Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.

Good, a little far from the train stations and city center, but there are buses nearby.

The hotel I booked temporarily on a business trip was generally okay, after all, the price was cheap.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming.

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Very comfortable hotel, kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast is ok. I liked the location, just 7 minutes walk from Milan Cntral Train station. That is some station. I recommend going to the market, ground floor on left as you look at the station front, for lunch. It's street food, but very good street food. I had arancini, and semifreddo to die for.

My wife was on a business trip and needed a quiet place to work on her computer. The hotel had numerous rooms fully set up for quiet work, and for small and large gatherings as well. At this hotel, you are only 5 minutes walk from everything you need to see. The reception is welcoming, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was what you need. Easier to get to from the railway station and then you are right in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, the room facilities are complete, beautiful and big. The service attitude is good.

The room should have been updated, so it feels good. The bedding was a bit old. Everything else is pretty good. The air conditioning is cold enough. The breakfast area is not very big, if you have a group meal. It felt a bit crowded.

Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.

Really great hotel. Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places).

It’s a really good hotel, especially if you’re coming there with your own car, but located quite far away from city centre (about 2-2,5km). There’s a boat that’s going each 12 min to the city, so quite easy to get there

This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. The breakfast is decent but it could be improved, not included in the room charge, the service is impecable.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Looks nice, however we were a group of 50 people taking breakfast at 7am (when it opens), they are not prepared for so many people at the same time. Lovely hotel, just a little bit out of the main part of Verona but plenty of ways to get into the centre inexpensivly. Rooms are of good standard and very clean, although bathrooms look a little dated perhaps. Good quality buffet style breakfast too, plenty of choice, although the breakfast room is rather small for a large hotel.

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, staff were so helpful and attentive. We could not find transportation to the Ferrari museum in Modena, about an hour away. The staff found us a car and driver to take us in just a few minutes. Gorgeous setting.

Hotel was just “ok” and nothing above that. Disappointing breakfast, limited variety and small portions that would finish quickly and does not get refilled unless you remind the staff. Like first there is no bowl for your corn flakes, you ask for one, then they run out of milk, and when you get the milk, there is no spoon for it!

Nice romantic getaway My wife and I stayed here one night. It was lovely. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was had a romantic, comfortable feel. Very spacious apartment located in the historic centre of Verona (right next to the Porta Borsari gate). Nicely decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is served in a caffe downstairs (which also includes a nice deli if one is not in the mood for eating out).

Magnificent place, clean room complete with all services. Hearty sweet breakfast, there is also a kitchen with all the equipment to prepare your own meals. Quiet place and a few minutes drive from the center, internal parking included.

This is our 4th stay at Palazzo Negri and have moved it each time. The owner, Luisa, and her staff are so helpful and accommodating each visit. The location is just plain outstanding. Easy walk to all popular spots, eating, shopping and watching tourist.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the room we stayed in too. Though they have no elevator, the staff is nice enough to help you with your luggage. We loved Verona and we are happy to choose the Palazzo as our place to stay.

We booked a family room, which was not in the hotel building. We had to check in and then walk about 6 minutes to another building. This family room was on the 2nd floor of another building, 7 or 8 minutes away from the Colosseum, which was convenient for watching opera.
