Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent

You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also limited

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin

Spa is not included in the price and is pretty small

We stayed at the Hotel Fiera Verona for two nights, based on a recommendation from friends and it proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Verona

Room was nice, shower was excellent - great water pressure! Perfect after a long flight to refresh, and I'm so glad we stayed for 2 nights, not just one

Lovely spacious and very clean room. Mini safe, kettle, fridge, black out curtains, very decent bathroom with toiletries provided (shower gel and liquid hand soap. Very quiet with little noise from outside the room

It is some way from the main city but the 23, 24 and 73 buses will take you all the way to the Castelvecchio and the stop is just across the road from the hotel and a taxi back is 12 euros

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was booked directy over thair site because that is the only way to choose a room you would like. The rooms were nice, clean and recently renovated so very modern

Breakfast was also amazing and the variety of food was big, the staff was really nice and the bar works 24/7. If you take the bus you will be in the city center in less then 10min. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, close to the central historical city center, very good breakfest also very profesional staff, comfy beds and private wellness. (pricey) I recomend.

Clean, large room, quiet, calm, TV in different languages, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, no kettle, there is a coffee machine in the room with free capsules, glasses, refrigerator, air conditioning, large bathroom, delicious hearty breakfast, You can check in late at night, there are plenty of sockets and USB sockets

The second day, on return from being out for the day and the bathroom having been cleaned I noticed the hinge on the lid of the toilet seat was broken and the tap behind the toilet seat had been turned off so no cold water to the sink

I managed to solve the problem! No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No major issues just shabby for the price of the room! However, the food at breakfast and the staff were fantastic

We had a meal in the hotel restaurant on our last night. Again lovely staff, the salad we bought to accompany the pasta dish was too big and one would have sufficed for the two of us

Mattress was very hard and the headboard was all scratched. I had bought a two prong plug which said Europe including Italy but it did not fit any socket in the room

The bathroom was dated, water from the shower leaked under the shower screen so much I thought it was going to go out into the hallway

As it was late I felt rushed to order dessert before the kitchen closed. no menu was offered to choose from. a dessert was suggested which was not very nice and was very expensive for what it was

The location is excellent and the room was tidy and clean. The bathroom smelled a bit bad after few nights, but otherwise nothing to complain. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside

Great Location, Good Breakfast, Clean rooms. Warm temperature in the room, we had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh hair. Expensive minibar 3€ for one soft drink

If your looking for a hotel with a great location this might work for you. However, we did not stay at the actual hotel but the apartments complex near by. If you like a motel 6 vibe… you are in the right place

The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size

Very good position, close to highway and at reasonable distance from city centre. Standard B&B quality, room size was very good (there was actually a 3rd bed), only bathroom was very small

The staff were wonderful and even helped us with a package we needed to send home. Great breakfast, Beverage and snack selection. Yes by the highway but with a car it made it so easy to get out and explore the area

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat

Great spot that's close to everything you want to sightsee. Hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. We enjoyed the included continental breakfast.

Academia Verona is incredible! The parking is convenient, the food is fantastic, and the location is perfect! It's all in one place; what more could you ask for? Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that left us amazed

There was heavy rain in the evening so we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to their sister hotel, which has a restaurant. The hotel breakfast was really good, everything you need for a good start to the day

The hotel has a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk into town. It is pretty basic, but its good for what you pay, so as expected

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Only 100 yards from Piazza Bra and it's many cafés and restaurants mean you are right in the heart of this compact and vibrant city

We came for a week to see the opera in the arena. Every day our room was cleaned very thoroughly and supplied with fresh towels (which are the softest I have ever used). The staff are friendly and welcoming

This hotel was pretty good clean decent breakfast good location quiet no sirens in the night like Roma. & if you are reasonably fit a good walk to station & sights.

Also the breakfast is very good, complete with homemade pastries, cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals)

Take more than two nights and enjoy perfect hotel location next to city wall and old town. Staff friendly, helpful and on-hand. Breakfast fresh and you can combinate.

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

A 5-minute walk from the arena. The structure was renovated. Single room basic but nothing is missing. The breakfast is good.

You can easily find parking and the area is very quiet at night, far from traffic. Good selection of home made cakes in the morning!

Great hosts and a great little hotel. Dinner was lovely. Ceasar salad went down very well with our daughter and the chicken with tomatos and cheese was really fresh and tasty. Room was great. Good shower and air con.

Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! The elevators are small which we didn't find an annoyance but a funny thing- that's just how the houses are built there so they try to fit everything into them, all part of the experience :-) I guess the only thing that people who are not too well on foot would not like is the parking situation- the car parks are kinda in the outskirts of town and a little to walk (no problem for us thought - and don...

One of the best hotels I've been to in the last few years. Very central location in Verona and the spa was top notch

The little extras such as the free breakfast and tea in the spa area made the experience very welcoming. Spent more time in the spa than any other hotel. Just round the corner from Juliette's Balcony too

The Hotel is in the center of the city, right in front of the river. Really nice personnel, comfortable and clean room with a giant jacuzzi shower. There are also a Spa and a Gym inside.

Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places)
