Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.

The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.

Checked out before 12am, don't know why, around 10:30am, the hotel cleaner opened the door 3 times without knocking🙄 The flowers downstairs of the hotel are beautiful, you can see the flowers while having breakfast💐

Everything is fine. Adigeo is nearby. Breakfasts leave much to be desired.

Nice , comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Very kind staff. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

The breakfast is good, 5 km to the old town. The room is of suitable size, clean and international brand, trustworthy!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming.

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

The room should have been updated, so it feels good. The bedding was a bit old. Everything else is pretty good. The air conditioning is cold enough. The breakfast area is not very big, if you have a group meal. It felt a bit crowded.

I stayed here while transiting in Verona. The hotel has a good environment, is very clean, and has a good location, with the train station right next to it. Overall, the stay experience is very good, recommended!

Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.

Really great hotel. Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places).

Had a great stay. 10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer.

The hotel in Verona was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with modern amenities. Approximately 20-30min walk to Verona city Center where one can visit the coliseum and the Shakespeare balcony. Hotel is great and clean.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

The room was very decent, the breakfast was quite good, and the area was perfect for exploring everything. 50 meters from the L026 bus station to Lake Garda. The hotel is pretty good! The waiters are very enthusiastic! I stayed for three days. One day, the hotel waiter forgot to clean the room. The hotel offered to waive the breakfast fee for the next day. As a result, when I checked out, I found that the breakfast fee for three days was waived!

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, quiet, with few restaurants around, a small grocery store downstairs, not far from the city center, a 10-minute walk away, and most restaurants are within the city walls. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

Good hotel near the historical center. Please note: the reception is in another building, further down the street, where breakfast is served, which is not very convenient. The breakfast is decent. The room has a comfortable bed, everything you need, but the shower is tiny and cramped. I recommend it!

I really like this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The Arena and Castelvecchio are 5 min walking distance. The breakfast is in another bulding but it was not a problem for us. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back :)

The accomodation was extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was central to Arena Di Verona. The only very minor criticism is the bed edge was difficult to get in and out of bed with and there were a couple of shin kicks (haha). And maybe a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard would be nice. Overall it was pretty good

I think that they have a very good location however, the parking is not in the property. You have to use a city parking and you cannot go in and out. You have to check in in a different hotel and they don’t let you go in until after 2 PM, it is somewhat cumbersome And they don’t have any dark drapes in the curtains so you have a lot of light coming into the rooms and the TV doesn’t work.

Our experience was great. The room was cute and restaurant phenomenal. I just spent a week in this hotel. It was an excellent experience. The place is spotless. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and nicely furnished.
