Very rude and unfriendly staff especially at the reception, creating difficulties when issuing bill

I don’t like to give nothing but good reviews, because I truly believe in having a balance in life. I been to many hotels and resorts all around the world and this hotel has been the only place where they don’t allowed you to use the restroom in the lobby. The front desk lady told me to go outside around the hotel to used the restroom outside and she event told me that it was less than 5 minutes walk, because they didn’t have any restroom available. I was a guess at this hotel and I just couldn’t believed it. Coming to visit on a tour from USA, this has been the only place where we were treated very unpleasant.

Very friendly service, gave me tea for free because I was sick and there was someone at the desk 24/7. Wouldn’t say it is a 4 Star hotel but it’s very solid

I was 7 days in pacific hotel , very nice hotel and perfect staff, good breakfast and in general very good service

Great place to stay, the rooms are very comfortable and the location is good. 20 minute walk to the city center. Buffet breakfast is an absolute delight.

The only one advantage of this hotel is excellent breakfast. I am dissatisfied that air conditioning isn't working at the whole hotel. It's really hot in the room and it's impossible to open window wide.
If the hotel owner thinks to save money by turning off the air conditioner, then why double the payment for the hotel (from 100 till 200 EUR per night). It is impossible to stay in this hotel for more than 1 day, because there is no proper fresh air and there is a lot of dust due to the carpet cover. You didn't propose any discount for me as for Ukrainian people therefore why I have to worry about problems with electricity and gas in Europe if I pay more than 100 EUR per night. I have moved to 3 star hotel now in Turin and I have personal air conditioning when I need.

Really good price quality ratio.
The room was big with all accommodations you need. The variety of the breakfast buffet was unexpected, the staff friendly and free parking on the roadside our paid unground parking.
By car it's just a few minutes from town center.

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. Small downside is the distance from the center.
