Best Hotels in Verona

Warm rooms, always catches wi-fi, very good Breakfast with hot dishes. Of the minuses thin walls - noisy Italians not allowed to sleep late :(

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre. Felt very safe walking there and back at night. 10 minute walk from train station. On arrival, hotel looks very opulent and reception was grand

The second day, on return from being out for the day and the bathroom having been cleaned I noticed the hinge on the lid of the toilet seat was broken and the tap behind the toilet seat had been turned off so no cold water to the sink

Booked this hotel for a good price in advance. Meets all expectations though the hotel itself is quite old but still good value for money. Best to book with breakfast included as it has a great selection

Reception staff were lovely and very professional. On closer inspection areas of the hotel looked tired and neglected. The fake grass outside was curling up, rubber seals around windows were hanging off

Mattress was very hard and the headboard was all scratched. I had bought a two prong plug which said Europe including Italy but it did not fit any socket in the room

Breakfast is EXCELLENT with fresh apple and lemon pies and many many more. While you can walk to the historic center after the first day it gets tiring. There is a free shuttle however

Hotel is a strange location but parking very easy and large quiet rooms that are very well equipped. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Easy access to the Arena and plaza.

Beautiful place, very clean, great breakfast. Watch your bill. Check out was awkward as they tried to charge us more than the rate. They finally agreed to the amount we were originally given.

I only wished that the shuttle could also make a stop near Porta nuova so that the guests could have more easy access to the railway station and the shuttle to the airport

10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer

Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places)

Great hotel: clean, comfortable, freshly renovated, comfortable bed, very good Breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located: close to the station (5 min) and the center (5min)

Wonderful. Great rooms, great service, free parking and in a good spot. It ticks all the boxes. Except the breakfast is average.

The room and bathroom are wide, the bathroom also has a jacuzzi !? The hotel in quit close to the center If your traveling with a car you can park it in their underground parking (18€ per day) It's hard to find a parking around the hotel so I recommend that you park in their garage Great choice, will stay here again

Reception ladies are always there to help. After returning from a concert in the Arena, we were surprised by a gift in the room. It is really worth staying at this place if you spend several days in beautiful Verona

Marvelous staff, nice and always willing to help and answer questions. The location is great not far from main attractions in Verona and just near the railway station

Amazing terrace to enjoy an awesome restaurant with incredible Italian food enhanced with 360 Verona sightseeing. Impossible to not experience this place during your trip in Verona.

G&M review - excellent - You can building a luxury hotel everywhere you want. But you can have a unique location only, a charming experience, full of history only in a place like this

The selection was basic, no ideas, there was no real spirit and a very small room area. I upset my stomach with either the scrambled eggs or the mushrooms (spent a day in bed to recover) of the breakfast buffet

Overall a bit disappointing, after reading all the excellent reviews, but may be this is Verona. Again the rooms we had are great, by having such rich character and spirit

We had beautifully maintained & clean vintage rooms to a courtyard (no views), the historic details in the rooms were great and appreciated. The bathroom was great in the space available

Each main dish was 40 EUR, which was far too high for nothing special and with missing creativity. At the breakfast buffet, the hotel were letting its guest down

Breakfast was pretty good including fruit, meats, cheese, croissants, bread, cereal, eggs, bacon, juices and a few other things but not sure its worth the extra price

Excellent Coffee maker, very good choise for breakfast. Rooms are big and cozy. Bathroom clean! More like 4* hotel. Good value for cost. Quite outside center, but bus stop in front of hotel.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, from the service to the rooms and the balcony …also the housekeeping was beyond amazing!!! No complaints even the breakfast and dinner was superb! Lots of vegetarian options…Had a wonderful stay

Also, I found it convenient to take a taxi as it not too expensive and very quick to get to the city centre and/or train station

Didn't stay at this hotel but spent time in the lobby. Great decor, friendly front desk. Location is amazing, right near the city center next to the arena.

Location location and cleanliness. Rooms are smaller than usual Italian hotels. The rooms are maintained very well and housekeeping is done everyday

Breakfast is good though very simple with choice of cereals, boiled eggs and some pasteries

The interior Looks a bit outdated but everything was quite well maintained. Very strong shower pressure which is a plus. The room was warm but too dry for the evening. Also the pillow was too soft for me

We had breakfast right next door at a cafe which was superb and a lot cheaper. Not much information regarding parking and they charge €27 for on site parking… that’s a bit weirdly overpriced

Huge sentimental memories attached to this hotel. We have visited four times, with different relatives and friends. Incredible location for old Verona and Opera in the ancient arena

Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent

You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also limited

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin

Spa is not included in the price and is pretty small

The location is good as well just 13 minutes to the town centre and 22 minutes to the main transit station that has fast trains going to all the other major cities

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block

The breakfast was good and a wide selection, the bar is well stocked for people of all drinking association

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English, which was very helpful for us. The restaurant's dinner service was just okay

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

And of course everyone will hear you too. When you showered water leaked out over a large portion of the bathroom floor. This is a bit inconvenient, but it was mostly over the part where you don't walk that much

The location is close to the city center so you can easily walk to the area where most interesting things are located. A couple of things that could have been better was that the Wi-Fi was a bit bad

You could hear everything that was going on outside the room, even when someone just put their key in their door, so if you ar easily disturbed, this might not be the place for you

I loved the location of this hotel. We found parking on the street and were given a permit by the hotel. The room was small but sufficient. The breakfast buffet was very generous

It got a bit annoying when you kept getting disconnected time after time. The rooms are not sound proofed at all

We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities

Loaded with amenities, slippers and bathrobes, the room has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Left my luggage up there and went back down to enjoy this place

We stayed at the Hotel Fiera Verona for two nights, based on a recommendation from friends and it proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Verona

Lovely spacious and very clean room. Mini safe, kettle, fridge, black out curtains, very decent bathroom with toiletries provided (shower gel and liquid hand soap. Very quiet with little noise from outside the room

It is some way from the main city but the 23, 24 and 73 buses will take you all the way to the Castelvecchio and the stop is just across the road from the hotel and a taxi back is 12 euros

All of the staff were lovely people and the service was friendly and very efficient

Good location for walking in the old town and close exit from the city when traveling by car. Nearby there is a gas station, McDonald's and a supermarket for cheap products. The hotel has an excellent restaurant!

The Leopardi Hotel was easy to reach from the motorway and as I am not used to the traffic in Italy it was a very good deceision to book hotels with a underground car park possibility

Academia Verona is incredible! The parking is convenient, the food is fantastic, and the location is perfect! It's all in one place; what more could you ask for? Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that left us amazed

The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside
