My room was so hot it was like sleeping in an oven.
I had to sleep with the window open which was far from ideal because the window opened inwards so hitting my head when sleeping was very possible. A fan was provided but did little to cool the room down.
I Wish it was possible to give 0 stars, but here we go with 1.
This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed at. The staff are USELESS, the place is FILTHY, and there was NO HOT WATER.
When we got there, and It was time to shower and the hot water situation was established, they simply shrug their shoulders and say they cannot do anything.
Quick to take your money with not informing you of the lack of hot water, but they refuse to give a refund or cancel the booking.
On top of this, they demand that they want your room key everytime you leave. FOR WHAT? What could they possibly want in your room with you not there? It’s not like they clean the room or change bedding, which too is evident upon staying In the room.
The rooms are also located right by the reception, of which they staff blast videos and have massive conversations right through the night with no consideration of guests trying to sleep.
If you don’t mind staying in your dirty grandmas house, then book this place. Don’t be fooled by the name “Hotel” it is far from it.
Spend the extra money and have a lovely stay elsewhere.
They are also not a 24hr hotel like they claim to be, when trying to leave early to watch the sunrise, there were no staff, they were asleep and we were locked in. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to wake up, use the bathroom (which we heard may I add) and unlock for us
