💜 Hotel San Moise. Charming and romantic Venice. Staying here transported me back in time. Peaceful area off of tourist path but close to S. Marco. A few steps down a quaint alley from Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and other upscale shops. 😍 Red velvet and dark wood furniture with a 1600s nuance. Even the stairways and windows were top to bottom lush. We had a lovely view of the courtyard. The staff is courteous, kind, and go the extra mile - they held our luggage for us even after we checked out. 😍 ☕ Breakfast is included and bountiful. ☕ Rooms are stocked with mini-bar, A/C, tea service,TV is Netflix enabled. I felt like royalty my entire stay - didn't want to leave. 😍 The hotel is situated by a small canal where you can sit on the steps and have a midnight toast - super romantic and private - Venice at its finest. 💜 My crude words don't do this hotel justice... it's a hidden gem. If you appreciate finery, this hotel will delight you. We booked last minute as we were stepping off of the tronchetto, and received a great deal. We will 100% stay here again when we return to Venice soon. I'm enraptured. 💜 Oh and yes, furry friends are welcomed and adored here. 😍

Had to sleep a night in a room with insects. The reception said: "but these insects are harmless" and "these insects are all over the city". I had to go to the reception at 1 AM to get supplies to clean them. The walls are absolutely infested with these insects. Isn't cleanliness the responsibility of the hotel? My little brother got an allergic reaction because of how much dust came off the AC that didn't even cool! After initially posting this the owner of the hotel chain forcibly made me remove these pictures otherwise he wouldn't put us in a different room. Booking gave us only €45 compensation. I demanded to shorten our stay and get the money back for the night we didn't stay. We couldn't get our money back. They were so rude! I paid premium price levels to stay here. There are so many things I could mention but most importantly; AVOID THIS PLACE. Do yourself a favor and please book with known hotel chains. The extra few bucks will save you a nightmare like this.

Beautiful and affordable hotel next to Piazza St. Marco. Room with the balcony has a view to the canal...great. The interior is how I imagine a venezian house/room with big chandelier, gold and dark wooden furniture

Communication with host was very good. They answered all kinds of questions patiently before our trip. The house had enough space for 7 people. The location and inside of the apartment was as same as previously stated. Thank you for everything.

Pay attention to the room you are assigned before you pay!!! The advertising photos are very different from reality. Our room was very old and worn. Staff at the reception not all friendly.

Location OK. Air conditioning is terrible. It was between 28.8 and 29.1 degrees Celsius the whole night.
The price on booking is fake: it is made very expensive, to be able to give a discount while on the other platforms that final price is the normal price.

Wonderful historical structure, good place for comfortable stay in reasonable price, nice location, near water bus station for easy approach to other locations, many opportunities for photography around here, Gendola rides available at very close area, recommend it, must visit during Venice trip.

The strong points to this hotel are it's convenient location to St Marks Square and a waterbus stop, and that the front of house team were friendly.
The rooms in the website do not reflect our experience and the four star rating was very generous to the hotel. The standard room was tiny, bathroom barely had enough room to move in and not even a kettle or coffee in our room. We were looking forward to trying a four star hotel and were disappointed.

Nice place booked with airbnb. In the heart of Venice an apartment for two couples perfect. Clean and well maintained
