Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.

Really great hotel. Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places).

Had a great stay. 10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer.

The breakfast is amazing, but the fact that they don’t let you change the temperature for the air conditioning was a huge down for me. If you’re going during the summer, I’d suggest choosing a different hotel. It was too hot and they simply won’t change the temperature, even after talking to the staff several times.

Room space was not designed efficiently. Better to remove furniture under the TV and mount TV on the wall. Its difficult to cross the bed. I don't like to use clothes rather than towels. The windows are not sound-proof, so expect some noise by singing night owls. But since it is not right in front of the arena, the noise seems to be quite limited. Nice hotel with a very comfortable room and helpful staff. Without shuttle to the old town we were dependent on taxi, which costs around 12 euros one way. There is a bus station near by we never gave it a try.

Great night stay during trip through Verona. Staff was welcoming and polite to wife and I and very accommodating traveling with dog. Great food at restaurant for evening meal. Arrived late and it was nice to eat in and not go out in rain. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

Great hotel just a short walk from the train station. Amenities are great but the room abnormally large for Europe.. a real delight! Easy walk to many excellent restaurants and the sights of Cittadella and Citta Antica in Verona.

Very comfortable hotel, kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast is ok. I liked the location, just 7 minutes walk from Milan Cntral Train station. That is some station. I recommend going to the market, ground floor on left as you look at the station front, for lunch. It's street food, but very good street food. I had arancini, and semifreddo to die for.

Great hotel that is in a great location. A short walk from the train station and a short walk into the historical section of beautiful Verona. We paid for the breakfast when booking and it was well worth it. Verona quickly became our favorite city out of the 10 we visited recenty. We will return.

Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.

Very convenient location for overnight stay and access to the centre. Worked just fine. Very nice and attentive staff. Rooms clean though slightly outdated. No problem. Only issue in my eyes are the iron bed-side tables.

Our van broke down in Verona and was booked into the hotel, the staff were brilliant willing to help us at every turn.

The hotel is quite basic. It’s ok if you only want to spend the night there. The interior is a bit old fashioned and already a bit used. Also the breakfast is nothing fancy but basic 3 star breakfast. You need to walk around 20 minutes from there to reach the old city center - the area around the hotel is not really nice

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was super walkable to the train Station. Amazingly, it was very quiet as well. I did not hear any train noises while sleeping at all. The room felt very new and was very spacious. The staff went above and beyond to respect you and make you happy. This hotel deserves 5-stars for all categories.

A hotel in perfect location for the main Verona tran Station, approx. 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Clean rooms with high ceiling. Facilities are in good standards, our only concern was the heating system, as the room we stayed in was too hot for comfort and could not control the heating, so opening the windows meant hearing noise from the outside and near-by trains traffic!

Perfect location for travellers, as it's 2 minutes from the platform. Rooms are a good size, quite comfortable. Airconditioning was set on a minimum of 25 degrees, and I should have asked reception to change it.

We where stranded here as we missed our last train and Chance to get a Reservation for the night train. The Personal is very very very friendly and the room we got was nice and Clean.
