Fantastic location. Amazing views. Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Room is spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle bus to centre of Sorrento that runs late in the night.

The hotel is out of town and up the hill, realistically it’s a 35 minute walk from the old town and it’s pretty steep but the hotel provides an hourly shuttle service which is very reliable

The staff are friendly and efficient, they provide excellent service without being too formal. The bar is extremely well stocked and the menu is rich and varied

We also booked a massage with Marco who is an amazing professional masseuse and would highly recommend his services. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely book again when staying in Sorrento

Although the hotel is situated a distance from Sorrento town centre there is an excellent shuttle bus service throughout the day

We had a separate menu with a limited choice ( as part of half board), having said that the staff was always offering options to make changes and get me something else since I am a pescatarian

Very nice hotel. Not new but clean. Good swimming pool. The stuff is very helpful. A little bit far from the canter but they have a shuttle service. Very nice sea view and privet beach.

Pool was closed in September which was disappointing. Decent rooms, good check in and staff. Amenities for the 4* hotel are provided by the 5* sister hotel in the same grounds and are excellent

With that being said the outdoor facilities are simply amazing - best view of the ocean! Nice pool, nice staff. Beach costs 20 euro per person per day. Really nice beach, but rather expensive

Great location, breakfast, TV did not work, wifi not good but typically in Italy. Spacious room, quiet. Friendly staff.

I will definitely be coming back here! They have fellow hotels near one another so you can use the pools and other facilities in other hotels which are just a few minute walk past a beautiful park, with lots of flowers, palm trees and gorgeous birds and sounds

Guests of La Residenza can take advantage of the beautiful gardens, pool and allowed access to the private beach! It isn’t slap bang in town, but easy walking distance and well worth it for all the extra facilities which you get here

Excellent and helpful staff; amazing view from the rooms; woke up every morning, opened the door of the balcony and listened to the waves

I had dinner at their restaurant twice and I could have stayed there forever. Lovely atmosphere, very tasty food and had some live (mandolin) music in the last evening. I would definitely love to go back

The hotel was super clean and there were mutlltiple staff members checking if I had everything I needed in the room. The private beach is also great, very relaxing, super clean water

Hotel facilities are excellent especially with the private beach. Evening dinner however is far too slow. Over 2 hours for 2 courses?! The food is good but exceptional patience is required

The restaurants in the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner were absolutely amazing in taste and some of the best food that we had on our entire trip to Italy. The view was stunning and I keep dreaming about it

This hotel was easily the best hotel out of our entire Italy trip. Camilla went above and beyond. We got to stay in the Royal Suite and it did not disappoint - the balcony is HUGE

The outdoor balcony music is too loud. The grounds are beautiful and the location cannot be better. The pool restaurant is very good despite the low budget Bahamas look to it

After having stayed at multiple 5 star locations in Italy prior to reaching this hotel, it's clear someone at the top was instilling an off service attitude that did not come off at genuine or hospitable for an establishment at this level

Michel gave such great service at the bar with the freshest best orange juice and went out of his way to find sweeter wines for us (He may have climbed many steps to get it for us!) I will definitely come here again!

I remembered Michel who works at the front and another Michel at the pool and literally everyone in staff made it so comfortable for me, my baby (who they all adored) and my husband(he is not a city person so Sorrento was heaven for him!) We really did not want to leave at all

Our group really enjoyed our visit to Sorrento and our stay with Tasso Suites. The lobby staff were very accommodating and made several suggestions when we asked them for good local places to eat and drink

Great central location next to taxi services & the beach! Make sure to visit more inland for a more authentic experience. The port is within walking distance along either plenty of shops cafes & restaurants

Tasso Suites is a good Hotel if not exceptional. Rooms have adequate space, service is good and workers are nice. Rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast is pretty good too as far as Italian hotels go

This place has super views and great staff very friendly. Very good place to stay I would recommend to any friends

Belair is a really pleasant 4-star hotel, great service, rooms, pool area, parking, not to forget about the view! 15min walk to "down town". Enjoy your stay!

Unfortunately they are not offering simple pasta instead they fail horribly with burgers and piadinas filled with mayonnaise etc. Besides the lunch we felt very welcome and enjoyed the views from the hotel

I recently spent a delightful day at Hotel Syrene in Sorrento, and it was an unforgettable experience. The dinner was a true explosion of flavors, with each dish offering a culinary adventure

We were greeted at the front gate by one of their concierge members (Eduardo) the entire staff was welcoming and continued to make us feel welcome and like family throughout our entire stay

We were here in Sorrento for 2 hours only and spent probably an hour here as it has nice shade and breeze. Nice staff, expect everyone is very chilled here and slow relax paced

However, it's important to note that such quality comes at a price, so I recommend budgeting accordingly to fully enjoy all the amenities and services the hotel offers

The only bad side is that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, even after changing room it was the same. There was little variety and the menu was repetitive

Lovely hot shower and plenty of storage space for our belongings. Food was very good, especially on the Sunday and Thursday nights when they do an extra special dinner - definitely not to be missed

My wife and I had an amazing stay here in July. The room had a great AC that kept it nice and cool. The best part of the stay was the around the clock shuttle service to the Sorrento city center

There was adequate selection at breakfast for everyone to have something enjoyable and the coffee was definitely hot enough for us. Shuttle bus into Sorrento provided a very good service

The driver could make more effort to be courteous and welcoming instead of having his face in his phone at every opportunity, but good prompt service regardless

Otherwise, everything else was fine. Comfy bed, helpful staff, good pool area. Breakfast wasn't bad, but only 2 options of hot food - pancakes or scrambled egg

Variety of food and wine are excellent but food hygiene is a little suspect and at dinner you see many of the veg not eaten at lunch

This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver

The food is good but prefer buffet rather than a set menu. Was expecting a gown in the room with it being a sensimar hotel. No cash point and the walk to the nearest one is walk at your own risk busy road no pavements

Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

Everything is fabulous, our room, spotlessly clean, huge balcony, with view of Mount vesuvius. The staff, so friendly and helpful. We've taken bottles up to our balcony in the evening

Review for people traveling with babies. This was the best hotel on our vacation. It had a nice and clean baby play pen. Everyone was always very friendly, especially in the breakfast area

The wonderful front desk staff arranged private transport for us from the Napoli train station, highly recommend requesting this! It is worth every penny, the driver even gave us a quick driving tour of Sorrento on our way in! I wish I knew the company name

Our terrace room offered privacy, comfort, and a stunning view of the mountainside. Americans — the A/C works well! The pool is lined with citrus trees and is a comfortable spot for an afternoon swim

I slept great - good temperature in the room, clean sheets, enough pillows, and a sizeable bathroom. I loved that there was a clean, open area to easily hang clothes and tuck away my suitcase

My favourite hotel in Sorrento is Conca Park! We spent 5 days there and enjoy our stay in the design hotel and also tried delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel

The pool area is great and calm, I did nice pictures with lemons trees in the garden. The view from the room has magnificent view to the sea and also garden terrace

Being served instant coffee each morning for the cost you are paying is just unacceptable and the quality of the food being served was the poorest quality. Those serving the food didn't seem very happy to deal with you

That's not always the case! The entirety of the hotel was also very clean and nice looking. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for a cocktail or tea before or after dinner. Being served small snacks were very nice

We really appreciated their help when looking for activities in the area. For example, they were not only able to arrange a winery tour, but also transportation to and from the winery

The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and bedding aid an excellent nights sleep and the beach is the perfect place to relax! Stayed here with my husband and son and loved everything about it. The room was clean and comfortable. Every meal we had was superb and the service as well

There’s a private beach down the way, with an incredible lunch spot on site, with the best lemon cello spritz I have ever had. It was incredible getting to relax on that beach all day

They ended up upgrading our room to an apartment with working ac and they even gifted us a set of their incredible olive oil that they make on site (we bought 3 more sets because we loved it so much) our room was absolutely incredible and we loved our stay so much

They even had kayaks and a paddle board we could use for free. We took them out almost everyday and discovered a beautiful swimming hole to the right. The lunch we had was amazing

And the downtown Sorrento was really fun too. They also offered a shuttle service free of charge! This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make sure you love your time here

They have kitties running around and a beautiful dog named Cleo. I fell in love with the animals and one of the cats named princess watched the sunset with me every night

On the positive side there is a regular bus service from the town to the hotel and the view from the hotel is spectacular. Staff are friendly and we'd definitely stay here again

The hotel has an own pool and a section of the beach which you can access by an elevator that literally goes through the cliff (though you can‘t see it). Rooms have air conditioning so you can cool down at night

It is located a few blocks from train station. We walked with our luggage both ways so it is very near from Sorrento town as 10 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes to Sant Agnelo

The hotel has the best views of Sorrento ocean in my opinion. All staff including housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast includes plenty of options with amazing sea views

The location of the hotel, the view, breakfast, and ocean pool were all excellent. They are really stuck in the 80s era but the view makes up for that

We had dinner at the terrace with a breathtaking sunset over the water, food was excellent, I would recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying in the hotel

Note that the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the centre but we didn't mind that after heavy dinners! The reception and concierge team were on hand for any of our questions and gave some great restaurant tips! Breakfast and the lunch are pretty standard but cocktails and aperitifs at sunset time with the view was amazing!

Coffee was some of the best I'd ever tasted but the beer and cocktails weren't the best. Old decor and there was an infestation of ants in our room, the troop stretched from the corridor outside to the wardrobe

I found the concierge grumpy but others said he was great so maybe I caught him on a bad day. Entertainment there wasn't really, but it was end of season. My only major negative was the queues for drinks

They provide a free shuttle service into Sorrento which gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful relaxation by a pool and the chaos of Sorrento on your doorstep. Staff are so helpful and welcoming

Dinner is table service and the choice and quality is excellent. Nice touch that you can order a bottle of wine and they will keep it for you for the following evening. Cannot fault this hotel for the price

Breakfast offers a good buffet choice but don't expect a full English here more cheeses and meats, pastries etc. You can help yourself to bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs though

Breakfast was well organised with plenty of choice. The food for dinner was fantastic, very tasty and varied with plenty of choice. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and all spoke very good English

I emailed my excursion requirements, they replied promptly with booking confirmations and I paid for them at the hotel when we left. We did the Amalfi Drive and Pompeii/Vesuvius which were excellent

The hotel had free wifi which had good reception everywhere. We booked two excursions through the hotel which were well organised with good tour guides
