Excellent choice if you are staying centrally. Very clean hotel with fresh sheets, daily cleaning and new towels. Room and bathroom wonderfully historic. Beautiful historical hotel with lovely view from breakfast room. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Offered plenty of recommendations for local spots and good restaurants. Hotel is close to everything, yet still very quiet and relaxing space to be in. Still has a luxurious feel. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous low key hotel very close to the Rialto boat drop-off from Marco Polo Airport. Very friendly front desk staff. Elegant rooms with everything a traveller needs.

ATTENTION: BED BUGS.
Would give them less than 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK HERE! They have bed bugs in the walls and the beds and they are denying it. When I noticed them, I took pictures and videos for proof. When I went to the front desk to request a new room or a refund, tired and highly emotional as this is a BIG fear of mine, I showed the man the pictures & he went to the room to inspect. After hardly looking he concluded with me saying I am lying, the pictures are false, and that I can take my bags and leave. I was refused a refund for my 3 night stay where I did not stay for even 1 night. By the time I made it back home, I called to talk to them again about the situation and the man on the phone refused to give me any further contact or his name. I was staying in Room 2 to be specific.

Great location, 4 minute walk to St Mark's square, very quiet, friendly staff with someone on the desk 24hrs, free luggage storage on our check out day, free breakfast includes cereals, fruit salad, meats, cheese, croissants, bread, cakes, gluten and dairy free options, Hot drinks.
Would be nice if the room had more tea choice and small milk sachets with the kettle.

Good location and close to Rialto Bridge. After carrying 2 large bags up 72 stairs with no lift or assistance, we got greated to a stuffy room that wasnt clean. The sheets didnt feel clean and the padded fabric covered walls felt like sleeping in a room of dust mites. Included breakfast was not worth the effort. Stale and cold. Very disappointing 😞

They are supportive, there was an issue on my reservation, he was honest and admitted that the mistake from the hotel side, and he transferred my booking to a close hotel with all the benefits with a nice gift.

Just a small warning, it doesn't have a lift ... however, the staff are lovely, good breakfast, quiet at night, very good location.

Perfect Hotel as was close to the main tourist centre. Close to train station also for when we arrived and leaving.
Underground 3 mins up the street to reach Duomo.
Reception very helpful with directions and all round nice & professional manner .
Hotel was modern and very clean.
Breakfast was fantastic with quality produce.
Breakfast staff were excellent and very happy and professional also, a credit to the hotel.
Room was amazing with a balcony.
Excellent stay with all the staff, facilities and modern clean hotel outstanding.
