The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet

The hotel was situated very close to the centre of Verona with a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and sights. We would 100% stay here again

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the station and within 20 minutes' walk of various attractions. The front desk staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

There was a complementary mini bar and fresh bottled water that was replenished every day. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were lovely and friendly and everyone spoke English

The elevators are small which we didn't find an annoyance but a funny thing- that's just how the houses are built there so they try to fit everything into them, all part of the experience :-) I guess the only thing that people who are not too well on foot would not like is the parking situation- the car parks are kinda in the outskirts of town and a little to walk (no problem for us thought - and don...

The hotel room is relatively large, clean, tidy and warm. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The location is very good, in the center, very convenient to go anywhere

Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities

Service was excellent, big thank you to all employees, keep doing what you're doing! We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Good variety of things(fresh juices, all kinds of little pastries etc) and they would make anything you ask for as well

Clean. It is a domestic economy hotel environment, but the cost is equivalent to a domestic five-star hotel. Of course, this is understandable and normal. The location is good and convenient.

Every room has a balcony of course. A short walk to every sight to be seen. Our friends on the other side of the hotel could hear the concert at the arena but we were not disturbed on our side

Breakfast here is phenomenal, the buffet is large and varied!! The rooms and clean, fresh, and spacious. The location is perfect for visitors as it’s right behind the arena

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Arena and Castelvecchio are 5 min walking distance. The breakfast is in another bulding but it was not a problem for us. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back :)

English was a bit difficult, however, breakfast is breakfast. Double cappaccinos were a wonderful wake up. Scrambled eggs were created French style, smooth and creamy. bacon was local and delicious

We asked if we could get a different room and were told that none was available but while we were away for dinner, they used a machine to clean up the smell

Hotel Firenze in Verona is excellently located within an easy walk of the Porta Nuova train station

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside

The staff was also very kind, giving me a map and pointing out places to go. I also want to watch the opera for a few days while I'm staying. The downside is that it's so popular that it's hard to make a reservation!

The room was very decent, the breakfast was quite good, and the area was perfect for exploring everything. 50 meters from the L026 bus station to Lake Garda. If we return, we would stay at this hotel again

The best value for money! The opera at Arena ended past midnight, so I could walk back to the hotel without any problems. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about

The most charming hotel -it is an old Palazzo -located 5 mins walk from city center - a car park 5 mins walk . Staff very nice . Breakfast is perfectly fine -everything is just lovely . You do feel you are in verona !

Good location in centre of Verona, with few parkings available against charge (15€ per day, in secured parking). But need to be booked up front. Luckily we had a spot available. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Hotel Italia is on a crowded street but quite central, just 10/15 minutes walking from Verona center. The facade seems a bit worn out but the interiors are modern and comfortable

You need to walk around 20 minutes from there to reach the old city center - the area around the hotel is not really nice

We had a great experience here. If you can get a room on the 4th floor, ours had a lovely skylight and vaulted cieling. The location it a short walk to the historic district with a few good restaurants nearby

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gorgeous place by chance. Tastefully decorated, super clean, with a team amazingly kind. Rich breakfast, with gluten free goodies available upon request

Very convenient location for overnight stay and access to the centre. Worked just fine. Very nice and attentive staff. Rooms clean though slightly outdated. No problem. Only issue in my eyes are the iron bed-side tables.

The rooms are of a high quality, the beds are big and comfy, the bathrooms are amazing with the water nice and hot, there is even an area with a desk for working and another where there is a table and mirror for you to get ready

Breakfast buffet, apartment upgrades, 24hr service, and just 15 minutes walk from both the Verona Porto Nuova station and 5 minutes walk to the historic downtown. The rooms are modern, chic, and extremely clean

When you step out onto the generously sized balcony you are given probably one of the best views of the city, backed by the mountains, amazing to watch the sunset

Very handy shop round the corner and a trattoria next door. Was fab as it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre but so handy for everything too. ***And it's just as good, if not better, a year later 😎***

Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center

Only minor gripe was the slightly loud a/c which we asked to get switched off at night so we could sleep, but an early call to reception and it was back on with no issues

Located literally 200 foot from the center. Street parking, and 3 spots for motorcycles right in front of it. Rooms are very outdated but cleanish. Low standart breakfast but coffee is good

When I arrived there with no hope, the staff is really kind and nice to offer me a room, even though the room is not so big or luxury, but definitely clean and comfortable, and the price is good for the emergency demand

Everything was very nice in the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, in August, and the staff were lovely, breakfast was super, and I had everything I needed for that weekend

Hotel Relais 900 was a great hotel about 10 mins walk downhill to the centre of town - we usually got a cab back at about €10. The rooms have recently been refurbished - a nice size hotel with only about 10 rooms

Very nice old house with modern and very clean big rooms. There is a underground parkinggarage in the street (free) and city centre is a 10-15 min walk

Note there is no pool as shown in some photos from guests ! The staff were great and incredibly helpful - we lost a phone in a taxi and with their help had it back within 40 mins ! We were so grateful for their quick thinking

Quite a hike up the hill to get here but worth it for the lovely views, air conditioned room and very friendly staff to welcome you.

The hotel is old but well maintained. It is close to the train station and less than 2km from the tourist spots. The room was big and bed comfortable. Breakfast spread was good. Staff were welcoming.

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat
