The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day

Prominent location with bus stop near by. Within short walking distance to the Arena and old city district of Verona. Room is clean. We enjoy the breakfast with wide selection of Italian food.

There was a complementary mini bar and fresh bottled water that was replenished every day. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were lovely and friendly and everyone spoke English

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the station and within 20 minutes' walk of various attractions. The front desk staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The hotel was situated very close to the centre of Verona with a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and sights. We would 100% stay here again

Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent

You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also limited

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block

The location is good as well just 13 minutes to the town centre and 22 minutes to the main transit station that has fast trains going to all the other major cities

Clean. It is a domestic economy hotel environment, but the cost is equivalent to a domestic five-star hotel. Of course, this is understandable and normal. The location is good and convenient.

Service was excellent, big thank you to all employees, keep doing what you're doing! We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Good variety of things(fresh juices, all kinds of little pastries etc) and they would make anything you ask for as well

Travelled around northern Italy so stayed here at the beginning and end of my stay. Lovely hotel, clean and very comfy bed. Staff excellent and helpful and check in and out was very quick. Highly recommended

Breakfast was also amazing and the variety of food was big, the staff was really nice and the bar works 24/7. If you take the bus you will be in the city center in less then 10min. We would definitely stay here again!

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean

The Leopardi Hotel was easy to reach from the motorway and as I am not used to the traffic in Italy it was a very good deceision to book hotels with a underground car park possibility

Very good position, close to highway and at reasonable distance from city centre. Standard B&B quality, room size was very good (there was actually a 3rd bed), only bathroom was very small

The best value for money! The opera at Arena ended past midnight, so I could walk back to the hotel without any problems. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside

The staff was also very kind, giving me a map and pointing out places to go. I also want to watch the opera for a few days while I'm staying. The downside is that it's so popular that it's hard to make a reservation!

Located outside main city so have to use public transport, plenty during day but sparce of an evening so need to plan your return journey well or walk from a bus stop (doesn't apply if have a car or getaway taxi) Breakfast was good choice and had soy milk available

The free continental breakfast is great: all sort of coffees and teas… fruit, yogurts, cereal, different types of croissants, home made cakes… it even offers scrambled eggs and bacon

The one downside is there’s no much going on nearby… the bus stop to Verona is a couple of hundred meters away, very regular during the day but not as much in the evening

When you step out onto the generously sized balcony you are given probably one of the best views of the city, backed by the mountains, amazing to watch the sunset

Facilities are in good standards, our only concern was the heating system, as the room we stayed in was too hot for comfort and could not control the heating, so opening the windows meant hearing noise from the outside and near-by trains traffic!

Perfect location for travellers, as it's 2 minutes from the platform. Rooms are a good size, quite comfortable. Airconditioning was set on a minimum of 25 degrees, and I should have asked reception to change it.

We where stranded here as we missed our last train and Chance to get a Reservation for the night train. The Personal is very very very friendly and the room we got was nice and Clean

The reason why I rated the location a four star is because it is a bit of a commercial area so walking or driving is it doesn’t look great but once you get to the hotel it’s nice

Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly

The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely

The hotel is old but well maintained. It is close to the train station and less than 2km from the tourist spots. The room was big and bed comfortable. Breakfast spread was good. Staff were welcoming.

Location was very convenient! The staff was so nice! I stayed there for two separate nice and they were all so helpful they even allowed early check in which I think was super sweet! I will go back again for sure when I am in Verona! The Man at the reception “Ibrahim” was so respectful and nice, he left an amazing impression

The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. The only negative was that the shower was difficult to access due to the door opening against a wall.

Extremely disappointing that there is no air conditioning and we have no option except to have a fan circulating warm air. Our room overlooks a very loud, busy street so our options are to sleep with noise or heat
