Little corner of paradise run by two welcoming, friendly and professional guys. Excellent location, new and cleaned rooms every day but the garden that welcomes cacti, palms and wonderful tropical plants wins over everything ... to be considered a World Heritage Site! Despite the restrictions imposed by Covid, Peppe and Martina have always found a way to offer us delicious breakfasts.

We loved our stay here. We were o my here one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the archaeological sights. They have parking within the property which is handy but even the street out front is quiet enough to park if needs be. The rooms all have a little veranda out front which have amazing views over the city. Breakfast was lovely and hosts...

Amazing villa with Pool, great location not far from Syracuse. Make sure you have a hire car to get about it as not much near Villa. Lovely beaches cycling distance away. Perfect place to call home for 10 days

Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain. The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here.

Location wise this hotel was great for us. A short walk to Ortigia so ideal as a base for exploring. Breakfast was the usual buffet type and good enough. If you’ve got a rental car, some street parking and paid parking can be found nearby.

We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel. Not the most modern, but very comfortable. Friendly service, a very good breakfast. Moderately priced. My only complaint is that the WiFi did not quite reach into our room - only available in the doorway. It worked fine in the lobby.

The hotel and rooms are very nice, spacious and clean but the breakfast is really disappointing, the waitresses don’t fill up the plates of food again so there is basically nothing good to eat :(

We were here the first week in October 2024 & had a great time. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Slight inconvenience with the bed being in a loft (as was the bathroom) so that it was hot at night, & we had to go up a flight of stairs to use the toilet. Not a 5 star hotel. Great location and generally nice stay but far from a 5 star stay; didn't have an iron to provide, main doors were broken and had to be manually slid open, only elevator was broken one morning... The rest of the experience was akin to a good 4 star experience.

We had the best time. The location is great, service is outstanding, rooms are spacious. The bed was soo comfy and big and there was a hot tub bath in our bathroom. The restaurant is on the top floor with a sea view where you can have breakfast or sunset drinks.

location is just few steps from Greek theatre park. hotel is very modern and well kept. rooms are clean and functioning. they have a gym that is not too small and has a good number of machines. the rooftop pool is very nice though shuts down at 7pm so a but early in my opinion. the staff is amazing, all helpful and very courteous.

I can't begin to praise this place enough. The staff is awesome. The rooms are large and the decor is kind of a mix of old and contemporary, blended in a way that works. The tiled floor is beautiful. The double size shower stall has three shower heads. We have a king sized bed and a nook that has a couch. And the rest of the furniture is wonderful.

Came here with a deal for access to the spa and a 3 course dinner. The spa was very nice, with a variety of different rooms and not too busy. The meal was a good standard with excellent wait staff. The hotel looked lovely, though fairly quiet (it is April), would definitely consider staying here if we return to Syracuse.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Great hotel in Syracuse, 5 km from the center/old town, far enough to be away from the noise. Great garden and swimming pool area, perfect to relax surrounded by nature. Excellent service, facilities and pool. A little remote and would recommend if you have a car and want a spa type holiday away from this. Without a car would have felt a little cut off with nothing else walking distance but several other restaurants 10 minutes drive to give options. Only 4 shuttles per day into syracuse and 4 back and its a shame the are not a few more.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. The best service I've had at a hotel for a long time. The facilities are amazing and you feel that you have plenty of space. It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about. Highly recommend it.

Very good Hotel, best breakfast which I saw in Italy, very kind stuff. Gym is also very good, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor pool. Two building, new and old, but both I think is good. The place is little bit far from town Siracusa, but they offer free shuttles.

Had a great stay at the hotel Roma. The rooms were huge, and in a perfect location, close to the main square and laneways full of restaurants and bars. My highlight at the hotel was by far the breakfast each morning. You sat on the lovely courtyard outside and the selection was large and delicious. A must stay.

Maybe a little too far from the center of Syracuse, about 5 km, so you'll need a car. Staff is absolutely helpful but they behave a little coldly. Building is old fashioned but still functional so there's nothing you'll be missing. You can have a cheap decent meal in the restaurant if you need it.

You will need a car to reach city center. A/C not controled by the guest, you have it on or off. Only one person speaks English in all staff.
