The hotel is correct. Clean friendly nice and helpful people.
The neighborhood maybe less so, just take the bus. It stops right in front of the hotel. The parking service offered was great. Would go again.

Bad location, not so safe during night. underground breakfast room, very limited breakfast.
Seems the management wish to earn every possible extra €. I asked for 2 hours late checkout and they asked for extra money.. Of course it is their right, from commercial view, but from hospitality view I believe the management could offer it complimentary. All the hotels I've been do so for just 2 hours.

I repeat it is not relevant that there was another booking and you had to clean it. You asked for extra money for checkout till 13.00hrs so you had the possibility to offer it complimentary if you wanted.
It is true I chose the hotel due to the event I attended closeby. It makes sense doesn't it?
If I knew the situation and location of the hotel I would have chosen another property and prefered to spend extra time to travel rather than staying at your hotel.
Yes, I returned to the hotel at 14.00hrs and you agreed to let me at the so called lobby till 15.00hrs on a chair and I managed to check some emails. You would have prefered to kick me out?

Problem with the reservation. No one at the reception at 10:30 pm. Is it a real hotel ? Contacted Expedia to get a refund.

Customer service was very good. They were helpful, anticipated our needs (including turning the air-conditioner on before we arrived and giving us the WiFi password when we arrived) and good humoured. The neighborhood was a bit on the rough side. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The was the best hotel we stayed at on our week-long roadtrip through Italy. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was modern and clean, same goes with spacious bathroom. The staff was super helpful and extremely nice. The receptionists were doing an extraordinary job often doing extra work to accomodate me and help me with my future stay in Torino (special thanks to Alfredo). I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and not too far from the city center. The people at the reception are very kind and the breakfast is good. The hotel is on a main road and it can get a bit noisy during the night, so if it is an issue for you then use earplugs. It is well connected to the city center with public transport but it will take only 30 min walking to the main touristic areas. With a little extra you can use an internal parking if needed.

Good hotel for staying in Turin either for business and leisure

This hotel has just been refurbished. Rooms are ultra clean, good adbices on near by restaurants, breakfast is correct. The big difference was the staff, who is very customers orientated. I've a child in a wheelchair and although i did not request any facilities for my child, Alfredo, member of staff on duty that night, got my Son a seat for the shower and a disabled bathroom seat. Apparently, there are adapted rooms for the disabled. The hotel has a lift and entrance is steps free. Possibility to get a box for 50 euros per night. Family and dissbled friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly go back there. Thank you for making our stay fab.
