Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. Staff are friendly and room is big and clean. Hotel is near but need to go over two stairs cases of bridges, took about 10 mins with luggages.
We left hotel very early and staff very helpful to prepare our packed bfast. Nice

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful for any advice required. Food delicious. The location was so close to the railway station and very easy to find. I would suggest arranging a porter from the hotel to carry heavy luggage across the bridges but it is a mere 5mins to the hotel. Beautiful gardens both front and back. Very relaxing watching the world go by. Love to return here again on my next vacation

We had an excellent stay at Ca’Nigra Lagoon Resort this weekend. Wonderful hospitality from Miriam and the entire team at the front desk.

Our room was ready at the guaranteed 2pm time and we were delighted by the luxurious touches and antique furniture in the Room 106 junior suite. It featured a private terrace with canal views, a huge bed, and a lovely soaking tub.

The location was ideal. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station, with only 2 bridges to cross with suitcases. After navigating Venice for a few days, we quickly realized what a gift it was to have a hotel so close to the station so we didn’t have to navigate narrow alleys or boats with luggage.

We also stayed with our cat for a nominal pet fee and were so impressed with the service we received. A small pet bed and bowls were left in the room before our arrival! See attached for very silly photos of our cat feeling like a VIP.

We would absolutely recommend this resort to others, and would stay here again on a future visit.

The hotel has a good location, but you still need to cross a long bridge to get out of the central train station, which is inconvenient for those with large luggage. The hotel has its own water taxi station, and the front desk is friendly and can help you book a taxi. The hotel room was nice, but the water pressure was too low.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location to train station makes it v convenient. The room was delightful, gondolas passed by the window. The staff were simply fantastic. It has a beautiful garden that over looks the Grand Canal.

An old building (as you would expect), with a really romantic atmosphere. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia, and really easy to get to the canal bus stations too.

Staff were really professional and helpful, with a good idea of places to eat nearby. The surrounding neighbourhood had plenty of cafes and restaurants, which all felt slightly less touristy (as much as they can given the city itself). Would definitely stay again!

It is a very suitable hotel for vacation. There is a lake area in front, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, and a gym. I feel like I can lose weight if I stay there for a week. Rich breakfast

This is the perfect home base to explore Venice. very close to Santa Lucia train station. The rooms have a modern flare with lots of cool vintage decoration. In a city where space is king, this hotel has an abundance of it. A manicured front yard and the highlight for me , a rose garden facing one of Venice main canals, where you can relax and sip some wine.

Great service - I stored my luggage here prior to check in, and they made sure to move my luggage into my room before I returned! Their air conditioning is strong, and even the standard room was very spacious. Love the garden by the canal. About a 25 minute walk to Saint Marks Square and an 8 minute walk to the train station. Would stay again.
