Little corner of paradise run by two welcoming, friendly and professional guys. Excellent location, new and cleaned rooms every day but the garden that welcomes cacti, palms and wonderful tropical plants wins over everything ... to be considered a World Heritage Site! Despite the restrictions imposed by Covid, Peppe and Martina have always found a way to offer us delicious breakfasts.

We loved our stay here. We were o my here one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the archaeological sights. They have parking within the property which is handy but even the street out front is quiet enough to park if needs be. The rooms all have a little veranda out front which have amazing views over the city. Breakfast was lovely and hosts...

Beautiful secluded place, between nature and history because it is located within the walls of an ancient farmhouse. Very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and very spacious apartment

It feels like a nobleman of other times, without giving up the comforts of today. The walls are so thick that it was not necessary to use air conditioning, the room temperature was ideal. The place is peaceful and relaxing. The only drawback: it is a bit out of the way and there is nothing nearby. Better bring a supply of drinks. King's breakfast.

Beautiful place, immersed in the countryside, by the charm of the residence of the lord of the past, overlooking a breathtaking view. The hospitality of Claudia and Ilenia was impeccable. We will be back.

Lovely Villa, rustic and traditional. The outdoor area was great and pool brilliant. Walking distance to the beautiful San Lorenzo beach. Nunzia & Antonio were lovely and very helpful, even driving us into Mazamemi one day when we were struggling to find any taxis and couldn't face the long walk.

Location clean and well kept, with attention to the smallest details. Swimming pool among the palms enchanting and equipped with all comforts. Very close to the sea and a few kilometers from the center of Marzamemi. I have been more than once in this villa in the last two years to spend my holidays. Unforgettable!

I was a guest in this property for a week. This place is of a unique beauty ... it gave me inner peace. The owners of the villa are of a unique kindness. Nothing is missing in the structure. Very nice villa with 2 independent accomodations, one with 1 bedroom and the other with 3 bedrooms, nice garden with pool in a quiet street ending on the sea. Lot’s of towns to visit in the area and 10min with car to Marzamemi, very cosy with many good restaurants to discover. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended.
