This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Everything was excellent. We were two people. The room was very decent, the breakfast was quite good, and the area was perfect for exploring everything. 50 meters from the L026 bus station to Lake Garda. If we return, we would stay at this hotel again. Another important thing is that they have luggage storage.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

wonderful. the entry to the hotel is just astonishing. the gardens are very well maintained and super impressive. the rooms are abit outdated, and not alligned with the overall luxury experience of the property, but clean and comfortable. the best part of the hotel, is the outdoor pool, which is just magnificent. loved the drinks and cocktail selection.

This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. The breakfast is decent but it could be improved, not included in the room charge, the service is impecable.

Very sweet hotel. Every room has a balcony of course. A short walk to every sight to be seen. Our friends on the other side of the hotel could hear the concert at the arena but we were not disturbed on our side. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioning seemed to work better than in our previous hotels which were grander but older.

This hotel is in an outstanding location to visit the city. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast served is ample and lots of choice. It is located right next to the Piazza Bra where really nice restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The staff (without exception) were lovely. I really couldn't find any fault with our visit. Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.

The hotel is quite basic. It’s ok if you only want to spend the night there. The interior is a bit old fashioned and already a bit used. Also the breakfast is nothing fancy but basic 3 star breakfast. You need to walk around 20 minutes from there to reach the old city center - the area around the hotel is not really nice

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was super walkable to the train Station. Amazingly, it was very quiet as well. I did not hear any train noises while sleeping at all. The room felt very new and was very spacious. The staff went above and beyond to respect you and make you happy. This hotel deserves 5-stars for all categories.

A hotel in perfect location for the main Verona tran Station, approx. 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Clean rooms with high ceiling. Facilities are in good standards, our only concern was the heating system, as the room we stayed in was too hot for comfort and could not control the heating, so opening the windows meant hearing noise from the outside and near-by trains traffic!

Great wee independent hotel about 10 mins walk from the Arena di Verona. Staff were excellent. Clean, modern rooms, good wifi and Alexa on hand. Would thoroughly recommend. Only minor gripe was the slightly loud a/c which we asked to get switched off at night so we could sleep, but an early call to reception and it was back on with no issues. The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly .. or not at all - one star off for poor wifi...

Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.
