Seeing the city from above, surrounded by a refined atmosphere... it's priceless!

The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet

We had beautifully maintained & clean vintage rooms to a courtyard (no views), the historic details in the rooms were great and appreciated. The bathroom was great in the space available

Overall a bit disappointing, after reading all the excellent reviews, but may be this is Verona. Again the rooms we had are great, by having such rich character and spirit

Each main dish was 40 EUR, which was far too high for nothing special and with missing creativity. At the breakfast buffet, the hotel were letting its guest down

We had dinner at the roof top restaurant, which was extremely overpriced! The food was tasteful, well presented and the service was friendly, but a bit arrogant

Wonderful hotel! Interior design to die for. Staff were lovely. Rooms comfy. Lovely breakfast - every taste catered for. We really enjoyed our stay. 20 min walk into central Verona (slowly!). Highly recommend!

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre. Felt very safe walking there and back at night. 10 minute walk from train station. On arrival, hotel looks very opulent and reception was grand

The second day, on return from being out for the day and the bathroom having been cleaned I noticed the hinge on the lid of the toilet seat was broken and the tap behind the toilet seat had been turned off so no cold water to the sink

Booked this hotel for a good price in advance. Meets all expectations though the hotel itself is quite old but still good value for money. Best to book with breakfast included as it has a great selection

As it was late I felt rushed to order dessert before the kitchen closed. no menu was offered to choose from. a dessert was suggested which was not very nice and was very expensive for what it was

I managed to solve the problem! No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No major issues just shabby for the price of the room! However, the food at breakfast and the staff were fantastic

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside

Very trendy and welcoming hotel located only steps from many of the main attractions and amenities in Verona. Great value for the room and all the little extras that are included with your stay

Good hotel in excellent location. Staff efficient and friendly. Rooms very clean. Bathroom in particular looks new compared to rest of room. Breakfast good and wholesome. Would definitely use again.

The location is excellent and the room was tidy and clean. The bathroom smelled a bit bad after few nights, but otherwise nothing to complain. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Friendly staff who could recommend the best restaurants! Also very fluent french. Basic breakfast, the typical offer you can expect.

If your looking for a hotel with a great location this might work for you. However, we did not stay at the actual hotel but the apartments complex near by. If you like a motel 6 vibe… you are in the right place

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat

Fantastic place. Welcome drinks were excellent surprise. Really happy with the gym. Perfect location if you are going to the opera or just looking to explore Verona.

Great spot that's close to everything you want to sightsee. Hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. We enjoyed the included continental breakfast.

The bathrooms were perfect, there was a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, etc. The service was espectacular, very thoughtful

Had I known what I know at this time, I would have slept elsewhere - where noise and heat weren’t factors. Look for a room elsewhere if traveling in the spring or fall

Definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are typically Italian with exposed beams. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower. The breakfast was also excellent 👌 I couldn't fault anything and would return!

English was a bit difficult, however, breakfast is breakfast. Double cappaccinos were a wonderful wake up. Scrambled eggs were created French style, smooth and creamy. bacon was local and delicious

Clean hotel near to the city center Parking available by reservation and it costs 25€ per day.

We asked if we could get a different room and were told that none was available but while we were away for dinner, they used a machine to clean up the smell

This is a nice budget hotel within walking distance from the Verona train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. It is 20 minutes walk to the center of town.

Booking was really easy (hotel website and direct email exchange)! The hotel is close to the train station and/or bus to the airport, but walking to the city center is no problem either

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Only 100 yards from Piazza Bra and it's many cafés and restaurants mean you are right in the heart of this compact and vibrant city

Very central Verona hotel, close to Piazza Bra. Easy walking to shops restaurants everything a tourist might require

We came for a week to see the opera in the arena. Every day our room was cleaned very thoroughly and supplied with fresh towels (which are the softest I have ever used). The staff are friendly and welcoming

Classical and beautiful hotel, breakfast was a ltl simple and the flat a ltl narrow but fantastic service. We were really happy staying there :)

The location is close to the city center so you can easily walk to the area where most interesting things are located. A couple of things that could have been better was that the Wi-Fi was a bit bad

Take more than two nights and enjoy perfect hotel location next to city wall and old town. Staff friendly, helpful and on-hand. Breakfast fresh and you can combinate.

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

And of course everyone will hear you too. When you showered water leaked out over a large portion of the bathroom floor. This is a bit inconvenient, but it was mostly over the part where you don't walk that much

I loved the location of this hotel. We found parking on the street and were given a permit by the hotel. The room was small but sufficient. The breakfast buffet was very generous

Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center

The hotel is in an old building - part of a 14 century building, part of a later (17th century, if not mistaken). Location - the center of the city. Design - with reference to the late ages. Superprivetlivy staff.

Hotel Gabbia d'oro is located right in the historical centre of Verona. Textured walls, wooden beams, gold frame, crystal chandelier, candles, glasses, soft fabrics, antique furniture

An excellent choice when in Verona, this hotel is central for wonderful cafés and chic boutiques. Staff are attentive and friendly, the ambience, astonishingly peaceful and restive

The orangery and courtyard , the perfect place for a last drink before retiring to bed, and during the day, bird song is provided by Romeo and Juliet, mascots of the hotel. A truly charming place, highly recommend

The parrots (yes, they became my best friends during our short holiday) and top notch breakfast are a plus. If you are staying in Verona and want to make your holiday unforgettable, this must be your choice

Couldn't do better than this boutique hotel right off the main piazza. Key sights and shops walking distance away. Uniquely decorated. Great staff. Hard to resist the more extravagant breakfast options.

Great Hotel! The Aida room is two rooms and a large bathroom very comfortable right on the piazza great for people watching and having breakfast in the morning very centrally located easy to walk to all the attractions The owner was attentive to our needs and enjoyable to talk to

An aperitif as the sun sets with Juliet's Balcony all to yourself is something that will stay with me for a very long time! Staff were lovely and created a great atmosphere to get to know other guests

Stayed here for two nights in June 2022 on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and overlooked Juliet’s balcony with a private terrace area. Staff were polite and attentive. We will be back!

There is no restaurant in the hotel but the mini-bar is well stocked and free containing beer, sparkling wine water (sparkling and still) and assorted soda pop

An oasis of calm within walking distance from the bustling center of Verona in a nice area near the San Zeno church

We really enjoyed our stay - it’s in a beautiful neighborhood close to all the major sights (short walking distance), but on the quiet side. I loved hearing the birds and church bells in the morning

It was such a pleasure to get to stay here! The room and bathroom were very clean, very spacious and perfectly furnished, with excellent A/C - much needed in July! Breakfast, which was served in the garden (in good weather) was simple but delicious with high quality ingredients - crisp croissants, fresh baguette, yogurt (and granola), fruit, cheese, mortadella - and eggs to order

10 minute walk along the river and you are in the heart of historic Verona with a beautiful view of the bridge and a lovely cooling breeze at night. The rooms are spacious and perfectly kept

A beautiful, perfectly executed B&B. It's easy to get to from the airport, tucked on a side road and super quiet. You'll wake to the bells of San Zeno Basilico behind you

We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean
