NH Venezia Rio Novo

The rooms were clean, there is AC everywhere, the staff were nice, and room service was quick. The breakfast pastries were delicious, but there was limited hot food (just bacon and eggs). Sometimes at night you can hear people being loud, but it’s not too disruptive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

This is a great spot if you are coming from the bus or train station. An easy 6 min walk. They let me check in early, and the room is very nice. They have an awesome breakfast (not included), and a little gym in the basement. Everything about it is first class.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was our first time in Venice. The location is perfect, you can walk just about anywhere. There are water taxis readily available along the canal as well. We spent a lot of time at the hotel bar and made friends with the bartenders. Rachel and her colleagues were extremely friendly. The hospitality and service were top tier. They gave us a warm welcome and amazing recommendations!

We had an excellent stay here. Enjoyed the canal view room and was pleased with how clean the room was. The staff were friendly and spoke great English. Another perk was that this hotel was away from the crowded tourist areas of Venice but was still accessible and walkable to all of the things.

Warm and friendly reception team who went the extra mile to ensure that my clients had a special stay for their ten year wedding anniversary. Rooms were clean and modern. Great location, easy to reach from the airport and walkable to main sights. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The highlight of this hotel is the Location but mostly the staff that since you step into the lobby makes you feel at home the staff at the front desk are all very professional, they are kind, welcoming and helpful.. at the breakfast room, restaurant and bar staff is very attentive and professional. I was traveling with a USA group and they went out of their way to accommodate customer’s needs. I want to thank all the staff, I still remember a few names Giovanni, Guido, Saber, Rachele, Maria, Luca, Gianmaria, Paola, Georgina..

We stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend.

Our room was on the 5th floor with a canal view which was nice. It was also clean and looks to have been refurbished quite recently.

Staff were generally friendly and there was always someone who could speak English. They were also kind enough to lend us am umbrella as it was quite rainy during our stay.

Slight complaints would be the bed was a bit too soft for our liking and water pressure for the shower was also quite low - which was a shame given that it had a rain shower head but it was more like light rain than a shower... Another thing we also noticed was that we could hear the music from the ground floor despite being on the top floor - which meant that it could be a lot noisier if we were closer / lower down. However, they did turn it off by around 9pm so it shouldn't be a big issue and I think you'd only notice it if you were stuck indoors due to the rain!

However we were happy with it location wise and had a good stay - it wasn't too close to the touristy areas so it didn't get too busy but at the same time it was easy to get around with most places being within walking distance.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. It’s a modern hotel that’s close to the train station. Our room was ready early and so clean! Breakfast was good.

Simply wow ! Outstanding stay. Great hotel, brand new, clean and stylish. Loved the colors and all the details. Beautiful and well equipped room. The glasses and the mugs are just great !

Room was clean and spacious. Kettle and coffee provided is a plus. Staffs were very helpful for arranging a porter and packed breakfast for our early checkout.
