon or Hyatt Beaver Creek

The room is big and we got lots of bath accessories, clean towels, baby carriage and help in everything we needed. Great location, amazing view also from the 5th floor. Close to the sea, special exit, close to the center

Acqua Relax Spa review: we did not stay at the hotel but came for a spa day. The ACQUA RELAX SPA TOUR and massages were outstanding

The staff are so friendly and polite. The rooms are super clean and the view of the terrace is awesome. The food in hotel's restaurant is beyond good. You felt like you're in heaven by tasting food

Great great great location and wonderful staff! We stayed in room 111 and had a view of the water! The staff went over and beyond. Check out the roof top bar and restaurant! Amazing!

We opted to add the breakfast to our stay and so glad we did! What a spread of food!! If we visit Sorrento again, that's where we'll stay!!

Excellent location of a historic hotel in Sorrento. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good restaurant. Spacious rooms, all renovated bathrooms, extremely clean! Swimming pool and roof garden

From here you can drive to the island of Capri or take a bus to the Amalfi Coast

Room overlooked main road but oddly enough we found that entertaining especially the way the scooters and motorbikes bobbed and weaved their way through the traffic!! Would go back and would recommend

Great view, charming platform at sea level for a swim. We enjoyed a superior room with balcony which was really nice. Dinner was sub par but the service made up for that.

She was welcoming, spoke excellent english, very informative, and even arranged a private driver to take us to the Amalfi Coast and put it on the room tab. The garden area is absolutely beautiful and sooo well kept

Wonderful place! Usually when I come to Sorrento I always stay in Massa Lubrense because I mistakenly think that Sorrento would be too crowded and difficult to relax. Well this hotel made me think it all over again

The food is also satisfying and If you want to leave the hotel you find yourself in piazza Tasso with a 5 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the personnel is very professional and friendly

Special mention to Martina which is very friendly and helpful and Anthonio for his excellent service every morning during breakfast! By the way is the only hotel that have a direct shortcut stairs down to Marina Grande which takes only about 10 minutes

12 minutes walk to city center. It has free parking which is a huge bonus. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Could have enjoyed a coffee machine in the room ,😔 it is pricy but worth it 🙂

Belair is a really pleasant 4-star hotel, great service, rooms, pool area, parking, not to forget about the view! 15min walk to "down town". Enjoy your stay!

Grand. Views from our rooms were perfect but hotel over all needs some love. Simple things like pool / pool area needed a good clean.

Wow! So we booked this hotel through an Orbitz deal (car / hotel) after many hours of trying to select the perfect hotel. The pictures looked great, but in the back of my mind I was preparing myself for disappointment

The sheer size of the hotel is staggering: a garden, a private beach, a pool, at least two bars, three restaurants, countless seating areas, it’s just incredible

I stayed here with my wife during busy season July1-5 and absolutely loved our stay. The service was very good and the staff made sure that we were comfortable and whatever needs were addressed

Views over the ocean, hotel itself, pool, food, private jetty with ocean access, rooms and service were superb

The restaurants in the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner were absolutely amazing in taste and some of the best food that we had on our entire trip to Italy. The view was stunning and I keep dreaming about it

Beach area is nice but the food at the beach restaurant is not good at all. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. For the price of this hotel you can get a much better experience

We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and a few dinners overlooking the bay. Everything about the hotel felt royal. We also ended up meeting one of the owners, Alessandro, on the last night

This hotel was easily the best hotel out of our entire Italy trip. Camilla went above and beyond. We got to stay in the Royal Suite and it did not disappoint - the balcony is HUGE

What a wonderful hotel! Great location, awesome customer service, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding! My wife and I had a great time! Didn't get to use the top balcony as much as I wanted to, but that was because we were there in March - a little chilly

The room was also very clean and neat, although not very quiet at night as you could hear your neighbors somewhat (hint: bring earplugs & a facemask :) I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends that are considering staying in Sorrento, Italy!

We had rented a car and drove down to Sorrento and took advantage of the hotel parking they offered off-site for about 18 euros a day (public parking garages were close, but would've been slightly more expensive for a full day)

Though my wife felt it was too small I loved the hotel, room, service and location. clean, cool balcony on the street. only thing I would improve is the dull breakfast

This way, we could ask them to bring & park our vehicle whenever we wanted, right to the front door! The rooms were somewhat small, but something we totally expected

Great place to stay in Sorrento. The location is great and convenient. Breakfast was good too. Rooms are a bit small but still enough space for 2 people.

The location could not be more convenient to the city center, port, train station, and bus stub. The breakfast is magnificent and the view from the upstairs pool is unbelievable

Didn't stay here myself but my sister in law and brother were traveling and in Italy over her birthday. I wanted to send a bottle to their room and the hotel was very accommodating! Maria was very helpful and kind

Within one hour they recommended a bottle of prosecco and it was waiting in their room when they got back from dinner. Thank you to the wonderful staff here!! She loved the prosecco they recommended as well 😁

Really is "grand". Pristine hotel, accommodating staff, great views of the Bay of Naples on one side of the hotel. Walking distance to almost anywhere in the center of Sorento.

The pool water is chilled so a perfect way to cool in the heat. There is a lot of shade from the trees, if you want the sun (like we did) just move to another sunbed

We needed help to find our way to regina giovanni, he gave us a lift and showed us where to get the bus back, we were invited to his house for a meal and drinks but had to decline as I'm such a fussy eater! The location couldn't be more perfect, central for everything! Train and bus station over the road, tasso Square a minute up the way, the beach 15 minute walk and lots of shops including a supermarket...

The garden is a little dated but still a gorgeous little space to relax and unwind on an evening. The pool is bigger than I'd expected, plenty of room to swim off a few calories

Everything was great about this hotel, perfect location set in lime trees, lovely quiet pool area. Ideally situated just off the main square tucked away so very peaceful

Like other comments, the location is exceptional. We had a lovely big room with a massive balcony. Air con was top class in such high temps, over 40 degrees some days. The pool was also very welcome for cooling off

The garden and swimming pool were nice and well kept. Water is a bit cold in April,but it's still OK to swim. The staff was kind and helpful

A top hotel, in a top location (5 minutes from the town), with such lovely staff. All the facilities you could want, bars (reasonable prices), pools, restaurants, gym, massage services

The hotel is in a great location. Short walk to restaurants and shops and beach. The pool has amazing views and is a very relaxing place to be. Visiting in September meant that we had a lot of peace

Overall our stay was pretty good. The pool area is stunning with a great view of the sea of Sorrento

Lastly, the pool was only open until 7pm, which seemed very early to me, since I would expect to be exploring the city during the day, and only stopping at the pool after dinner

The property was a short walk to the main strip. it was an easy walk into town. The hotel was spacious and the pools were great.

Patio area unfortunately just faced a wall so the views were limited. Bathroom hairdryer was old and weak - could be updated. Reception staff were very helpful - organizing meal reservations and recommendations

Most importantly, a short walking-distance from the ruins of a Roman villa, where wonderers have either been taking high dives into the mediterranean, or just been watching the glorious dive of the sun in it in the evenings, for the last 2000 years

Incredibly high-standrds for reception-services. Immaculate house-keeping and breakfast. A serious, lost property case was dealt with the utmost professionalism. Next to great dining, wine and markets

Clean and tidy rooms, worth pay

We stayed here for two nights, the rooms were really clean and fresh and the hotel was really close to the train station and the main square

Amazing stay! Stuff is super friendly, especially Genaro. He was very helpful with navigation through the city, making breakfast (everything was clean)

Manager was nice as well, they give me upgrade to a bigger room and brand new shower. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere. The cleaning lady was there every day, the beds are comfortable

Friendly and clean hotel, very central and close to train station and city centre. Owner went the extra mile and showed great customer service

This place had beautiful chandeliers and everything was bright and airy. The main entrance has some steps and a green space and I just loved how it seemed to be tucked away but still on the main strip

Hotel is not at centre of Sorrento as it reads at booking. Reaching to sea was difficult and takes about 20min walk. Pool is pretty small and sun beds are practically always taken

Stayed there for 4 nights! The view is breathtaking - Especially from the pool! We had a massage with Martina and it was delightful! The people working at the reception were really helpful! They helped us get a tour of capri and also helped is figure out where to get tested for covid! Stay at this hotel without hesitation!!

In these difficult times it was spotlessly clean and felt so safe. We opted for a suite and found it to be one of the best rooms we have ever had. Spacious, cool, immaculate with stunning views and so comfortable

The room with a sea view was fantastic until electric blinds broke down and I was left without the window. It was fixed within few hours, but still, when you are staying for 2 days only, you want to enjoy every minute

Lovely hot shower and plenty of storage space for our belongings. Food was very good, especially on the Sunday and Thursday nights when they do an extra special dinner - definitely not to be missed

My wife and I had an amazing stay here in July. The room had a great AC that kept it nice and cool. The best part of the stay was the around the clock shuttle service to the Sorrento city center

There are damaged sunbeds and mattresses by the pool - why not just remove them rather than leave them out as an advert for "we don't care"

We were expecting a beach and was told before we booked that yes there is a beach with a free bus to it however it's NOT a beach. You can get in the sea if u jump off rocks or steps

Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

Everything is fabulous, our room, spotlessly clean, huge balcony, with view of Mount vesuvius. The staff, so friendly and helpful. We've taken bottles up to our balcony in the evening

Honestly I can't recommend this hotel enough. Aside from the spotless rooms, amazing views and incredible food the real stars are the staff
