Starhotels Majestic

One of the topmost hotels in Torino, a four-star one with a very convenient location, nearly in front of the central railway station, Torino Porta Nuova. The hotel is worthy of its 4-star rating, even though the rooms are not very large. However, everything is modern, clean and tidy, and with adequate facilities. Checking in at the reception was quite cumbersome, definitely a bit slow. However, it is possible that this slowness was due to the relative inexperience of the employee at the desk, who actually appeared quite young. Anyway, the standard is high, the staff is always very courteous and the rooms and facilities are okay.

This is an old style luxury hotel. I would even say old fashioned, but in a charming way.
We stayed in a junior suite that was nicely decorated but could use some touch ups here and there.
Breakfast was nice but nothing exceptional.
The hotel is well located with the city center nearby.
The parking situation on Sundays is a bit confusing but in the end it all worked out fine thanks to the friendly staff.

A traditional, typical stylish hotel in the heart of Turin. Right across from the main train station, and easy walking distance for the numerous museums, parks and sights of the city.

Very good location, nice and clean rooms. Ask for parking before you go there directly in the hotel. There is a garage in the same building.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic (maybe also due to Covid), but overall it is a good place to stay in the heart of Torino.

Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin. First they put us in a room which is a bit noisy, next day they switched us to a inner and much quieter room without question when I mentioned. The location is excellent, many tourist attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast is healthy and delicious, the service staffs are very nice and efficient! Front deck agents are extremely helpful and patiently answering our many questions. With their detailed instructions, we got to visit Basilica of Superga and La Venaria Reale by public bus (#62 and #11 respectively). they also helped me to resolve the reservation issues of my hotel reservations in Milan. Thank you SO much!! if we ever visit Turin again, Starhotels Majestic is THE place we will stay!!

Our family of four stayed three nights, in a very comfortable "Executive" room with luxurious bathroom shower/bathtub. The service staff were helpful and knowledgeable in local attractions and restaurants, helping us make reservations when needed. This hotel was at a great location, with many restaurants, cafes, bistros, shopping, train, grocery, and attractions within 1km. We felt safe walking in that area even after dark.

There are quite a few homeless/beggars in the tourist area, and some needed to be told Twice "no", when we weren't going to give. There was a restaurant and bar on site, but we did not partake due to the multitude of nearby options (most places had someone with English language skills). We walked to the Egyptian museum, the Galleria Subalpine, Piazza San Carlo, and found all the local wine we wanted nearby.
Parking is not included, and there is a nearby underground parking garage we used just around the corner at the direction of the staff.
