Stayed here on my 3rd visit to Venice. While the hotel was beautiful and centrally located, the best part of the stay was the staff! So, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Helped me organise a small surprise for my mum for her birthday and were so kind to my baby girl.
Rooms are small but basically all hotel rooms in Venice are like this! Beautifully decorated and the location is central but not overcrowded or noisy. Lovely breakfast. Family friendly and just fantastic.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Location is central but not right in the middle so gives some space to breath.
Breakfast was a great start to the day!

Nice, cute place. Rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable. I would skip breakfast, not many options and not very appealing for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient location

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect as there were many options to eat nearby, many water taxi stations were also a short walk from the hotel. Overall 10/10!

We had a lovely stay in Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was located on a lovely square and was very convenient for sightseeing. I particularly liked that before we arrived the hotel contacted me to ask whether we wanted our rooms made up as doubles or twins. And they also booked our water taxi to the airport for us before we arrived.

Room was like the pictures! Bed,bedding towels were all in great shape. Wifi was excellent and the water pressure was strong! The breakfast was well worth it and the staff kept it filled up until the last person was done! Annalisa checked us in and was a wealth of info and very helpful to us during our stay....thanks for popping that postcard in the mail! We enjoyed coming back and having wine on the terrace in the evening. Even after we checked out Claudia reached out to ensure our taxi was okay! We loved our stay and that was due to the staff...thank you all so much! Highly reccomend to stay here.. oh the location was awesome too!

Hotel was just fine for a great visit of Venice. The plaza it was in was wonderful at night, and was quiet in the after hours. There were restaurants near by and all the attractions of Venice were easily walkable. The hotel check in was quick and easy, the staff was wonderful, and room was cozy. There was free coffee, hair dryer available, and free water bottles. The walls are thin so noise transfers. I feel the location was perfect and I’d stay here again. I’d recommend. No issues or complaints.
