Located quite near a church. Sufficent facilities. Beautifully designed room. Parking is easy.
Beautiful place, very clean, great breakfast. Watch your bill. Check out was awkward as they tried to charge us more than the rate. They finally agreed to the amount we were originally given.
Nice hotel in Verona. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is EXCELLENT with fresh apple and lemon pies and many many more. Staff was very helpful. While you can walk to the historic center after the first day it gets tiring. There is a free shuttle however. I only wished that the shuttle could also make a stop near Porta nuova so that the guests could have more easy access to the railway station and the...
Nice and calm place but the surrounding is very "industrial"
Hotel is a strange location but parking very easy and large quiet rooms that are very well equipped. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Easy access to the Arena and plaza.

Beautiful hotel. The best value.
Nice and clean, staff kind
Clean and neat, modern, strategic position ( free parking and 2 mins walk from station) Lovely staff
Hotel really recommendable. Clean and cozy. Reception ladies are always there to help. After returning from a concert in the Arena, we were surprised by a gift in the room. It is really worth staying at this place if you spend several days in beautiful Verona.
Very helpful and friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Parking available. Thanks again

Great Hotel! The Aida room is two rooms and a large bathroom very comfortable right on the piazza great for people watching and having breakfast in the morning very centrally located easy to walk to all the attractions The owner was attentive to our needs and enjoyable to talk to.
Wonderful place to stay with great hosts. Each room is individually styled and our Aida room was huge. Includes a great personalised breakfast delivered to your room. Lavazza coffee machine, fridge with free bottled water and coca cola and tea making facilities. Bridge over river directly opposite along with a selection of bars and restaurants. The Arena is just over a mile away along the main shopping...
We had an amazing stay at this small but exclusive hotel. Very central in Verona with many shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and helpful. The room (suite) was absolutely stunning and spacious. We would definitely come back.
A place you will love to stay. The room was spacious and very clean. I love the painted walls, really makes you feel you are in Italy. The location is perfect, walking distance to arena and all the other tourist attractions. I truly recommend it.
Fantastic location in the centre of Verona, yet tucked away In a pretty street in a very nice part. Lovely breakfast, picturesque view from my room, and a wonderfully helpful host. This is an absolute gem. I had such a magical time in Verona - there’s so much to see and I’m so glad I stayed at Relais Ponte Pietra. It was just a short walk to the Cathedral and my favourite Cafe in the Piazza Duomo...
Just saying that the place and hospitaly are wonderful, location incredible. Thank you for making me and my family so welcome. Ciao Maico from Palo Alto ( California)

Best place we stayed during hour whole trip to Italy. Great host, and great place.
Very friendly hosts. Bit of a pain of a winding road to get there but overall was the perfect place to visit verona. Breakfast was all homemade and tasty and rooms were all quite modern. I even had a lovely terrace to sit on but couldn't make full use of due to spending just one day there.
Big, clean room and bathroom. Lovely host and good homemade breakfast. We will definitely come back. (Please note that you can't check in until 15.30)
Absolutely stunning... rooms great and bed so comfortable... the breakfast was fantastic and home cooked and baked.. the hosts are so accommodating
Roberto & Emi , I can not find words to describe how friendly and kind persons they are . Just 10 min walk from this lovely place to Verona old town and its famous bridges . Super calm and well spotted location this house would make your days even better. Thank you!!!!

Good clean room, basic but slept well.
We had to rearrange stay dates due to cancelled flights and this hotel were kind enough to accommodate our date change at short notice. Our room was self contained so able to cater for ourselves. Free bicycle hire, which is an easy ride into Verona old town.
Beautiful place, nice big and clean studio. Staff very friendly.
Clean, comfortable, super spacious and friendly. Great apartment!
We had a spacious flat on the 7th floor, clean and with functional interior.
This was a jewel on our trip Verona-Venezia. Excellent place for the price. Great for more than one day.

A luxury hotel in the heart of Verona! 5 stars also for the attention to children and their needs.
Beautiful hotel, amazing service and wonderful location! We couldn’t ask for a better hotel during our stay in Verona.
Seeing the city from above, surrounded by a refined atmosphere... it's priceless!
We stayed as a family of six in the hotel for one night during our Verona Area visit. We booked in direct contact with the hotel (NO 15% charge to any online booking portal for the hotel), however we did not receive any benefit from this action. The reception service was friendly, but the area is way to small for the Hotel size (there was always a queue - no privacy). We had beautifully maintained...
Amazing terrace to enjoy an awesome restaurant with incredible Italian food enhanced with 360 Verona sightseeing. Impossible to not experience this place during your trip in Verona.
G&M review - excellent - You can building a luxury hotel everywhere you want. But you can have a unique location only, a charming experience, full of history only in a place like this. Don't be one of all, one time in your life gift yourself with a luxury hotel like this. Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities...
After several detours, long minutes driving around the tight roads of Verona, I reached a door, one old door where the hotel is located. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, an old hotel, a small boutique mansion, Romeo and Juliet style rooms... until the door opened. Palazzo Victoria is an experience every step of the way from the minute you checkin to the second you leave. Perfection is in the...
Staff very friendly. They where happy to upgrade us as it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was good. Again staff happy to accommodate my large eating habits. Room was clean, only negative was for a 5star hotel it looked like it's in need of a bit if maintenance.

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop
Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also...
Beautiful hotel very convenient for Verona city. Rooms are clean and warm, the hotel is not that expensive, staff is helpful and polite. There is a parking place below the hotel.
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent. I was very happy! Bedding was changed daily!!🖐⭐️
Nice hotel, welcoming staff. Rooms were clean but there was obviously some known issue with sewage smell from the drain in the shower, since every day there was a little towel covering the drain. Had quite bad smell every day when coming back to the hotel room. Other than that the beds were the hardest and cheapest I've experienced in my entire life. Through my job I spend 30+ nights per year in norway...
I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

Great hotel, Elizabeth at check in was lovely. We were lucky to be upgraded to a king as it was our 10th anniversary. Very close to the centre of the city.
Hotel is nice and in a convenient walking location (5min) to the old town of Verona. Rooms are nice and staff was helpful and friendly. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the breakfast. We stayed at the Hotel Fiera Verona for two nights, based on a recommendation from friends and it proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Verona. It is some way from the main city but the 23, 24 and 73 buses will take you all the way to the Castelvecchio and the stop is just across the road from the hotel and a taxi back is 12 euros. All of the staff were lovely people and the service...
Lovely spacious and very clean room. We had a huge size bed. Mini safe, kettle, fridge, black out curtains, very decent bathroom with toiletries provided (shower gel and liquid hand soap. Very quiet with little noise from outside the room. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel is very nice, the room was lovely and clean. The staff is very polite and friendly.
Nice Hotel , very nice and big rooms, if you don’t have a car , the bus station is near from Hotel but the bus is working approximately tell 20:00 ,after 20:00 there is no bus available, so its will be difficult to come back to hotel at night and at weekends
Hotel rooms are small, beds are hard. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices and menu items you won't see at hotels often. The gym looks like something out of a horror film so don't book because of that. Solid stay for one night but I wouldn't want to stay longer for the price.
LOVED it! Must have been a luxurious place back in the day! Upkeep is decent, but the main attraction for me was the breakfast!!! What a treat! Booked this hotel for a good price in advance. Meets all expectations though the hotel itself is quite old but still good value for money. Best to book with breakfast included as it has a great selection. Room was ok, shower worked fine, not the best but did do the job. The bed is comfy, clean , good size. Very happy there. The breakfast is amazing, but the fact that they don’t let you change the temperature for the air conditioning was a huge down for me. If you’re going during the summer, I’d suggest choosing a different hotel. It was too hot and they simply won’t change the temperature, even after talking to the staff several times.
Loved this hotel. Felt grand & opulent. Great rooms with big bathroom. Breakfast room was just beautiful & amazing selection of food. Staff are very kind & helpful.
Everything is incredibly old and crusty, we had no cold water but they fixed it later. The girl on the desk was nice. Breakfasts are just disgusting, guys, do something with them. Location is perfect for walking anywhere and in a quiet side street. The rooms are really nice but you can hear literally everything outside your room. It's very loud. That's my only complaint
I really don´t give 5 stars that easily, but this place is just perfect for a stay in Verona. + Directly in the heart of Verona + Roomy appartments, nicely designed. Very comfortable hotel, kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast is ok. I liked the location, just 7 minutes walk from Milan Cntral Train station. That is some station. I recommend going to the market, ground floor on left as you look at the station front, for lunch. It's street food, but very good street food. I had arancini, and semifreddo to die for.
Great hotel that is in a great location. A short walk from the train station and a short walk into the historical section of beautiful Verona. We paid for the breakfast when booking and it was well worth it. Verona quickly became our favorite city out of the 10 we visited recenty. We will return.
Rooms outdates, but we got with balcon so it was really nice. Staff was helpful, breakfast delicious. Would recommend, just a little high price for the hotel with so old rooms and quite far from center
Nice and cosy hotel in Verona where we stayed for two nights. It would have been a great hotel in the past but we could observe signs of neglect in terms of maintenance and house keeping. Nice hotel. Nice rooms
Nice hotel with modern rooms. Parking is excellent. Close to arena Verona.
Nice hotel near the train station. The breakfast was usual and nothing special apart from the art how it got served thanks to covid. Had a walk in without reservation and payed more than via the usual bookers though pointing that fact out. Shouldn't it be less expensive with a not chain driven hotel? At least that's what I expected and was too tired to discuss further.
Really great hotel. Room was really new and renovated (very different from the average Italian hotels) and the breakfast was AMAZING. The location is good, but not perfect (you have to walk a little bit to historical places).
Had a great stay. 10 minute walk from the heart of Verona. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good variety. Staff were friendly and rooms were of a good size with most amenities such as a TV, bar fridge, safe and hair dryer.

Overall the hotel was ok for the price but it's not definitely a 4star or even a great 3star hotel. Room: The room was ok but wasn't eye catching. Two separate mattresses was used for a double bed which can cause back hurt over night and the paint on the wall was quite old. There is no free amenities, just little shampoo. Internet: The internet was good, and there wasn't any coverage issue. Breakfast...
Hotel was just “ok” and nothing above that. Disappointing breakfast, limited variety and small portions that would finish quickly and does not get refilled unless you remind the staff. Like first there is no bowl for your corn flakes, you ask for one, then they run out of milk, and when you get the milk, there is no spoon for it!
It's amazing how such a nice place can be found in a mostly industrialized location. Very nice, clean and modern rooms, nice and helpful service, cool roof terrace. They should come into some (discount) agreement with an electric scooter hire business in Verona to make the overall experience excellent :-)

I stayed there over the weekend for one night. The room is clean and lean. The aircondition can be turned on and off by the desk personnel. The breakfast is quite good. There is a rooftop to get some sun, but I didn't try the whirlpool. The staff was extremely helpful!
