The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was great! The staff at check-in spoke English very well and so did the bartender, James. I stayed awhile at the bar with my husband to grab a drink to share and James was so very helpful and efficient with our services. We saw him the next day as well and he got us an ice bucket and ice to serve us outside on the lovely patio. He was excellent

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop

I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

This is a very good option for tourists seeking an affordable accommodation with good public transportation connections to Verona’s old city center. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds moving can be a bit noisy even from neighboring rooms. The breakfast is decent but it could be improved, not included in the room charge, the service is impecable.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

Great hotel that is in a great location. A short walk from the train station and a short walk into the historical section of beautiful Verona. We paid for the breakfast when booking and it was well worth it. Verona quickly became our favorite city out of the 10 we visited recenty. We will return.

Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.

Academia Verona is incredible! The parking is convenient, the food is fantastic, and the location is perfect! It's all in one place; what more could you ask for? For the time that I was in the hotel a super nice hotel. Clean and nice rooms (with a bath). Super classic hotel really romantic vibes. The only thing was that I smell a cigarette smell in the shower. Don’t know where it came from but smelled it. And love the painting in the wall in my room (256).

The room should have been updated, so it feels good. The bedding was a bit old. Everything else is pretty good. The air conditioning is cold enough. The breakfast area is not very big, if you have a group meal. It felt a bit crowded.

I stayed here while transiting in Verona. The hotel has a good environment, is very clean, and has a good location, with the train station right next to it. Overall, the stay experience is very good, recommended!

Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Looks nice, however we were a group of 50 people taking breakfast at 7am (when it opens), they are not prepared for so many people at the same time. Lovely hotel, just a little bit out of the main part of Verona but plenty of ways to get into the centre inexpensivly. Rooms are of good standard and very clean, although bathrooms look a little dated perhaps. Good quality buffet style breakfast too, plenty of choice, although the breakfast room is rather small for a large hotel.

If you are staying in Verona, san pietro hotel is one of the best places to stay, reception is very helpful and nice ppl, rooms are super clean and comfortable, there’s a free minibus that takes you to the center every hour within couple of minutes. Breakfast was very tasty and u have a big variety. See you soon again.

It's a good cost to benefit ratio. Hotel is modern and very clean. Staff is great. Rooms are good. Bathrooms good. However, the bed and pillows are a bit harsh and not comfortable. But it will not beake your back...nice place for one or two days for a good price. Would say it's more to a very good 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel...

Not only were we provided a wonderful, accommodating room, but the staff went out of their way to answer questions, call taxis, print out tickets for us…in every way they showed us wonderful hospitality. Hotel was just “ok” and nothing above that. Disappointing breakfast, limited variety and small portions that would finish quickly and does not get refilled unless you remind the staff. Like first there is no bowl for your corn flakes, you ask for one, then they run out of milk, and when you get the milk, there is no spoon for it!

We love staying here and have done so every time we are in Verona (after a not so good experience at another hotel where the fragrance of tobacco wafted towards us as we entered the room). It is a bit of a splurge for us, but the location cannot be beat and the rooms are wonderfully appointed. Service has always been excellent.
