Verona, Via Carlo Belviglieri 42 🧭 Map
excellent hotel with well-kept interiors and very clean, very spacious corridors to get to the room, very clean room and bathroom, in a fairly quiet neighborhood,
Structure just outside Verona, convenient if you have transport. St As mdard average, excellent breakfast
Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.
Good, a little far from the train stations and city center, but there are buses nearby.
The hotel I booked temporarily on a business trip was generally okay, after all, the price was cheap.

The staff at the reception are not kind, they don't even apologies for their mistake. No welcome sign on their face. But staff in the breakfast who ask room number is friendly and also the staff in fitness room is friendly
another great stay at this hotel everything very good this time a big groups also booked this hotel, hence needed to wait for sometime said elevators, breakfast would definite book the same hotel when retutn to verona later 😊
The location is close to the train station, the service attitude is good, and the outdoor and lobby views are excellent, but the room facilities are outdated.
Very nice hotel! 10 mins walk to train station and 15 mins walk to the centre of verona. Employees are very nice too, recommended!
The hotel is old but well maintained. It is close to the train station and less than 2km from the tourist spots. The room was big and bed comfortable. Breakfast spread was good. Staff were welcoming.

Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.
The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.
Checked out before 12am, don't know why, around 10:30am, the hotel cleaner opened the door 3 times without knocking🙄 The flowers downstairs of the hotel are beautiful, you can see the flowers while having breakfast💐
Everything is fine. Adigeo is nearby. Breakfasts leave much to be desired.
Nice , comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Very kind staff. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor
The breakfast is good, 5 km to the old town. The room is of suitable size, clean and international brand, trustworthy!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.
The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help. Our plane was cancelled...
However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming.
This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop
Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also...
Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

I would like to point out that we stayed in this hotel taking advantage of a special offer and we paid little compared to the average, the overnight stay was good and the room was nice, unfortunately the negative thing was the lack of shower gel in the shower and the fact that when we called the reception to ask for it no one answered, also negative was the breakfast in the room which at the cost of...
After an exhausting day of work I stayed in this hotel about 5 minutes from the Verona Est motorway exit. Recently renovated environment with comfortable rooms, large common areas and a good offer of restaurant and bar with average prices.
Stayed five nights(EXCLUDING A DRAINAGE ISSUE THAT MADE THE ROOM SMELL A BIT UNPLEASANT ON THE LAST DAY) i must say i had no other issues here. The breakfast was good and a wide selection, the bar is well stocked for people of all drinking association. The room was kept clean an fresh daily and they have have an in room fridge stocked with a few bits in case you need a drink(at a cost). The location...
The rooms were cozy & comfortable. Air conditioning. The staff was friendly, smiling, very helpful, & spoke English. The breakfast was more a break-lunch-dinner all in one. Unbelievable! Thank you from the Canadian Bears Aug 2018.
Excellent, small hotel. Nice rooms, big beds, delicious Breakfast. Really liked it!
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English, which was very helpful for us. The restaurant's dinner service was just okay. The room was really pretty, but the bathroom smelled strongly of urine.

This is a hotel that has everything tourists like me need. But if you want a memorable European hotel stay this might not be the one. If convenience is your top priority stay here.
Great hotel, very spacious, modern and clean. the reception is very helpful and very nice. If you go to Verona, you must absolutely stay there !
Great hotel just a short walk from the train station. Amenities are great but the room abnormally large for Europe.. a real delight! Easy walk to many excellent restaurants and the sights of Cittadella and Citta Antica in Verona.
Hotel Firenze in Verona is excellently located within an easy walk of the Porta Nuova train station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were well appointed and a good size, the breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold options, and the coffee machine provided a variety of choices. The hotel was suitably located near the historic sites and shops as well. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

Very comfortable hotel, kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast is ok. I liked the location, just 7 minutes walk from Milan Cntral Train station. That is some station. I recommend going to the market, ground floor on left as you look at the station front, for lunch. It's street food, but very good street food. I had arancini, and semifreddo to die for.

The location and check in experience were really smooth. I really recommend if you prefer to stay in in the heart of verona with in walking distance to reach every where.
My wife was on a business trip and needed a quiet place to work on her computer. The hotel had numerous rooms fully set up for quiet work, and for small and large gatherings as well. All in the fantastic heart of beautiful Verona, steps away from all the major tourist spots. We are already looking forward to our return here next year!
A perfect hotel. The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia. The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares...
Hotel: Clean Location: Easy to walk to everywhere Staff: caring and kind Parking: There are cooperative parking spaces nearby Note: Located in the ztl area, please be careful when driving
At this hotel, you are only 5 minutes walk from everything you need to see. The reception is welcoming, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was what you need. Easier to get to from the railway station and then you are right in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel.

The room should have been updated, so it feels good. The bedding was a bit old. Everything else is pretty good. The air conditioning is cold enough. The breakfast area is not very big, if you have a group meal. It felt a bit crowded.
I stayed here while transiting in Verona. The hotel has a good environment, is very clean, and has a good location, with the train station right next to it. Overall, the stay experience is very good, recommended!
Nice hotel with modern rooms. Parking is excellent. Close to arena Verona.
Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.
Really great hotel. Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places).
Had a great stay. 10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer.

It’s not in the city centre but in the exhibition centre area. No worries getting to the Arena is easy and fast by car. Rooms are ok could do with a refurbishing but the showers are brand new. Good choice breakfast. Beware of the coach loads of pensioners hoarding the buffet at 7AM 😎
It’s a really good hotel, especially if you’re coming there with your own car, but located quite far away from city centre (about 2-2,5km). There’s a boat that’s going each 12 min to the city, so quite easy to get there
Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. The breakfast is decent but it could be improved, not included in the room charge, the service is impecable.
Good price. A bus ride from the city centre, with the bus stop very near. Pleasant and helpful service at the check-in desk.

First of all, I liked this hotel in general. I will write a few problems in a moment. The most important advantage of the hotel is that it has both open and private indoor parking. The hotel in Verona was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions but in a quiet area. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. A great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.
Approximately 20-30min walk to Verona city Center where one can visit the coliseum and the Shakespeare balcony. Hotel is great and clean.
We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was booked directy over thair site because that is the only way to choose a room you would like. The rooms were nice, clean and recently renovated so very modern. Breakfast was also amazing and the variety of food was big, the staff was really nice and the bar works 24/7. Hotel Palace Verona is a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the city. Highly recommended – would happily stay again!
Overall the stay was pleasant, we were there for one night. The breakfast however was disappointing, as there wasn’t much to choose from. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The room was very big, clean, but the isolation was not the best (we could hear the cars on the street). The location is good, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. Also they have underground free parking. The breakfast was very good and the personnel very nice.
I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Looks nice, however we were a group of 50 people taking breakfast at 7am (when it opens), they are not prepared for so many people at the same time. They were not able to replace food, if you were the unlucky one to come to breakfast at 7:30am some things would be already out without being replaced (pancakes and croissants for example), in the first two mornings...
Lovely hotel, just a little bit out of the main part of Verona but plenty of ways to get into the centre inexpensivly. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, staff were so helpful and attentive. We could not find transportation to the Ferrari museum in Modena, about an hour away. The staff found us a car and driver to take us in just a few minutes. Gorgeous setting.
A very central hotel with a very cost effective value Victor from the front desk made our life easier and our vacation much way joyful
Amazing location - about perfect Service is outstanding and a real charm But: mosquitos are an issue; rooms are dark; no gym; no plunge pool; no proper duvet; and breakfast is just ok Felt a bit stuck there
Hotel is great but wifi is garbage, does not work half of the time and the other half it's the slowest I have used since the year 2003

Overall the hotel was ok for the price but it's not definitely a 4star or even a great 3star hotel. Room: The room was ok but wasn't eye catching. Internet: The internet was good, and there wasn't any coverage issue. Breakfast...
Hotel was just “ok” and nothing above that. Disappointing breakfast, limited variety and small portions that would finish quickly and does not get refilled unless you remind the staff. Like first there is no bowl for your corn flakes, you ask for one, then they run out of milk, and when you get the milk, there is no spoon for it!
It's amazing how such a nice place can be found in a mostly industrialized location. Very nice, clean and modern rooms, nice and helpful service, cool roof terrace.
