This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

First of all, I liked this hotel in general. I will write a few problems in a moment. The most important advantage of the hotel is that it has both open and private indoor parking. The hotel is not in the city center. But there are bus stops near the hotel. You can easily reach the city center by bus. The ticket is 1.5€ per person. There is no free water in the rooms. The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

Everything was excellent. We were two people. The room should have been updated, so it feels good. The bedding was a bit old. Everything else is pretty good. The air conditioning is cold enough. The breakfast area is not very big, if you have a group meal. It felt a bit crowded.

This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was super walkable to the train Station. Amazingly, it was very quiet as well. I did not hear any train noises while sleeping at all. A hotel in perfect location for the main Verona tran Station, approx. 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Clean rooms with high ceiling. Facilities are in good standards, our only concern was the heating system, as the room we stayed in was too hot for comfort and could not control the heating, so opening the windows meant hearing noise from the outside and near-by trains traffic!

The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly .. or not at all - one star off for poor wifi...

Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.

Rooms are of good standard and very clean, although bathrooms look a little dated perhaps. Good quality buffet style breakfast too, plenty of choice, although the breakfast room is rather small for a large hotel.

If you are staying in Verona, san pietro hotel is one of the best places to stay, reception is very helpful and nice ppl, rooms are super clean and comfortable, there’s a free minibus that takes you to the center every hour within couple of minutes. Breakfast was very tasty and u have a big variety. See you soon again.

It's a good cost to benefit ratio. Hotel is modern and very clean. Staff is great. Rooms are good. Bathrooms good. However, the bed and pillows are a bit harsh and not comfortable. But it will not beake your back...nice place for one or two days for a good price. Would say it's more to a very good 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel...

Decent hotel. Big rooms. Nice for short stay. Good thing there is private parking in front of the hotel. Recommending to put complimentary water inside the rooms. Location is near to city centre with the car. If you are planing to walk it will take time.

The staff here is amazing!!!!! Not only were we provided a wonderful, accommodating room, but the staff went out of their way to answer questions, call taxis, print out tickets for us…in every way they showed us wonderful hospitality. They took pride in their hotel from the expansive delicious breakfast to the immaculately clean rooms. Location is great and if I ever get to Verona again, I will not...

Located quite near a church. Sufficent facilities. Beautifully designed room. Parking is easy.

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, staff were so helpful and attentive. We could not find transportation to the Ferrari museum in Modena, about an hour away. The staff found us a car and driver to take us in just a few minutes. Gorgeous setting.

Let gem in the middle of Verona, walking distance to all major attractions, including the arena. Comfortable rooms, clean and light. History and decor of hotel is amazing. Extremely friendly staff, always happy to help. Highly recommended

This is a 19th century gem with quite spacious triple room, old hotel charm and outstanding, superior service. 1 minute walk from the Arena and old city center. Amazing full breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Bravo!

Everything was like new, reception, bedroom, bathroom and breakfast room. Talking about breakfast, there’s a good variety, the service and the coffee was at any good restaurant level. If you’re travelling by train, it’s perfect, only 7 minutes walk from the station. I highly recommend.

While the city center is a bit far to walk to(20min), the hotel offers convenient free parking nearby, which made getting around...

The customer service from every single staff we had interaction with is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 10 Euro for buffet breakfast was our favorite. Fresh fruit, pastries and hot food, yum yum. It’s also only a short walk to the hotel and downtown Verona, we will be back soon!
