Apartments in Verona

Good clean room, basic but slept well.

We had to rearrange stay dates due to cancelled flights and this hotel were kind enough to accommodate our date change at short notice. Our room was self contained so able to cater for ourselves. Free bicycle hire, which is an easy ride into Verona old town.

Very good short stay in a nice apartment which contained all that we needed. 5 minute stroll to the Arena area was ideal. A special mention should be given to the staff at the nearby Truly office, who were a joy to deal with and were very helpful.

The apartment is large, with two doors, and is very secure. It is right on the edge of the old town, but the parking lot is 35 euros a day and you still have to walk a distance.

Key pick-up was a minor inconvenience, but the room itself was excellent – quiet and spotless!

The apartment was generally clean, but the shower drain was clogged and water was rising. It is close to the city center, so you can walk there, but it is located right next to the road, so you have to wake up to the sound of cars from early in the morning. It is very close to Juliet's home and the Arena Opera House. There are also supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, bus stops, and various coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very clean, the air conditioner is new, the room and bathroom are large, and the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans are very convenient.

What a wonderful apartment in a prime location which allowed us to live like locals, explore Verona & beyond. Mathia was our host and he was exceptional providing help and recommendations on getting around, things to see and places to eat. Grazie Mille.

I have travelled extensively through the world in my long life. I found at the Vicolo di Verona the best service ever encountered. Matthia has been a perfect host, driving us in his car to get to our car, carrying our suitcases, giving advice on the city visit... The facility are brandnew. The decoration is of sure and sober taste. Perfect location to visit the city. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at Il Vicolo. Mathia was a perfect host and helped us with some great suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. The room itself is located in a gorgeous building and has everything one could wish for. We will definitely be going back there next time we are in Verona. 10/10

Of the 100s of Airbnbs/hotels I've stayed in Il Vicolo is by far my absolute favorite! Asides from being located in the spectacular city of Verona, the host Mathia goes to the utmost extreme to ensure his guests are well taken care of...the quintessential gentleman. I've stayed here more than once and I highly recommend you stay here!

We really liked everything! Modern comfortable apartments in an incredibly convenient location - 5 minutes from the Arena! Cleaning every day, shampoos refilled, towels changed if you put them on the floor. There is a kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and 2 small bottles of water are provided daily. Really enjoyed our stay in Verona at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Booking direct on their website secures the best price and other benefits such as early check-in when available. Great choice for the historic centre of the city.

Location is perfect for walking anywhere and in a quiet side street. The rooms are really nice but you can hear literally everything outside your room. It's very loud. That's my only complaint

We booked via booking.com and as we arrived everything was exactly like described and shown on the photos. It's been very easy for us to enjoy and relax our vacation. The apartments offer everything you need, are clean and comfy. The garden is very nicely decorated and there is outdoor toys for children. We contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and they have been very responsive. Looking forward...

The apartment was within a lovely house set in a quiet residential area. The owner and his daughters were very kind and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. We spent several weeks there, the whole family, and it was fantastic! The place has the personal touch of the owner family. Downtown is not far, and can be easily reached by bus, bike or even by foot. Good pizza, small restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Excellent place to stay!
