Convenient location - 15 minutes to the exhibition centre-left and 15 minutes to Arena on the right. The Breakfast was! Clean room, linens. Now in Verona will only stay in it

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre. Felt very safe walking there and back at night. 10 minute walk from train station. On arrival, hotel looks very opulent and reception was grand

Wonderful hotel! Interior design to die for. Staff were lovely. Rooms comfy. Lovely breakfast - every taste catered for. We really enjoyed our stay. 20 min walk into central Verona (slowly!). Highly recommend!

A little old-fashioned. 15 minutes from the city centre. A cold bath in December. But this disadvantage was in all three hotels we stayed in on this trip. Could not cope with the heat in the room. My wife was cold.

Classic but nice hotel 20m from the city center. Staff were nice and attentive. Quiet area to work and good WiFi. Noticeable smoke smell in the room in a non smoking floor. Overall good experience.

Breakfast is EXCELLENT with fresh apple and lemon pies and many many more. While you can walk to the historic center after the first day it gets tiring. There is a free shuttle however

Hotel is a strange location but parking very easy and large quiet rooms that are very well equipped. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Easy access to the Arena and plaza.

Beautiful place, very clean, great breakfast. Watch your bill. Check out was awkward as they tried to charge us more than the rate. They finally agreed to the amount we were originally given.

I only wished that the shuttle could also make a stop near Porta nuova so that the guests could have more easy access to the railway station and the shuttle to the airport

Awesome place for the price! Lovely rooms! City centre (including Arena) is just few walking minutes away.

The room and bathroom are wide, the bathroom also has a jacuzzi !? The hotel in quit close to the center If your traveling with a car you can park it in their underground parking (18€ per day) It's hard to find a parking around the hotel so I recommend that you park in their garage Great choice, will stay here again

10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer

Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places)

We have just had two nights at the giberti hotel which was satisfying. The hotel is clean and modern not old as compared to others in Italy ??. The staff are very friendly and always there to help

Reception ladies are always there to help. After returning from a concert in the Arena, we were surprised by a gift in the room. It is really worth staying at this place if you spend several days in beautiful Verona

The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet

We had beautifully maintained & clean vintage rooms to a courtyard (no views), the historic details in the rooms were great and appreciated. The bathroom was great in the space available

Overall a bit disappointing, after reading all the excellent reviews, but may be this is Verona. Again the rooms we had are great, by having such rich character and spirit

Each main dish was 40 EUR, which was far too high for nothing special and with missing creativity. At the breakfast buffet, the hotel were letting its guest down

A nice cozy hotel. The rooms are a little bit older but still clean and nice. For the spontaneous drink in the evening you can find a bar right next to the lobby.

The windows are not sound-proof, so expect some noise by singing night owls. But since it is not right in front of the arena, the noise seems to be quite limited

If you are a non-smoker, you might want to keep the windows closed as well as most rooms will have the window towards the patio which is frequented by smokers. Apart from that very lovely place to stay at

Location location and cleanliness. Rooms are smaller than usual Italian hotels. The rooms are maintained very well and housekeeping is done everyday

Breakfast is good though very simple with choice of cereals, boiled eggs and some pasteries

The interior Looks a bit outdated but everything was quite well maintained. Very strong shower pressure which is a plus. The room was warm but too dry for the evening. Also the pillow was too soft for me

We had breakfast right next door at a cafe which was superb and a lot cheaper. Not much information regarding parking and they charge €27 for on site parking… that’s a bit weirdly overpriced

The location is close to the city center so you can easily walk to the area where most interesting things are located. A couple of things that could have been better was that the Wi-Fi was a bit bad

Take more than two nights and enjoy perfect hotel location next to city wall and old town. Staff friendly, helpful and on-hand. Breakfast fresh and you can combinate.

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Good variety of things(fresh juices, all kinds of little pastries etc) and they would make anything you ask for as well

The elevators are small which we didn't find an annoyance but a funny thing- that's just how the houses are built there so they try to fit everything into them, all part of the experience :-) I guess the only thing that people who are not too well on foot would not like is the parking situation- the car parks are kinda in the outskirts of town and a little to walk (no problem for us thought - and don...

Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, an old hotel, a small boutique mansion, Romeo and Juliet style rooms. Palazzo Victoria is an experience every step of the way from the minute you checkin to the second you leave

Good location in centre of Verona, with few parkings available against charge (15€ per day, in secured parking). But need to be booked up front. Luckily we had a spot available. Rooms are comfortable and clean

The most charming hotel -it is an old Palazzo -located 5 mins walk from city center - a car park 5 mins walk . Staff very nice . Breakfast is perfectly fine -everything is just lovely . You do feel you are in verona !

A great hotel for a couple of nights. 5-10 minute walk from the train/bus station and the same to the centre of Verona. Very friendly and helpful staff provide maps and advice

Rooms are basic, but clean and have excellent air conditioning. Several good snack bars and restaurants close by if you want to avoid the centre of Verona at busy times

Wonderful location, the room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating outside in the ‘secret garden’. The owner was very friendly/helpful. She gave us many tips on where to eat in the city.

Close to the centre of Verona with out being to close. 10/15 minutes walk from the train station. In my view very good place to stay. I would/will return to the Hotel Siena.

Very cool staff. Garage underground. 10 minutes walk to historical center. Bathroom clean but not very modern (shower curtain and not glass or bath). Not expensive.

The location was brilliant, closed to the train station and to the main places to visit. Room was good, air con. Breakfast was nice as well. Staff were so friendly. Stayed there 2 nights and highly recommended

(If people want a huge shower spend more money and stay somewhere else. ) I didnt find the location any noisier than any other big city hotel either, what do expect when you are right downtown

Location was 5 min walk to Arena. I have zero complaints unlike other people. Breakfast was simple but completely adequate to start your day. Room was clean Bathroom was clean Shower was fine

Academia Verona is incredible! The parking is convenient, the food is fantastic, and the location is perfect! It's all in one place; what more could you ask for? Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that left us amazed

Hotel Gabbia d'oro is located right in the historical centre of Verona. Textured walls, wooden beams, gold frame, crystal chandelier, candles, glasses, soft fabrics, antique furniture

An excellent choice when in Verona, this hotel is central for wonderful cafés and chic boutiques. Staff are attentive and friendly, the ambience, astonishingly peaceful and restive

The orangery and courtyard , the perfect place for a last drink before retiring to bed, and during the day, bird song is provided by Romeo and Juliet, mascots of the hotel. A truly charming place, highly recommend

The parrots (yes, they became my best friends during our short holiday) and top notch breakfast are a plus. If you are staying in Verona and want to make your holiday unforgettable, this must be your choice

Couldn't do better than this boutique hotel right off the main piazza. Key sights and shops walking distance away. Uniquely decorated. Great staff. Hard to resist the more extravagant breakfast options.

Great hotel, Elizabeth at check in was lovely. We were lucky to be upgraded to a king as it was our 10th anniversary. Very close to the centre of the city.

This was a jewel on our trip Verona-Venezia. Excellent place for the price. Great for more than one day.

Fantastic accommodation, cheap and well-placed. The bikes could do with a bit of maintenance, to be honest - but since it's free hire, you can't go wrong!

We had to rearrange stay dates due to cancelled flights and this hotel were kind enough to accommodate our date change at short notice. Our room was self contained so able to cater for ourselves

If your looking for a hotel with a great location this might work for you. However, we did not stay at the actual hotel but the apartments complex near by. If you like a motel 6 vibe… you are in the right place

You need to walk around 20 minutes from there to reach the old city center - the area around the hotel is not really nice

We had a great experience here. If you can get a room on the 4th floor, ours had a lovely skylight and vaulted cieling. The location it a short walk to the historic district with a few good restaurants nearby
