The hotel is very accessible and very near to the train station. Amenities are ok and so is the breakfast. My only qualm is during the period of our stay from 28-29 Dec 2024, we experienced an electricity breakdown in our room and we had to change room. Next, the shower in the new room had no hot water in the morning due to some issues. For me these are two important issues that happen consecutively for a two night stay, and it’s quite unacceptable for a hotel when the tourist is tired from long travel, so I can’t score it too highly due to this. However, I believe we got a more superior second room and we appreciate it for the size. The first double room which we had was relatively small and had no electric kettle.

Great location. Easy to use water buses throughout Venice. Great breakfast and comfortable room. It was small but had storage and bathroom was adequate. Sometimes had to wait on elevator to move luggage but not too long a delay. Staff helpful and easy to store luggage after checkout until we caught a train in afternoon.

In a city such as Venice space is at a premium but they make the most of everything. We absolutely loved its close proximity to the train station. The room was better than I expected and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Can’t thank them enough for everything & when we are in Venice next time we will definitely stay here!

We recently stayed at Venice Maggiore Consiglio in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, which added to our overall enjoyment of our stay.
The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in Venice.

Great location, the room was nice and large. A/C did not seem to work below 22.5 c, however it was cooler when we were there and there was no real need for it. Water pressure could be better, but nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again. The windows open nice and wide to allow the cool air in. Beds were nice and comfortable.

In my entire stayed in Italy this hotel has the best bed 🙌🏻
We even came back later just to nap because it was so good!
Room was very clean.

No elevator so good luck hauling your suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. No air conditioning, microwave or fridge in the room. Hotel staff can't help with any transportation arrangements. Wi-Fi requires username and password, which won't tell you upon check-in.

Nice view, good breakfast, as it is next to the train station it made it easy to get to as well as leave from. Right next to grand canal and as such mad either easier to go to the many destinations in venice

A good hotel very close to the railway station. A good continental breakfast. The room we stayed in was clean and basic with an electric fan for airconditioning. Be very careful in the bath/shower unit it is very easy to slip after your shower. Staff very friendly. A good value hotel for Venice. Will stay there again on our next visit. No lift in our section of the hotel. If you have walking dificulties check this out before booking.

I'd give it a 0 but the lowest is 1star..ok 1 star for location.
Hotel booking site doesn't tell you it's a walk-up with no lift.
The thin concierge guy appears to be professional but smokes at his desk when he thinks nobody's around.
The more solid concierge chap demands to know if you want to use the WIFI right away (without explaining why he needs to know this - WIFI code access is timed from when it's issued, which is fine but they should tell you the reason for asking) - comes across as doing you a huge favour...too much to ask.
Top floor West facing - EXTREMELY HOT !
AIR CON DOESN'T WORK so they provide a useless fan. You won't be able to sleep from the heat.
No kettle, no fridge no nothing in the room.
Breakfast is disgusting - 1 jam filled stale croissant per person. Coffee is disgusting. Don't know why they bother.
Don't stay here.
